Stunning attic with a large panoramic terrace overlooking Rome and the Quirinal Palace. Just around the corner from the famous Trevi Fountain, a few seconds walk! It can host up to 4 people and is the perfect place for those seeking a comfortable stay in the very heart of Rome!

The apartment is 70 metres (or 200 feet) away from the Trevi Fountain, a 8 minute walk from the Pantheon, 12 minute walk from Piazza Navona, 10 minutes from the Fori Imperiali, 20 minutes from the Colosseum, and so many more sightseeing spots and museums that it is impossible to list them here! And surrounded by local restaurants, cafes, wine bars, shops and supermarkets! You will never need a taxi or public transportation during your stay!!

This newly renovated apartment in a historic 1913 building, features two double bedrooms: one is located across the large terrace, which gives guests more privacy, and has an en suite bathroom (with shower), the other one is located in the main apartment. There is another bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and access to the terrace. The terrace is located between the main apartment and the second double bedroom with en-suite. There is a nice outdoor sitting area. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

There are certain house rules that guests should adhere to, including paying a tourist tax (charged by the municipality) in cash, in the amount of 3.5€ per person (children under 10 years of age are not charged) per night (for a maximum of 10 nights) upon arrival.
Guests should be considerate of the neighbors avoiding excessive noises, especially during quiet hours.
Please remember to close all the sliding glass windows on the terrace when you leave the apartment.
Please remember to bring the keys with you and lock the doors when you leave the apartment and be careful when opening the doors without forcing the keys in the locks to avoid breakage. In the event of any damage to the keys or doors you will be charged, as well as if you lose any keys.
Please be mindful of our planet: turn off all electrical household appliances (i.e. air conditioning, tv, lights, etc.) when leaving the apartment, to prevent accidents as well; please separate and dispose of your waste and recycling as instructed by the check-in agent.

Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm, and late check-in fees are charged in cash for arrivals after 8 pm for any reason (8pm - 10pm = €25; 10pm - 12am = € 35; after midnight = €40 + €10 for each extra hour). Guests may store their luggage in the apartment before check-in time, but early check-ins are not allowed. Checkout is until 10 am, and late check-out is subject to the owner's approval (contact the owner to verify whether a late check-out is possible).

A check-in agent will welcome guests, explain the apartment's features, and they will be available in case of emergencies or special needs. Guests are required to send a text message before their arrival to arrange check-in and avoid wait time (for you and the check-in agent).
