Sorry to hear that. Expedia hasn't contacted us to cancel your booking or to wave cancellation fees. You booked 3 days and later add another 4th day on a long stay Promo including half board at lowest rate. This offer was limited and had a 15 days non refund policy because of the high discount. The explanation is given during your booking process with Expedia which was accepted. Why does it matter to you that our place is very far from the Port & Airport if you have a serious Family Emergency? 3 days before your expected arrival I contacted you via expediapartnercentral if I can assist you in your transport and pre arrival preparation. This message never got answered. You could have contacted us during this time to allow free cancellation in submitting proof of the Emergency. Sadly we never got contacted since September and learned about your dire situation only from this review.
