“Guesta should be aware that on site parking is limited. Parking is available inba city lot a short walk away Staff are VERY helpful but breakfast service was slow. Staffing issues no doubt; a sign of the times. Bed and pillows very comfy. ”

“Room was clean, but way to small for 4 people. The washroom was tiny with zero counter space. The fan did not work in our room, we had to open our patio door for air flow The only good thing was the breakfast and coffee”

“Our first time at LH. A well-managed property, in a quaint old-style manor. An excellent kitchen, with the quality of food being absolutely top-notch. (Breakfasts were an exception with the staff being slow or poorly organized.). ”

“The hotel was convenient for a neatby wedding we attended. The room was clean and comfortable with a convenient coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We were hoping to check in an hour earlier than the normal 3 pm checkin and the kind woman working at the front desk made that pissible. We were very pleased with our stay. ”

“Continental breakfast advertised but no vegetarian options. Fruits were raw & unedible. Had to go out to eat Heating was broken and the room was freezing cold until night. Had to escalate to get it fixed Found construction dirt in the hallways & steps. Most of the areas are in soiled condition and inhabitable. Heard that travelodge is planning to close in upcoming months and they were surprised that they still advertise all these amenities in Expedia inspite of all these...

“3 night stay never cleaned room , emptied overflowing garbage or replaced facial tissue , toilet tissue , or shampoo even after I asked twice once calling the front desk and once asking in person. I was told someone would look after it immediately, but no one showed up to my room. Poor service !!!!!”

“We had an excellent time at Staybridge suites. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4. The a mentor is including the pool were great for the kids. The breakfast was fantastic each day. Would recommend! ”

“The room was clean and a good size for the price I paid. Overall, I liked the hotel! The one complaint I have is that I was disturbed each morning around 10-11 am by the cleaning staff in the hallway talking very loudly outside my room.”
