Embrace the romance and history of Rome at our bright, fully-appointed studio, nestled within a historic building in the bustling Monti district. With its capacity to accommodate four guests, it has been mindfully designed to cater to a range of travelers—from solo adventurers and couples, to families and small groups of friends. The apartment is full of character and Roman charm, featuring two independent bedroom areas, one of which is a quaint loft, evoking a sense of warmth and coziness. The living room, garnished with tasteful decor and furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, is a perfect place to kick back and relax after a day of sightseeing. Our apartment's crux is the compact yet fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the veranda. Here, you can brew a cup of Italian espresso with our coffee maker, or prepare home-cooked meals using our stove and basic cooking essentials. The large bathroom, complete with a hot-water shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensures you'll start your day refreshed and end it on a relaxed note. With enriching amenities such as iron, room-darkening shades, air conditioning, and heating, we have taken care of every detail to create a sense of home away from home.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. Self-check-in is effortless with a smart lock, providing guests the flexibility to arrive at their convenience. Although there's no private entrance, the apartment is easily accessible via the building's wide stairs or a large elevator - a rarity in Rome's historic center. Perfect location!

Everything was very clean and in the perfect walking area of the sights we wanted to see. Wifi was a spotty throughout the day so be aware of that if you plan of working during stay. Otherwise great vacation spot!

Convenient and nice apt!

The building is very nice to start with! Only 10 minutes walk to termini train station and coliseum! About 30 minutes to trevi and one hour to Vatican, but metro station is right around the corner. Apt is nice and clean, traditional feeling with contemporary renovated bathroom! Fabric Sofa is worn and table is small. Easy to communicate! Overall great experience!

Great location

The location for this unit is awesome. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The stairs were a bit dangerous and very creeky. The dining table was also rickety. You had to be careful which chairs you could sit. The couch was stained and disgusting. The bathroom was very nice but needed a rug to step out of the shower. The upstairs bedroom is very low ceiling. You cannot be taller than 5’6 to be able to stand upright. Plenty of towels and lots of light.

Location, location, location

What a charming place to stay in the heart of Roma. Located in the Monti region of Rome. Excellent restaurants all within a few blocks, the Termini train station a six minute walk, the Colosseum seven minutes away. You can get your morning coffee at the cafe next door if you are in a rush. If you have more time in the morning, the best coffee was actually just inside the train station. It has to be the creamiest cappuccino we have ever had! We went there a few times. The apartment has everything you need. Large shower, cute layout. The steps to get up to it are a definite calf workout. My wife would take the small elevator and I would jog up the steps! Took about the same time. I would highly recommend this place for your trip. As I said in the title, location, location, location. Definitely a great apartment and very clean and updated.
