“Fantastiskt som vanligt; trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rymligt rum i gott skick med allt man kan behöva för en längre vistelse och nära till centrala staden. Vi saknade dock en sax i köket, och duschen hade några småfel - dels läckte det handhållna duschmunstycket något och dels var plastskärmen längst ner på duschdörren lös så vi fick sätta dit den själv. Hade varit behändigt med en något större soptunna samt en kompost för matavfall, och en återanvändbar disktrasa. ”

“Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco.
Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. ”

“Check in staff were very friendly and informative. Easy walking distance to the Royal Armouries. While I didn't reserve the room with the breakfast option, we were able to purchase it separately. In the future I would make I included it. ”

“Really nice modern hotel. Friendly helpful staff and beautiful reception and dining areas.
Ideal location to explore the city centre and only a five minute walk to the train station.
We enjoyed our 2 nights in a King Double room, lovely comfy bed with tasteful modern decor. Bathroom very clean and powerful shower!
When called for extra soaps and hot beverage things, staff were fast and generous.
Would recommend and definitely be looking for Hyatt hotels more often from now on 😃

“Great overnight stay! Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet especially for a Friday night! Rooftop bar was also lovely. Only downside was the parking was quite expensive compared to surrounding car parks. However this definitely would not stop us staying here again. ”

“Booked this hotel 10mins before checking in due to an issue at original hotel. Staff were great and although we ricked up at 2pm, we were checked in quickly and room was available. Room spaciouscand modern with a great suzed shower room. Breakfast items were of a good quality and only £10/person so excellent value! Will definitely stay again and would be my 1st choice in Harrogate, due to its convenience and service overall. ”

“This was the best hotel given its location how Central it was to everything. The ease of public transportation right outside the front door having breakfast provided and the restaurant absolutely had a full service menu that was to die for! We couldn't have asked for better!”

A distanza di quattro anni, e con l’avvento della nuova gestione, la situazione è notevolmente peggiorata, soprattutto in termini di pulizia e di servizio. Anche la qualità della colazione lascia molto a desiderare. Sicuramente non ripeteremo l’esperienza. Peccato, era una bella struttura...”
