Semplicemente ECCEZIONALE!!!
Soggiorno a dir poco fantastico! La struttura si trova accanto al famoso bar Giolitti, camere ben arredate, bagno nuovissimo con sanitari di design. Letto molto comodo, lenzuola pulite e profumate, con 3 cuscini di varie misure a propria disposizione, climatizzatore centralizzato molto efficiente, Abbiamo inoltre usufruito di un buono per fare colazione al bar Giolitti. Merita un 10 e lode sia la struttura che il gestore, Simone, ragazzo molto attento e preciso, che ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e/o esigenza. Per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Roma torneremo senza dubbio! Complimenti!

This was a great location with boutiques and gelato and restaurants near by. Host was great and easy to work with. Would rent here again.

Booked the wrong date and kept trying to contact the property and they couldn’t confirm our booking but still managed to keep our 200 dollars and even though they are aware our booking was messed up still charged us an additional 130 dollars for no show…very disappointed with customer service

But nobody never reply, we never received a request from Your side!The reservation was confirmed and not refundable, so if You no show at the structure we charge the entire cost of the room.Next time try to contact us directly (not the expedia customer service) and provide a correct mobile number! I think You must review the expedia customer service instead our structure!Thank YouSimone

Very good location. Tasty breakfast served in the café next door. There was also Giolitti next door, which was one of the reasons to choose this particular place😊 The room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely choose the same accommodation again.

We had a really great time in Rome and a large part of it was staying here. There isn’t a reception. It’s self check in via pin pads which we were really happy about. Very convenient. Parking wasn’t easily but that does not fall of staying here. Just beware you can’t park on site. There are parking lots in the area you just have to find a spot. Also you cannot pull up directing to the place. There are barricades 50’ away from the door. We unloaded right at the barricade and my husband went to find parking. Everything is in walking distance. Really great location. Extremely clean and modern. Everyday we came back and the room looked picture perfect. Would absolutely stay again. (Don’t waste time at the gelato place next door. Tourist trap. Go to Frigidarium)

This is a private guestroom with no reception area. Someone messaged us directly on WhatsApp on arrival and met us there and let us in. Offered suggestions for food and arranged for ground transfer services and was available on WhatsApp for any of our needs.

Excellent location with modern amenities-bathroom, A/C, no mosquitoes, quiet, a lift, and shampoo and bath wash. Located just next to Giolitto’s and within walking distance from all of the “ must see” sights in Rome. We would stay there again.

Det var litt klønete innsjekk, da det ble sendt info kort tid før innsjekken med relevant info. Da var vi på reisefot og med dårlig wifi. Det var nydelig beliggenhet, og fine omgivelser både inne og ute. Det flaskevannet de skrøt av, så vi ingenting til. Felles kjøleskap ute i fellesareal. Kjøpte inn selv. Lytt! Vi sov dårlig 2 av 3 netter grunnet støy.

As for all guests we keep in contact with them at least 24 hours before the arrival, we don't have a reception and usually we set an appointment, so we can welcome you with our Staff, if the Guest has a delay or a schedule change, we arrange for You a self check-in. We send a message by mobile or Whatsapp with ALL the informations to get into Your room. We are sorry for the FREE Water, we didn't receive any message from You so we can't recharge it, sorry again, we will pay more attention the next time! There are guaranteed soundproof windows in all rooms, if closed there is no noise from outside. We would have appreciated more communication with you, to satisfy your requests. We hope to have you again as our guests! Thank you

Parfaitement situé au cœur de la ville, nous avons quasiment tout visité à pied. Belle chambre très propre, très confortable, au calme. Service de nettoyage tous les jours, café et thé. Ne pas hésiter.

My first visit to Rome
The place is super nice and clean, in city center closes to all attractions by walk, owners are very helpful and they will make sure to arrive at the location , they keep in touch with you till they make sure u arrived. I would stay again there. I highly recommend the place . Best of luck
