Dear guest, is really difficult to reply to this completely NOT HONEST review, but to honor our professionalism, here we are. You are right, Giselda Home is NOT an hotel, is a guest house. As a guest house it has no front desk, and it hasn’t got the amenities of an hotel. On the website there’s written that is on the second floor without elevator ( second and not third as you wrote). Inside the room there’ s a minibar, you just had to ask for it to be filled as you’ve asked for a thousand other things during your stay. You pretended to have a five star hotel treatment in a small guest house in the center of Rome, paying also for a “guest house room” and not for a five star hotel in the center of Rome. The air conditioning makes noise because it has an internal engine by the time that the frontage of the building is bonded by the municipality law. If it stops and than starts again it was because when the air conditioning reach the temperature, automatically stops and than starts again when temperature changes. This happens also with the air conditioning of the hotels. The beds were two and we know that the first night you had an issue with it but we promptly fixed the problem the day after when you told us to. Next time we kindly suggest you to study the differences between Guest houses and hotels, in order for you to have a great stay and for us not be obliged to reply to such bad immotivate reviews.

What is UNACCEPTABLE, is your false review. Telling that I lied about your complaints and about the air conditioning that was fixed. The a/c is just noisy. Not broken. We’ve tried to explain the issue and you seemed to understand. Asking for a refund after a week is not honest and is not fair. You could have asked for it when you were in a Giselda Home, and change place to stay. We do not agree for the refund because you’ve stayed with us. As I can see, this is your second review. Maybe you have a lot of time to waist telling things that are not true, but we have not. Your reviews are slanders, and this will not go unnoticed to whom who should concearn.
