Sin embargo, como le hicimos saber en su momento, era un problema que escapaba de nuestras manos, ya que el hotel no podia solucionar nada, sino la compania con la cual trabajamos y lamentablemente el problema fue resuleto un dia despues de que ud se haya ido. Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas, si hubiesemos podido haber solucionado algo en su momento, sin duda lo hubiesemos hecho. Igualmente, nos gustaria decir, que por mas que sea que el internet no haya funcionado, igualmente pudo disfrutar del resto de nuestros servicios (limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, desayuno incluido, recepcion abierta 24 horas con personal atento, tv, aire acondicionado, etc). About the air conditioning, we just changed it and gave it manteinance about a month ago in all of our rooms , so we are sure that we have perfectly working air conditioning.
