“Ensure that you do not get a smoking room. They assumed we wanted that and it was awful. That room smelled awful but they did move us to another room”

“This hotel had the biggest pet fee than any other on our trip. I am ok with a deposit for a pet but I should not have to pay more. Our dog is cleaner, quieter, and better behaved than children that do not cost extra …the kids during this stay ran down the hallways and made lots of noise in their rooms.”

“The desk attendant was surly and did not have any welcoming remarks. We were not informed where we could find easy access or local amenities. The room didn’t not have a deadbolt on it. There was not a towel in the room. The room was very sparse which was not a problem for us but may be for others. We only received one key card where we are used to receiving two. Not that big of a deal though. Parking was very tight. Luckily we just needed to sleep and move on. But it appeared as though there...

“Nasty”

“Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"”

“The bed was hard as a board not sure if it was a box spring or a mattress, the bedding had holes and was of inferior quality to say the least, I was afraid to use the bath tub/shower for fear that I would come out dirtier than before I used it. The tv setup was different having to use 2 remote controls to navigate it. But the staff was very friendly.”

“The staff was so friendly and respectful! Guests were pleasant as well! Our rooms were clean and neat! Breakfast is not included but there are plenty of food places nearby! Definitely my go to place for my next stay!!!”
