Ottimo appartamento
Posizione buona, a 5 minuti di passeggiata da piazza del popolo Comodo parcheggio a pagamento a 50 metri Appartamento ampio e ben rappresentato in foto. Accesso confortevole, a piano terra con solo 10 gradini Piccole cose migliorabili: serve uno specchio lungo a figura intera e una macchina da caffè tipo Nespresso. Ringrazio molto Andrea , veramente gentile e disponibile.

Fabulous and conveniently located in Rome!!
This was a very nice place to stay for the few days we were there. Andrea was very helpful in getting transportation for us, as well as make recommendations as needed. He's a great host. The home is centrally located within walking distance for many of the sites. There is a metro train that runs and a busy street that is somewhat noisy at night but other than that, it was a perfect place to stay while in Rome! We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property
This is a great place to stay in Rome. Walking distance from the Vatican and if you are young (Im 55) walking distance to any of the other sights as well. The host was great and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport.

Perfect place to explore rome
From booking to departure everything ran like clockwork. Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Great location for exploring the best sites in Rome. It was only 3 nights for us all but managed to see all of the highlights. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Awesome place, a more awesome host!
We visited Rome for the week to visit our daughter who is studying abroad this semester. The apartment and location is great, but better yet was working with Andrea to not only secure and confirm the rental, but to also answer questions and schedule transportation. By far our best host with Vrbo, both in the US and in Europe!

Absolutely no complaints
My wife and I, together with a good friend, had a great stay at Andrea’s apartment. The location was very convenient - close to useful public transport (Metro and bus) but only 15-20 minutes walk to the historic centre. Andrea organised transport for us from Fiumencino airport and was at the apartment to meet us and show us the necessaries. Communication with him was always friendly and efficient and the apartment soon felt like home from home. We’d happily go back.

Perfect apartment away from the mayhem of Rome
Andrea checked us in and was very helpful to arrange transport to/from the airport. The apartment was clean and fully prepared for our stay. Everything just worked including the WI-FI and appliances. Beautifully decorated apartment the 2nd bedroom/bath/laundry was perfect to handle all our needs. Everything you wanted or needed is in walking distance – Supermarket 1-block, restaurants, shopping and salons all just a few blocks away. Across the street is a walking path along the river which is very scenic. This all in a quiet neighborhood, yet within a short walk to the Vatican or St. Angelo’s castle. Thank you Andrea, see you next year!

Awesome Host, Clean Apartment, Good Location
1st, Andrea, the host is awesome. He helped arranged the airport pick up and return. Which, I'd highly recommended. It makes life much easier/smoother. The apartment is cute. Clean. Good location. Walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, vatican, caffe vaticano and other cafes. Longer walk to other major sites or quick, affordable cab rides. The apartment has 2 bedrrom and 2 bathrooms. One bed/bath is upstairs. Things to note:(not in a bad way, just an FYI) primarily for Americans: remember to bring outlet converters. We also went and bought better/softer toliet paper at the grocery. Haha. There is a washer/dryer. However, it's for tiny loads and you basically have to hang dry everything. Totally fine, just plan ahead. This combo machine isn't like what were used to here. Beautiful building. Good location. Excellent host. Id absolutely stay here again.

Lovely apt in central Rome.
Beautiful apt with lovely mezzanine bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Having two full bathrooms was very convenient and the washer dryer was so helpful as we had a baby with us! Andrea was extremely prompt responding to any inquiries I had. I would definitely book this apt again!

Extremely helpful
Our stay was fantastic! Our flight got delayed and instead of arriving at 6 in the evening, we finally got to the apartment at 2 in the morning. Andrea was there to greet us with the key and give us information about the house. He was welcoming, smiling and wonderful! I had lots of questions before we got to Rome which he answered quickly. He even sent us a detailed list of places to eat, the best gelato stations and gave us the name and number of a tour guide. He really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. I will be forever grateful to him for making our trip to Rome so incredible!

Simply perfect!
This flat was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! Just across the water from the crazy tourist area but still walkable to all the best spots! This neighborhood makes you feel like a local. Restaurants and shopping are super close as well! Highly recommend this flat!

A Hidden Gem, Love it!
Andrea, the property manager, was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all of our questions and helping us coordinate transportation from the airport to the apartment and vice versa. He also helped us with transportation from the apartment to our cruise ship port upon checkout. The apartment was in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and do, but far enough away from the congestion of the high tourist areas. The neighborhood felt high-end and safe, and the coffee and restaurant prices were much lower than in tourist areas. We were a party of five family members and stayed in early September, when it was still very warm in Rome. We utilized all of the sleeping areas in the apartment, but the upstairs bedroom and the living room area with the pull-out couch got a bit warm in the evening, even though there is an AC unit in the common area. We found that leaving the living room doors, upstairs bedroom door, and master bedroom door open helped to keep those areas more comfortable. There is a small fan for the upstairs area, but I would recommend that the host get another fan for the living room area. We bought a fan from a small shop in the neighborhood, but unfortunately it was broken. The master bedroom stayed very comfortable with the AC unit in there all day and night long. Overall, the host and property are great, and we would highly recommend it.

When in Rome
Quick 3 night stay in Rome, location was convenient for getting around by foot or Taxi. Andrea was great in allowing us to drop off bags early, huge help. Only complaint would be was getting place cool during our stay due to the heat. We stayed in upstairs bedroom and without the floor fan they had it would have been difficult to sleep. Overall really great 3 days and would recommend this place.

Lovely, Convenient Apartment
Andrea's apartment was perfect for our three day stay in Rome. We were happy to be distanced from the crowds and enjoyed coming "home" to a quieter neighborhood. We were never too far from any major sites and were able to walk everywhere. In fact, those walks made our daily plans even more special. Andrea is a wonderful host and a very nice person as well!

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Host
First, I can’t say enough good things about our host, Andrea. From the time we booked the property, communications were easy and he was always prompt to respond to questions. He provided several recommendations, including transportation from the airport upon arrival (he actually made those arrangements), restaurants (all good) and a tour guide service that proved to be exceptional. The property is as described and true to the photos. There were only two of us staying at the property for one week and we were very comfortable. The property would easily accommodate two couples comfortably. The location was perfect for us, a senior couple. A quiet neighborhood conveniently located for our needs. A short cab ride to just about any of Rome’s wonderful sites. If you’re walkers, it’s about a 20 minute walk to St. Peter’s and about 25 minutes to the Pantheon or the Trevi Fountain. Rome is a great walking city, so I considered this a great location. There are several good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. All of the ones we tried were very good. There was also a supermarket very close to the restaurants. All in all, this was a great stay and we are so happy we found Andrea and his property. We’ll be sure to stay there when we return to Rome.

Charming, good location
As advertised, lovely updated apartment with all the amenities, including a/c, spacious for family of 4. Andrea great host, very accommodating, with great recommendations for car service and tour guide. Internet sometimes a bit slow. 20 min walk Vatican, 30 min walk to other major sights, lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

Lovely apartment. Had everything as listed. As my first VRBO rental, I was surprised at the all the extra fees, which I paid without question up front. I was really puzzled by a city tax, which I only learned a few days before my trip. This was due upon check in . In cash. I am curious as to why this was charged in this manner.

Charming apartment in a great location!
This property was perfect for me, my husband and daughter. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining and walking distance to the Vatican and Pantheon. Lovely place
Overall good. We didn’t spend very much time inside since we were touring around but happy with the overall place. Downstairs room was huge, upstairs was much smaller. Downstairs bathroom seemed to have a bit of mold on the wood area near the the The upstairs shower is small and circular so a bigger person would not be able to move around in there or bend down to get anything from the ground.
