Case in affitto a Rolesville

“We really loved the house, view, large backyard, and the way the space was set up. Unfortunately, it was touted as a fully stocked kitchen with no need to bring anything. We quickly found out the first night while trying to cook dinner, that there were no baking pans, only 2 options out of a set of measuring cups, only 1 side of the toaster worked, and there was only 1 serving/mixing bowl. We ended up having to go out to the store to get the items we needed that we assumed would be there. Also...

“Very convenient location. Nice comfortable home .”

“Really nice place.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and clean. The kids in our party loved the outdoor games and the game room. We used the movie room to relax as a family. House and kitchen were well stocked for our stay. The host was great to work with and always prompt to reply.”

“The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, etc. The only issue I had with our stay was an obvious pet odor.”

“Communication was excellent. Everything we needed was provided. Furniture was comfy and could accommodate 6 people There was even a resident deer family in the yard to keep us entertained. Central location and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend”

“The property was very clean and set up for a pleasant stay. They host communicated timely and the location was close to downtown and some great restaurants”

“Clean place, easy location to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and host very responsive.”

“The listing for this property is not accurate. There is not a grill nor a fire pit. It also lists dining for 6 but there are only 4 chairs. In addition, it lists a desk chair, but there wasn’t one. There were no towel bars in the bathrooms to hang the bath towels. No hand towels were provided. The property needs a deep clean. There is also an ant problem as well as an issue with fruit flies. The proximity to 440 was convenient.”

“The house was in a great location for what we were in town for and fit our needs. I haven't been to Raleigh in a while and it was interesting to see how it's been changing. We brought our dog with us and were grateful for the fenced in yard. We all had a wonderful stay. ”

“The property was beautiful, the host was responsive and kind. Would recommend to anyone!”
