“What an amazing experience at this place, I couldn’t recommend it more! The location up on Mount Rokko is stunning. You get beautiful nature and great views, as well as not many people up here. You really feel like you’re in nature; such a. cool stay. It’s also super easy to get to, a 1 minute walk from the cable star station. The stay itself is also amazing.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got to sample almost all the onsens on offer. The rooms were well maintained and stocked with amenities. We appreciated the convenient and free shuttle service to go to dinner. Staff were friendly and spoke great english. The QR booking system for the onsens was easy to use.”

“The facility was very nice and quiet. Perfect for a retreat with private bath and hot spring water inside. My room carpet floor had spots- I thought it was wet - the staff were extremely nice and friendly, however only one person I met able to speak English. I guess the place was more towards locals than international guests. Overall. It was a good experience.”

“Really nice hotel in every respect.”

“Clean, nice staff, well equipped and in a very strategic position both to visit Kobe and to reach other cities like Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, etc... ”
