L'appartamento, ristrutturato nel 2016, si trova al primo (negli Stati Uniti, al secondo) piano di un edificio nell'incantevole quartiere di Prati con una vista panoramica sul Vaticano dalle finestre delle camere da letto. L'edificio è un tipico palazzo romano con ascensore.

Questa posizione è perfetta per coloro che vogliono raggiungere a piedi i Musei Vaticani e San Pietro o raggiungere qualsiasi altro sito principale con i mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dai Musei Vaticani e da San Pietro. La stazione della metropolitana linea A (stazione Ottaviano / San Pietro) è appena fuori dall'edificio e ti porterà in pochi minuti a Piazza di Spagna o Piazza del Popolo (il quartiere alla moda e famoso della moda).

Intorno all'edificio: ristoranti, gelateria, banche, supermercato, farmacia, bar, negozio di souvenir, tabacchi, agenzia di viaggi. Troverete un mercato all'aperto giornaliero a breve distanza a piedi che offre frutta e fiori freschi insieme a prodotti e oggetti artigianali locali. Le strade vicine hanno una varietà di negozi, ristoranti, pizzerie e bellissime residenze.

L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 5 persone; recentemente rinnovato in tutto con nuovi bagni e cucina con pavimenti in legno e aria condizionata in ogni stanza. L'alloggio è composto da soggiorno e sala da pranzo con cucina, un tavolo con 6 sedie, un divano, TV / Satellite e aria condizionata. Cucina nuova dotata di forno, piano cottura a gas, bollitore, lavatrice / asciugatrice, frigorifero e congelatore, lavastoviglie. Ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni privati recentemente rinnovati (entrambi offrono doccia, lavandino, WC, asciugacapelli). Le camere da letto dispongono di aria condizionata, finestre con doppi vetri (non solo doppi pannelli) per garantire una buona notte di sonno, letti confortevoli (2 letti king-size -160 x 190 cm - e 1 letto singolo - 80 x 190 cm -), ampie lenzuola e bagno asciugamani. L'appartamento offre un cellulare, un servizio Internet gratuito per tutto il giorno e un computer, quindi gli ospiti non hanno bisogno di portare il proprio laptop o cercare Internet café a ore dispari per rimanere in contatto con casa.

Il trasporto da e per l'aeroporto può essere organizzato. L'autista sarà fuori dal costume (nessun problema se il tuo volo non è in orario ed è in ritardo) con il cartello con il tuo nome e ti porterà direttamente all'appartamento. Orario di check in alle 12 p. m., check out il giorno della partenza alle 10 a. m. (a meno che non vi sia un diverso accordo reciproco).

Location, Location, Location!! Carla’s apartment was lovely. Large and equipped. The beds did the trick and having two bedrooms & two bathrooms was a bonus. The unit was clean and welcoming. Carla was a lovely host who we had at our fingertips for any questions or information. We walked everywhere. Vatican, Sistine Chapel, St Peter’s Basilica, Pantheon, & Trevi Fountain. A very short uber ride to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. Dozens of wonderful outdoor restaurants and cafes steps away from the apartment. Baked treats and Gelato galore on every corner. Convenience stores within a few steps plus many souvenir shops. We already are planning to be back next spring!

This apartment was perfect for our family of five. Carla couldn’t have been nicer and we used her driver to take us from the airport to the apartment, to the cruise port, and back to the airport. He was super nice and reliable. We also loved the coffee shop below and the owner there couldn’t have been nicer! They have the best croissants!

This apartment is one of my favorite places to rent. I don’t want to tell you how awesome this apartment and neighborhood is, because the next time I and my wife will visit Rome I want to be able to rent it. I can only give it and the property manager, 10 out of 10.

Stayed here for a week to visit various sites in Rome and it comfortably fit our family of five who are mostly adults. Carla is very friendly, helpful in explaining the local area, and is quick to respond to questions. A metro stop is also very close so you can get around the city easily. The apartment is clean, has good a/c, the beds are comfy, and all the kitchen stuff you need if you prefer to eat in. It’s also just far enough from the busier roads that we didn’t have any traffic noise at night. Plenty of restaurants and shopping available within the surrounding few blocks. The washer/dryer combo in the apartment is also a huge plus to have. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Rome.

This apartment is a great place to stay. It’s nice and clean and comfortable. That would be enough however the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Prati is a nice neighborhood with everything we needed. There is a large market 3 blocks away and the Main Street with shops is a block away. We would definitely book again.

My wife, son & I stayed here for the 2024 Thanksgiving Holiday (22-29 Nov) and thoroughly enjoyed our choice of places to stay. We made the trip to spend the holiday with our daughter who was studying in Rome and living in the Prati section of Rome. We considered staying in a hotel, but this apartment offered more at a much more competitive price per night. The apartment was well equipped and located within walking distance of the Ottaviano Metro Station and many great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best part of the apartment was the host/owner who made extra effort to coordinate the stay before we arrived and gave great advice on where to eat as well as how to travel. You will be very satisfied if you stay here!

Wonderful place in excellent location. Few minutes to walk to the Vatican, within walking distance to Trevi fountain and Coliseum and many other Rome sites. The apartment had everything we needed, even a first aid kit. Clean and with just a few touches of traditional Italian decoration which was really cool. Very thorough check in, lovely building near restaurants. Highly recommend.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of five and I cannot thank Carla enough for all of her assistance both before and during our stay! Carla was very good at communicating prior to our arrival had arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, as well as take us to our cruise port at the end of our stay. This was so helpful since finding a taxi for 5 people in Rome is nearly impossible. The airline lost one of our bags and Carla assisted in our search as she was able to speak Italian on the phone - once again so helpful and generous with her time. The apartment is in great condition and the location is perfect. All the amenities we could want and the AC worked very well. Thank you Carla!!

Carla’s VRBO has significantly improved our Rome summer holiday. We visited Rome in the spike of the summer season, going when least advised— during end of July — and Carla’s home made us coming back from a day of exploring that much more pleasant. She has Air Conditioning in both of the 2 bedrooms and living room. For a group of 4, each couple split the two rooms and the 2 bathrooms were very nice. She provided us laundry detergent for us to use her washer/dryer, as well as dish soap for the kitchen sink. Carla herself was very nice and given us her personal recommendations as well as a map of Rome. Her apartment has books of Italian/Rome travel books and we’ve used it frequently throughout our trip. Highly recommend staying here! Would book again!

Great location - minutes from the Vatican and reasonable walk (25 minutes) to other key sites (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona). Host was very helpful. Apartment was perfectly furnished, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this home. The owner made everything so seamless and communication was great the entire time! Lots of space, with immaculate ceiling height made the overall space very abundant. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and gelato plus shopping! The Vatican is a five minute walk and metro is easily accessible.

This apartment was perfect for us. The location is amazing, Metro is right around the corner. The apartment was great for our purposes, nice size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Check in was super easy. The host, Carla, was kind enough to arranged our transportation from the airport and our transportation to the cruise port. I would definitely stay at this property again.

From the moment we booked, it was a great experience. Carla was always available, arranged airport pick up, even when flights were unexpectedly delayed. Having bathrooms connected to each bedroom was great. So close to the metro and bus stops was convenient for my senior parents. Grocery store minutes away and amazing restaurants across the street. Quiet, clean, and air conditioned. Would happily (and hope to) stay here again.

It's just a short walk to Vatican City that we could easily go back to the apartment for a nap after joining the Papal Audience in early morning. Closing the bedroom windows kept the loud laughs out in the street well in the middle of the night. Overall, we had everything we needed for our 2-night stay.
