“I tried this property about a year ago and said I would not return. I decided to give them a second chance and it was just as bad or worse this time. The sheets were dirty. The pillows were dirty. The towels hanging in the bathroom had boot prints on them, not to mention the roach on the floor. There won’t be a third trip.”

“This is a nicely renovated hotel. Very refreshing and most affordable.”

“I was sick of stomach, starting the first evening, up until the time I left. This morning when I was leaving, I realized it was mildew and mold on the ceiling in the hallway where sink is and mold in the bathroom. The ceiling also had brown spots on the ceiling where it been wet. There was NEVER not one at the desk EVERY time I tried to address it. Just a bucket that said leave your key in the bucket when checking out. I really think they need to address it and not rent room 108 out.”

“Easy access right next to 2 gas stations and a waffle house within walking distance and just off of interstate 65. I often travel to Florida with Athens being the halfway point I will be staying here for future trips to break the drive up.”

“Breakfast in the morning was great. I don't eat much, but I was satisfied. ”

“The front desk staff were nice! The cleaning staff first morning didn't speak and head down to avoid. Hotel could use a little more care! Room was clean and fresh as long as a/c unit stayed on, if turned off we smelled all the cigarette smoking happen in other rooms! Yes we called the front desk to complain! Also first night no hotwater but front desk helped quickly! Breakfast was good with good options!”

“This is a new facility. Maybe several months old so everything is new and clean . Hard to determine long term . However place was very clean ,quiet and staff was very friendly. Would recommend”

“In my room there wasn't a bathtub, but a walk in shower. This was great for us as we are older adults with some disabilities. What I didn't like, was the toilet was low on the floor.”
