“Very clean and comfortable room. Ample parking. Breakfast was very disappointing- the bare minimum and the coffee was almost not drinkable. The room was $190 and I could have stayed Tru by Hilton in Colorado Springs which has an AMAZING breakfast for $100 less!!”

Loved they had a vhs player in our room and a great selection to choose from at the front desk - even though you can watch them all on a streaming service, it was nostalgic to enjoy a movie night that way. The booking site mentioned breakfast from 8-10, but it looked like granola bars and fruit… not a big deal for us, but maybe it should be updated as that could be misleading. “I was disappointed with my stay at the Cliff House. There was construction happening all around the front of the hotel and throughout the inside as well, and I was never made aware of it when booking. When paying a higher rate for a stay, guests should at least have the option to know about major construction beforehand. It really affected the overall experience. On top of that, the staff was not the friendliest or most welcoming. Overall, not the experience I expected.”
