“Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. All in all I will definitely be choosing to stay again”

“The family room was very small for an actual family. Two beds, but really one bed and am uncomfortable sofa bed. Not much room to move around and chill once they were both up. Also everything was bit tired and dated. Marks on the wall, the blinds and the door was very very chipped. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was fab. Shame that the opening and closing hours of the pool are restricted for children. ”

“I didn't have breakfast. However, whilst the room was tidy the pillows were like concrete blocks. Also the bathroom had damp and fungus because they dont have an extractor fan. The room also are in need of decoration. I paid £89 and i wouldnt say it was worth £30. Disappointed. Whilst the lady on reception was polite and courteous i wont be staying there again. I work in Leeds a few times a year so i will put this on my 'do not use' list of properties.”

“Spacious however I did not see one member of staff after I checked in aid before i checked out. My towels were not changed once over my 3 night stay ”

“Lovely hotel, clean, modern rooms. Excellent customer service. Many shops, restaurants, pubs close by. Local market, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sunday. White Lion close to bus stop to Haworth. ”

“Good price for booking one day in advance. I would I stay here again? Probably not. Good for one night stop off heading North, but I can’t see it being an ideal location for a short break. ”

Il ristorante ha sbagliato la comanda del pranzo e la colazione è molto english, scarsa selezione di colazione dolce, macchina espresso in bella vista ma non possibile avere un cappuccino…. Unica alternativa l’ immancabile tea o il black coffee! La stessa macchina lavora probabilmente a pranzo e a cena ma è spenta per colazione…”
