molto carina la piscina, bello il bar. la vista non e' beliissima, tanti brutti edifici di fronte stanze molto pulite e belle, brutta la finestra sul cavedio.

Ci dispiace non abbia gradito la vista anche se il nostro roof affaccia su dei meravigliosi tetti romani e dove si puo' ammirare una parte del centro storico della citta'. Per quanto concerne la vista della camera, la prego di contattarmi direttamente in occasione del suo prossimo soggiorno. sara' un piacere poterla assistere al meglio ed assegnare una camera con una vista diversa e di suo gradimento. The room was just an average size room that looked out at other buildings in a courtyard. No view at all. I feel when you book on Expedia you get the hotels least popular room in each room category. Better booking direct and spending more money. The roof top area was very nice and staff were friendly.

The location is very convenient eith easy access to Piazza di Spagna and other great attractions. There are also good restaurants nearby (such as Da Tulio) and many shopping options (such as Rinascente). The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I’ll certainly go back!

World class service - highly recommend!
The hotel itself was exactly what you’d expect from a city 5 star hotel, well looked after and clean. The team (in reception, the spa, concierge and room service) were exceptional - every interaction was a pleasure and any issues we encountered were resolved immediately. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Bathroom terrible . No place to hang anything including towels . Poor quality toiletries.Spa is an extra charge- a disgrace at a supposedly 5 star hotel

Zu teureres Luxushotel, Pool kostet extra aber sehr angenehm 40C warm mit Whirlpool, bei Ankunft kein Stilles Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Restaurant ist schlecht, kein Gericht hat wirklich geschmeckt. Die Bar ist total ungemütlich und taghell erleuchtet. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Fabulous hotel! It was clean, modern, and the customer service was superb! This hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions and close to a subway station. It was lovely to return to after a long hot day of site seeing. There is a lovely fragrance throughout the hotel. Subtle, but refreshing. The food in the restaurants was great, and there are also many restaurant choices in the area. From the moment we arrived, the service was stellar. Our room was upgraded to accommodate our family and a since we were celebrating a birthday, we were pleasantly surprised to see birthday treats in our room after we returned from dinner. Thank you Aleph Rome for such a pleasant stay! If you are considering booking this hotel - don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful and extremely clean hotel with the most amazing scent when you walked in. Close to lots of shopping and sight seeing. Concierge was very helpful in getting us reservations and everyone on the front desk is pleasant.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my lifetime... mostly 4 or 5 star hotels. The service at this hotel is the best I have ever experienced. From the front desk to the concierge - they go above and beyond. The hotel is located in a great area and is a 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Also - all the attractions are close by. The rooms are modern and well kept. You will not be disappointed.

I have stayed at many properties including many 5 star hotels. The staff - front desk and concierge - are absolutely the most helpful staff you could ever deal with. Whether it involved any issue - they were so helpful.
