Spagna Apartment by Alta Luxury Apartments , è uno splendido appartamento nel cuore di Roma, a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna. Si trova al terzo piano (con ascensore) di un palazzo storico situato in Via di Propaganda.
L'appartamento dispone di squisiti spazi di soggiorno e sala da pranzo, una cucina a vista, due bagni e due camere da letto oltre che una cabina armadio.
I lussuosi pavimenti in legno di rovere, i tendaggi, le sedute ed i letti in pregiato velluto, i tavoli in mosaico di marmo antico, i bagni con le forniture di alto design e l'arredamento d'antiquariato di alta fascia fanno di questo appartamento la scelta ideale per famiglie, coppie o piccoli gruppi di amici, che cercano eleganza e comfort nel cuore della Città Eterna.

L'appartamento è composto da 2 camere da letto; una spaziosa suite con letto king size con bagno privato ed un'altra camera da letto con possibilità di 2 letti singoli o un matrimoniale e grande armadio a muro a tre ante. La zona notta è completata da un secondo bagno ed un'utile cabina armadio. Le camere sono elegantemente arredate con mobili imperiali francesi (periodo 1800).

Nel soggiorno troviamo un tavolo in marmo antico, decorato a mosaico, che può ospitare fino a 6 persone; una TV 50' alla parete e due divani molto grandi e comodi che possono ospitare altre persone.
Tutte le camere hanno grandi finestre e soffitti alti, tipici degli antichi edifici romani.
Ogni stanza dell'appartamento è dotata di aria condizionata e riscaldamento.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresa la lavastoviglie e il forno a microonde.
Completa l'appartamento una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Fantastic Apartment and Location!!

Edoardo and his father went above and beyond regarding our stay. The apartment exceeded my expectations; every detail of the classical unit was accounted for. The floors and details were so well thought-out and expertly executed. Clean, spacious, excellent air conditioning in all rooms, quiet at night! And the location, FANTASTIC, located literally steps from Piazza di Spagna, and the main shopping avenues of Rome. We will definitely stay again here!

Absolutely Amazing!

The property itself was simply amazing, it was clean, conveniently located, spacious and with all the amenitities we need! The location is by far the best in Rome. Everything you need is basically within walking distance which is also an added plus. Edoardo made the check in and checkout process very easy & even made great suggestions on places to visit while we were there. He was also easy accessible with any questions or concerns that we may have had. He was the best! Overall we had a wonderful time & we would definitely be staying at this property again.

Amazing trip visiting our son who is studying in Rome

We had a perfect 4 days with our 17 visiting our 21 year old. The apartment is beautiful and perfect location. The property manager was very responsive and gave us great restaurants off the tourist path. Loved it all. We hope to return.

Great location!!

The property is located steps from Piazza di Spagna with easy walking access to all of the key sites, excellent shops, and restaurants. The Colosseum and Vatican City are each a 30+ minute walk, so you might choose to take a taxi to those sites. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with our desired amenities of air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, and kitchen. The bathrooms were not luxurious, but each was more than satisfactory. Our 5-day stay was terrific, and Edoardo’s list of restaurant recommendations was fantastic. It was always wonderful to stroll by the Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps on our walk home each night. We’re thankful to have found this apartment as it helped provide a great experience at a very good value.

Best location and place!

We had the most enjoyable stay here! Literally few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and all the shopping. Eduardo was super easy to reach and very helpful with questions we had. Place is spacious, clean, and has a washer and dryer! Loved our stay.

This apartment is just amazing! The location is unbeatable, the communication with the owner was the best we have ever had when renting from VRBO and the apartment was exactly as advertised and better! There is a taxi stand one block away which made getting around the city a snap. Also so many things to walk to you may not need a cab! Can’t say enough wonderful things.. would recommend to anyone!

great location near the spanish steps

This property was very well located with everything from sight-seeing to restaurants within a 20-30 min walk. It was well furnished, comfortable, spacious ,well stocked and quiet despite the tourist filled area, and also very secure. Edoardo is an exemplary host who was responsive and helpful at every instance, gave great recommendations and helped arrange transport for us whenever requested. i would not hesitate to stay here again for a visit to Rome.

I give all aspects of this apartment five stars. Clean, like-new, great wifi, good washer/dryer, excellent strong a/c, two good, strong hair blow dryers provided, very quiet despite being in the middle of everything, great communication with landlord Edoardo ( he responded immediately to all my emails).Totally worth the money. Amazing location!

Can’t beat the location! Literally steps from the Spanish Steps. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and so many more attractions. Metro station and taxi queue are also nearby. Edourdo was a great host. Met us at property upon check in, showed us the map and where we were, pointed out the grocery store (a block away), and also had a list of his favorite restaurants and cafes, which were all about a ten-minute walk away or less. We were 4 adults and two children and we were very comfortable during our 5 night stay. Would recommend this apartment to others and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect apartment!

We stayed in this apartment at the start of June. Before we arrived, Edoardo contacted me and arranged transportation from the train station to the apartment and transportation from the apartment to airport when we left. It was wonderful to have that arranged for us. The apartment is beautiful! It has a beautiful marble entry to the building, a lift, and functioning air conditioning. The apartment also has a safe for those who want to use it. For anyone who is concerned about noise, we thought it was minimal. The location couldn’t be better. It is close to Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, and subway. AND it is close to our favorite gelato shop which we found 5 years ago and were thrilled to see it survived the pandemic. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip. 5+ stars! Perfect! Thank you, Edoardo and your team!

Wonderful property!

This apartment was beautiful! Very clean and a great central location, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Edoardo was wonderful to work with. Check in and out was so easy, he arranged our transportation to and from the train station, and even recommended restaurants to visit during our stay. When I visit Rome again, I will definitely stay here!
