“Very pleased from the time we checked in for 2 days and through departure. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Decor of lodging is impressive. Couple of small items within the room could use attention yet when bringing to front desk representative was informed all the rooms will be undergoing a transformation this winter. “The laundry service was a huge help! A deal-breaker! Also the staff was friendly and the housekeeping was EXCELLENT! We asked for housekeeping each day and they really did a great job having clean linens and cleaning the rooms. I liked having a normal-sized fridge — we took advantage of that. We’ve bounced around from hotel to hotel over the years and found this one through my nephew’s referral. We’ll stay here again!”
