Close to everything.
It was all perfect. It was so close to everything you needed, including a few min walk from metro, grocery, Piazza de Popolo and much more. Is a noisy area, but I was used to it coming from big city.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé
Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet appartement il y a quelques années et, comme la dernière fois, nous sommes ravis des 3 jours et 3 nuits que nous y avons passé. L'appartement est vaste et confortable. La station de métro est toute proche ainsi qu'un supermarché et plusieurs petits restaurants. En quelques minutes on accède à pied à la Villa Borghèse. L'équipement de l'appartement est moderne (climatisation récente). Un petit point négatif: les plaques de cuisson sont lentes à chauffer. Par ailleurs FIDIA traite avec une compagnie pour les transferts aéroport/ville. Le chauffeur du retour avait une conduite dangereuse et était désagréable...

Great place to stay in Rome
This was our second time staying in this beautiful apartment. It is so convenient to all major attractions and it is so spacious and light. Check-in was easy and Allan explained everything we needed to know. Sadly we only had 3 nights this time but would love to return.

Incredible Location
The apartment was absolutely one of the best locations. It is close to everything you need from the subway to the bus to the grocery store. It was large enough to fit our family of eight. I would highly recommend!

Perfect property for family trip
My family group of 7 (2 couples, grandma and 2 teenagers) stayed at this gorgeous property for a week recently and cannot recommend it enough. There was plenty of space for everyone and the place is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located walking distance from all the sites and has grocery stores and restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Perfect apartment for friends and family
Here are some short bullets: - perfectly situated close to Piazza del Popolo, metro Flaminio, shopping street Via del Corso, supermarkets and cafés / restaurants. - lots of character, beautiful decorations and high ceilings - large rooms and comfortable beds - 2 full bathrooms and extra toilet - large kitchen (but who wants to cook while in Rome?) - friendly check-in and airport transfers if needed - office building, so no upstairs or downstairs neighbours at night Nothing found wanting (except perhaps some nicer wine / champagne glasses).

Family Celebration
This apartment is just lovely: multiple areas throughout for gathering; super comfy beds for sleeping; kitchen fully appointed. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the wonderful private chef who was recommended to us prepared an extraordinary dinner, capping off our family celebration. Deeply grateful for this travel experience and all that Fidia did to facilitate our comfort. 5 Stars!

Easy process checking in. Arrived early and was able to leave luggage at apartment while they cleaned. Booked transportation to and from port and airport with Fidia, the manager/owner. She was very accommodating with all of our requests.

Great place
Very beautiful apartment, in an classic building of offices (no neighbors after office hours). Classy decor, lots of space, great location. Communication with management was quick, efficient and helpful. Carrefour express is just round the corner. Overall a great stay in beautiful and crowded Rome.

What a great place in an amazing location. We were 2 families of 4 and this place was so spacious and beautiful. The location was amazing - we were able to get to all of the main places on foot. Wish we had more time here and I’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location
I have been to Rome a couple of times and this apartment is in a beautiful area and a perfect location to walk anywhere and see all the beautiful sites. It is a very comfortable apartment if you have two families of 4 or a big family.

Perfect Rome Apartment
3 adults and 4 teenagers. Everyone had their own bed. The apartment manager met us at the door and explained all the appliances. The rooms were all beautiful and the leather couches were very comfortable. The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby. The owner sent the most detailed and comprehensive list of information about the apartment, restaurants, tours, etc. She even arranged a private driver from both our cruise port and then to the airport on the way out. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The air conditioning was perfect after 100 degree temperatures. There is an elevator for the luggage, but we use the stairs to walk up and down most of the time. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is lovely and spacious with beautiful details and high ceilings. Very quiet given its central location and it was great to have AC for the hot Rome nights. There is a short set of stairs and then a small elevator up to the 3rd floor apartment. The property manager was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic Location
Fidia was very communicative prior to our trip. The check in process was very easy. The location was great near Piazza del Popolo, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. There were 7 of us and the apartment was great for our needs. I definitely recommend using Fidia's recommendation of Crazy4Rome for any of your tour needs - they were great! She also arranged car services for us that were on time and reliable.

Fantastic stay in Rome
We spent a wonderful week in Rome in the Flaminio apartment. That apartment is spacious and gave us plenty of room as a group of 8 family members. The location is just steps away from the Flaminio Metro stop, the Pincio, Villa Borghese, and the Piazza del Popolo. Our property management contact was extremely responsive and met us upon arrival to do a full walkthrough. He was also super helpful arranging a transfer to the airport upon departure. The apartment itself had a few quirks, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again and nothing that rose to the level of flagging for the property manager. As is standard in Europe, there is a clothes washer but no dryer so make sure you plan for air drying. There are two very helpful drying racks included in the apartment. Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

If you are looking for a convenient location in Rome this is the place! So easy to access all tourist destinations. Easy to grab a taxi from Piazza. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Allan and Fidia were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The perfect location
We had a lovely stay. The apartment is very spacious, with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The proximity to Piazza del Popolo was perfect for us to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rome. This apartment would be perfect for a large group. There is a washing machine, and drying racks. There is an elevator in the building. The beds are all extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and when we had a minor issue with the plumbing, someone was sent almost immediately to fix it. I highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location
We had a wonderful time- neighborhood was perfect and easy to walk to all the major sites. Good grocery store, restaurants and gelato shop very close by. Found the nearby Piazza del Popolo fascinating. Management team was super helpful with helping us book transfers from the airport and beyond. One of their drivers even helped us reclaim a lost piece of luggage at the airport that we needed to move onto the next portion of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and apartment
We came and stayed for my best friend's 50th birthday. Rome was our first stop of four. Apartment is exactly as advertised. It's in the perfect spot to be able to get anywhere. There's the best stop there's the subway there's a taxi stand. Everything you might need is a very short walk away. We absolutely loved it. Cannot recommend it enough.

Perfect stay for families in Rome
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The communication was timely and clear. The apartment has so much space and was perfect for our family with small children. The best part was the property allowed us to check in early (for an additional fee) which was key to getting our kids a nap after a long transatlantic flight. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of many major sites. We also booked a tour through the suggested company and it was incredible. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Almost perfect
Based on the rating system, I can’t help but give a 5 star rating. We loved our stay and the huge, beautiful apartment. The only issue we had was an occasional bad sewer smell and the showers are abysmal. There is a lot of minerals in the water, so they are probably just clogged. Again, I’m rating this 5 star, because we had a wonderful time and loved the place.

What an amazing property!!

Great Layout In A Great Location
The layout of the rental is very good with the rooms in a row and the bathrooms across the hall from them in a row. The little half bath was nice to have in the mornings for those not showering to use. The decor and furnishings were different (in a good way) with old world style about them. The location across from the Piazza Popola is nice too.

Perfect space and location for our Girls Trip
This beautiful apartment is located a block off the Piazza del Popolo. Great location and generous, lovely space. It was perfect for a girls trip to Rome - plenty of bathroom space for 6 women, large kitchen and dining space, room to relax and enjoy the view. Construction and traffic noise, but nothing we couldn’t handle.

Wonderful spacious apartment in a convenient location.
This was a fantastic apartment for our group of 9 family members. The bedrooms were very spacious and the double living room area was a great place for us all to gather comfortably. We particularly enjoyed the view from this area . The building itself was quite and felt very secure. It is located in a busy area with street noise but that was to be expected for the location. It was conveniently located to the Fluminio Metro station, Piazza di Popolo and lots of restaurants and markets. The host and assistant were very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our experience here very much!

Elegant apartment in a great location
This is a lovely apartment in a great location, not far from Rome's major attractions and numerous shops and restaurants. It is spacious, with very high ceilings, and the layout of the bedrooms provides privacy for all (we were a party of five adults). The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The host was very helpful in providing transportation to and from the airport and train station, and the tour company recommended was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Luxury in Roma!
Such a special stay in Rome. There was someone to greet us and show us the property. Plenty of space and extra keys. Has a lift up which was helpful for our parents. One of the best vacation rental properties I’ve ever stayed at. HUGE! Worth the price, especially for larger groups. They also arranged a perfect ride to the airport. Amazing all around!

Exceptional property with Italian charm
This is a true gem of an apartment. It easily accommodated my husband and myself and our 3 adult children and spouses. The location just north of the Piazza del Popolo was ideal. The apartment is plenty spacious and comfortable and has a wonderful charm to it. It truly has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Access was easy and we felt very secure. There is a flight of steps when you enter the building then you can take the elevator or stairs. We really appreciated the apartment manual with all locations of grocery & pharmacy (just around the corner), restaurant recommendations, eyc. We had a spectacular meal at Ad Hoc. The owners were very responsive. As a VRBO host myself in the U.S, I really appreciate such a fine property as this. Overall, it could not have been better.
