“DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE DESPERATE! The only thing worse than the service is the amenities. This place basically offers a bed and a shower—and even those fall short. There was no hot water, no extra blankets if you get cold, and the entire place had a strange, unpleasant smell. Overall, a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.”

“Ricky was great and fixed our leaking toilet and helped with supplies, The other guy was terrible. The WiFi didn’t work at all. The hotel is old and needs a major overhaul. Breakfast bar had old bananas, 2 cold cereals, mini waffles and canned gravy with biscuits. (I took my own food for breakfast). The mattresses are SHOT so you will have a back/hip ache. The best thing was that Ricky was nice, helpful and had a nice smile.”

“I stayed at this hotel 4 nights for a business trip. The entire stay was disappointing. I was told the room could only be cleaned every three days, but that this was not guaranteed because they were having trouble with housekeeping. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. The hallways and stairways were unvacuumed and most rooms had bags of garbage piled outside the doors. My sink had no drain cover, just an open hole with a slow drain. “L’hotel e molto pulito, il personale molto preparato e gentile, nonostante il COVID la pulizia delle stanze e impeccabile il letto è comodissimo c’è anche la scrivania per lavorare molto spaziosa il buffet della colazione molto Ricci e molto fresco . Ci ritornerò molto volentieri. Bravi”

“Overall I give a 95 out of a 100. Only thing that's bad was the breakfast. When it says free breakfast its not like other hotels. It's a grab n go. Muffins, coffeemaker fruit. So the free breakfast sux, but the overall was great”

“Hotel seemed recently renovated and room was clean and well maintained. While seemingly slightly off the beaten path, it wasn't far to a lot of dining options, and the location made it fairly quiet while not far from the freeway.”
