Hotel vicino a Rock Cut State Park - Loves Park

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“I had a good experience. The staff, so nice! They made sure you were taken care of or needed anything, to let them know. No complaints there. Breakfast was not bad at all. Everything was fresh and staff made sure there was enough to accommodate everyone. 😊 The pool area was nice, I wish it was just a little warmer in there but I'm anemic, so I'm always cold. Lolbvs Room was nice, clean and comfortable! I really have no complaints. I would stay there again.💯”

“Stayed here about 4 times over the past 9 months. Always clean and comfortable. For simplicity that is the cheapest but still very comfy and clean I'll come back again soon. They offer a free continental breakfast, but I have yet to check it out. I stay because they are almost half the cost of Holiday Inn and for me just as comfy. ”

“This hotel is my family's favorite place to stay when we come to Rockford. The staff has always been incredible, friendly, and professional. The rooms are different from any other hotel we've stayed in. We always stay in the suites and my wife and I sleep upstairs and our son sleeps downstairs. The amount of charm and uniqueness is what will always bring us back. The pool is smaller but there is a pool. Same with the gym but these aren't things that are too important for us. ”

“When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. ”

“Food smelled fresh, but I had no time to eat as I had to get to work. Parking was safe. I was able to park close to the front door and under a light. Staff was great. I called the front desk kind of late to complain about kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors on 2 & 3 and it was handled. Room was very clean and I was impressed it was cleaned between my 2 night stay. Bedding was very comfortable.”

“Literally the best hotel I have stayed at in years. Architecture was unique, high tech, clean, staff was great, pool was beautiful, breakfast was bomb and the underground culinary was a good experience also. Thank ypu!”
