Motel a Rockford

“The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

“Looks terrible. Any repairs were probably done 20 years ago. The AC Unit sounds like a tractor diesel, impossible to use... Definitely would not recommend that anybody stay there unless you have absolutely no choice”

“The room was very clean. The breakfast was just ok (basics, but nothing hot). It was quiet and good value for what you pay. It’s not fancy, but it’s not expensive.”

“The lobby and parking lot was sketchy. There was always someone sitting outside in a lawn chair and cars would come and go. I’m not sure what was going on, but if I had a choice, I would stay elsewhere.”

“Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub was nice. Area was clean. The breakfast was good and had alot of variety. The shower head is a little short and the AC worked but made some noise. Would stay here again”

“I only stayed one night after a wedding but the staff was very polite and helpful! Our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t lock which I didn’t love. Other than that, great stay!”

“Absolutely terrible. We walked in and right back out. The property is not only a motel, but there are permanent residents living there. A big sign on the door that says “do not knock” “beware of dog” we are not picky people and alas long as the place is clean and beds are comfy it doesn’t take much to please us but we didn’t feel safe here and we left right when we got there.”
