This property worked well for our short stay in Rome (three nights) for our group of five. The place was very clean, with two bedrooms that slept two each and a day bed in the living room for one more. The two bathrooms certainly came in handy for us, and, as mentioned before, Roberta very kindly supplied some goodies for us in her fridge.
As far as location, we easily walked to the Vatican Museum and to the Metro for our tour of the Colosseum.
Being near a somewhat touristy area, there were plenty of restaurants, etc. nearby (we enjoyed a couple-including a sandwich place called The Loft, gelato at Lemongrass and candy treats from Castroni).
Roberta was very personable and quick to respond to our questions, and she was understanding when we requested a later checkout than originally scheduled.
We would recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.
