“Il check in e il check out sono stati velocissimi, le camere pulite ogni giorno e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni. Purtroppo il nostro è stato un soggiorno molto breve quindi non abbiamo potuto provare tutti i servizi, come palestra e spa. La colazione ben servita e molto varia. La struttura è a pochi metri da una fermata del bus che collega al centro e alla stazione, ovviamente servita benissimo. “Our trip didn’t quite go as planned, but the hotel staff were amazing. After our flight was cancelled, we had to cancel our original booking, but managed to get a later flight. Carol, the manager, came in on her day off to help sort things out so we wouldn’t be charged twice. The food was also great; my husband said his fish and chips were some of the biggest he’s had (and he’s had a lot!). “Tutto ok, con una sola grande negatività per chi come me viaggia in scooter. Non esiste uno straccio di tettoia per lasciarlo al riparo della pioggia durante la sosta né tantomeno un parcheggio interno coperto. ”

“In breve:l'area reception dell'Hotel era un cantiere con squadre di 6/8 operai che smontavano pavimenti e pareti, posavano pavimenti in resina ed ovviamente facevano rumori e polveri mentre i clienti transitavano o facevano colazione. Mai successa una cosa del genere!!! Addirittura un giorno la reception, dal mattino alla sera, è stata smontata e spostata provvisoriamente in un'altra postazione. Sul cibo e sui tavoli della colazione arrivava inevitabilmente la polvere proveniente dalle...

“Very quiet location considering how close to all amenities and the high street. Well presented property and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice touch was during breakfast we were asked if we’d like to take some fresh croissants home with us which we did. ”

“We were right in the town centre, which made it convenient for shopping and places to eat. We felt very welcome and at home. The facilities were clean and very comfortable, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay again at the drop of a hat!”

“I ordered the Sunday Lunch which was very good and loads of it washed down with a very nice and reasonable bottle of Portugese Wine. The only strange part was going to the bar to order and pay for it up front and then asked if you wanted to leave a tip before you had been served anything and did not know if the service was going to be any good which was very strange - I feel sorry for the staff as I declined the tip upfront but then had no cash with me to make my usual 10% tip after I finished...
