Wonderful stay
Located in close proximity to Vatican and 20-30 min walk to the historical center. Plenty of coffee shops and places to have dinner around. Subway station 5 min walk. Easy to get to and from airport. Clean, safe; property manager is excellent; met us, walked thru everything.

The Warmth of Rome
We spent just over 3 weeks in Rome, fleeing the cold of a Toronto winter. Paolo was out of town when we first arrived, but had arranged for a friend to check us in. Two days later he had returned and spent an hour with us to ensure we were well settled and knew about the appliances. He continued to be extremely helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is ideal for two people - just a few minutes from St.Peters and the Vatican. There are many good restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a choice of supermarkets. A truly excellent market (Mercato Trianfole) is within 10 minutes walk, and here you can buy meat, fish, and very fresh fruit and vegetables. The metro is within 5 minutes walk. Overall, one could not wish for a better apartment.

Spacious, convenient, pretty apartment
Plenty of room for 3 adults, lovely little kitchen with all the basic equipment, great communications with the host. And just outside the wall of Vatican City. A quick walk to a Metro stop and to Hop On/Hop Off buses. And loads of cafes and restaurants. Great launch pad for a wonderful week in Rome!

A very convenient and cozy stay

Well located
Pictures are accurate. Paolo is attentive and helpful. This is a one bedroom apartment that is spacious and clean. I believe there s a pull-out in the living room. There are grocery stores less than 1K away for basic amenities since there were few in the apartment. We did not use the safe (could not figure out how it worked). We would stay again if back in Rome.

Great time
We stayed 5 nights in Rome and this apartment couldn't be more perfect. It's centrally located near the Vatican. It's 2.5 blocks from the Metro. Its comfortable and clean. The owner, Paolo, is very helpful with any of your needs. Strongly recommend!

Excellent location, relatively easy to find, catch the SIC bus from international airport and get off at Vatican City, 2nd stop. 15 mins walk even with suitcases. Appt is on 1st floor overlooking the street, has stairs and lift. Very solid building, so very quiet, saw no neighbours. Missing streaming services though. Has good aircon. Fairly good queen bed. Fold out couch might be tight for more than 1 night for 2. Overall good value.

Nice cool apartment for an August stay in Rome
Apartment was clean and had all the essential. Manager let us check in early and drop our bags while the cleaning lady was finishing up. Perfect location, out of the touristy area. Castroni across the street is a gem. Apartment faces north, not too warm in the summer heat. AC works well. Will stay there again if we go back to Rome.

This apartment was in the perfect location for us since we really wanted to be near the Vatican. The neighborhood was super safe and the property was very close to the metro which was nice. The apartment was huge! It was really nice to have separate areas and it was only on the second floor so it was really nice to not have to use the elevator.

Property was nice especially the host/property manager Taolo was always available for any help. We would highly recommend. The only challenge we had was with Air Conditioning, the bedroom AC did not work well even when Taolo tried to get it repaired. The area can be noisy sometimes due to restaurants right opposite to the unit.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
If you are planning on visiting the Vatican, this is the place to stay. It is literally a five minute walk to the Vatican. There are many great little coffee shops, and restaurants in walking distance also. The apartment is very clean and the owner is very easy to communicate with. He was very attentive to all of our needs. We definitely highly recommend this place.

Family vacation 2023
We just returned from our trip and this property was wonderful. It is located just a few blocks from the Vatican in a great neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants, bakeries, and shops to provide anything you may want. It was also an easy walk to a metro station to get to different parts of Rome as well.

As far as the apartment was concerned, all worked wonderfully : the welcome, the location (top), the appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom, etc... However the only problem was no heat in the apartment for no fault of our renter, but rather the law that prohibits heating systems to be turned on after April 7th. In spite of several layers of clothing, 60ish F (16 C) is pretty cold if you want to relax. But all in all it was a wonderful stay.

This place was great. Spotlessly clean with a really great location. Very close to metro stop. Wonderful restaurant on the corner, as well as many more in the near vicinity. Very close also to a taxi stand. This all made getting around Rome very easy. We definitely recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for movement around Rome
This rental is located in the perfect neighborhood for seeing all the sites in Rome. A few blocks from the Vatican, St Peters Square, great restaurants and market a few blocks away. Only complaint is there were no extra pillow cases and the pillows need to be replaced as they were dirty. I would also suggest perhaps a booklet with internet log on, map of Rome and local restaurants suggestions which I found helpful in other locations I stayed in Italy.

Great location and perfect apartment
We loved this apartment, it's exactly how it's advertised. The owner was amazing. Helped us with transportation, suggestions to restaurants and places to visit and allow us to drop off our luggage before the check-in time. He even offer to help us with storage for our luggage the day we departed. The apartment it's 5-10 min walk to St. Pete Basilica and Vatican museums. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely rent this place again!

Die Nähe zum Vatikan ist für die Vatikanmuseen, den Petersplatz und -Dom sowie die Engelsburg perfekt. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn Linie A und die Busse ermöglicht einen schnellen Transfer zum historischen Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig. In der Nähe findet man Restaurants und Geschäfte, die man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement très bien situé dans Prati à 3 minutes de marche du Métro le plus près. Belle vie de quartier avec beaucoup de choix de restaurants, cafés, marchés, etc. et le tout à distance de marche. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil de l’hôte. L’appartement est très spacieux et avec beaucoup de commodités. C’était propre dans l’ensemble mais pourrait l’être davantage. Très beau séjour.

This could be such a wonderful VRBO if they just did a few things better.
Paolo did not communicate that if you do not meet him to check in and leave your luggage at a different location he gave me that you would have to pay an hourly rate which caused the daily rate to be much higher. I would highly recommend how to figure out how to have a lock box so guests do not have to wait and meet to enter the condo. He does not have any instructions in the home on how to operate the washer and dryer and the Internet is extremely slow. I would highly recommend getting better quality towels and sheets.

We usually allow our guests whenever possible to drop their luggage off ahead of check in time. In fact this was the case and these guests had an appointment at 10:30 AM at the apartment, but they just didn't show up and someone had to wait for them for about an hour. No way to communicate with Pina for the whole day! Too bad they are hereby complaining that they had to pay for a luggage storage, that was absolutely not our fault but theirs. There was a technical problem with our internet provider during their stay, and I told them about that. Our fiber connection is usually super fast, about 200 Mbps. Pina contacted me to ask instructions for the washer and I helped her promptly. Our linens and towels are of a good quality but not the same you would find in a 5 stars hotel.

Excellent safe location close to the Vatican and walking distance from Historical Centre. The apartment is like a home away from home, it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Great Location Near Vatican + Metro
Great communication with Property Manager. His associate Francesco met us for Check In, and was also a pleasure to deal with. We loved being 2-3 blocks from the Vatican. For Roman summers, the air conditioning was fantastic. The propert was a block or so from the Ottoviano metro stop and gets you to all the sights within 15 minutes. We loved being a little bit away from the chaos of the major tourist sights, but still close enough to get there when ever we liked. This is great value for money. There is a great PAM supermarket right around the corner as well as a tremendous little Bakery for breakfast if not eating in.

Rome was more special because of our lodging
Bustling city streets below but an oasis of peace and rest and family time above in this adorable high end unit- close to Metro and 2 blocks from Vatican wall - a safe and lovely place - There were dishes left in the sink but they may have been cleaned and were drying - overall 2 Thumbs up! Would stay again!
