Mitten im Stadtzentrum, daher optimal um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Nachts aber lange laut draußen und morgens ist die Müllabfuhr unglaublich laut.

On the website it said reception open 10am until 3pm when my taxi dropped me off at 1:30 pm there was no sign mentioning the hotel only a street number and no one around to help Fortunately my driver finally found the contact number for the property and directions to a lock box with a key several streets away not knowing Rome or the area with out my driver I would have been majorly stuck.The property did send directions the day before my arrival which I discovered later as I was on a 30 hour flight and had no wifi and also none on arrival The whole thing was a terrible experience After 3 hours of stuffing around and the guest next door helping me They had a similar experience and after 24 hours we’re still waiting for internet code I got to the room it was dark and dingy and just didn’t feel comfortable So I left and forfeited my money for 3 night stay and moved across the street were I had a wonderful stay.The lesson here and also discussed with many a traveler since is always make sure there is reception preferably 24 hours Very unpleasant experience so beware even they have a 9 rating it doesn’t not reflect the property Thankfully I didn’t arrive at night

The first piece of advice any travel agent can give to travelers and people who travel around the world is to make sure you have a telephone that works in the country you are arriving in, and to be well informed about the place you have booked.when you have no way to communicate it is difficult to be helpedtwo clarifications: the guest arrived after 3pm as shown by the calls made with the driver who accompanied them, the procedure in case the staff is busy or absent to take the keys and access the rooms takes about 10/15 minutes which is acceptable for hundreds of customers, the reception is about 200m awayas for the fact that the room was dirty and dark, we don't comment on the ridiculous things

Gute Lage. Sauberkeit war ok. Am Wochenende in der Nacht etwas laut. Check-in kompliziert, da nicht alle angegebenen Telefonnummern funktioniert haben, aber ging dann gut. Nettes Personal vor Ort. Ein negativer Punkt sind eigentlich die Betten (sehr weich, durchgelegen) und die Kissen. Dusche ist für Zwerge. Die fixe Dusche in der Badewanne ist sehr niedrig und der Schlauch vom Duschkopf zu kurz. Lage sehr zentral.

Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und vor allem aufgrund der Lage, unschlagbar. Mein 10jähriger Sohn und ich haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Das Hotelpersonal haben wir zwar nicht gesehen, da sich die Rezeption in einem anderen Haus befindet, war jedoch jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass unser Zimmer, dessen Fenster zu der kleinen, aber belebten Gasse hin zeigte und anscheinend kaum isoliert war, sehr laut war. Schon am frühen morgen beendeten die Kehrmaschine und die Müllabfuhr unseren Schlaf. So hatten wir jedoch mehr vom Tag 🙂

I consider myself lucky to find this property. It was in the heart of everything we wanted to see. I felt very safe behind multiple locked entrances. We were able to walk to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona within minutes. The room was very quiet and the facilities were great.

Room was very comfortable with very high ceiling. Location was right between Trevi and Pantheon. While the room was great, the casa Bella also offers room facing the courtyard, which are much more quiet

A nice property centrally located to all the major sites. The room was nice, no frills, and clean. The check in process was strange though. This property is not a hotel in the conventional sense. There’s no lobby or staff on site. I had to call a number and wait for someone to come with keys to the residence. Took about twenty minutes, but after a long travel day from the US was a little concerning. The only hiccup on what was otherwise a great place overall.

Extremely convenient, walkable part of town. Though the room itself was fairly basic, we only spent time there to shower and sleep. The common areas had a small kitchenette with refrigerator and seating area, which was a nice bonus, and the building and neighborhood were full of charm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The room itself is nice. The bed is comfortable and bathroom and shower all work well, aside from a strangely laid out shower that almost guarantees you are going to be getting water everywhere if you choose to take a standing shower. The property is more of an AirBnB than a hotel. It seems very much like a converted apartment building, with rooms branching off of a common space. It was still pretty quiet, though. Getting in and out of the place is a little tricky-- it's not terribly well marked, and unless you have some familiarity with the street you're staying on, you've really got to pay attention to the directions provided when you book. There's two big heavy doors that street vendors often crowd around you have to pass through to get in and out, so coming and going can be slightly cumbersome compared to the normal hotel experience. Our biggest issue was that the air conditioning was not working the first day we were there. Temperatures were in the high 80s even at night, so that first night was pretty uncomfortable. While the owners did get someone out to fix it when we notified them, and gave us a small break on the price of the stay, it was a little disappointing that it wasn't checked during turnover, especially since you have to personally meet with staff to get a physical key when you check in. Still, if you're not planning on spending a lot of time in the room, and if it's in your price range, it's worth a look.

Great place to stay, right in the centre of Rome. It is actually on one of the main streets in the centre, where there is a few restaurants/bars down below. I could have done a bit more research myself about the property before, but it does stay fairly noisy outside until about 2am in the morning, so it does keep you awake and I’m a heavy sleeper. The property is more like an air bnb, not a hotel; no front desk/concierge, so when you would like to request more water/toiletries/coffee etc etc, there is no one to ask or provide, so you have to go and buy these things yourself. The main thing is, you do still get your room made up during the day, which is great. The shower at the property is very temperamental, one minute it’s pleasantly warm, then it suddenly goes boiling hot or freezing cold and you have to jump out. No hair dryer, which is a shame as I didn’t bring mine as I thought there would be one there. But overall, it was a great stay. The bed has lots of room and is extremely comfortable.

Amazing location so close to so many of the most popular sights. A beautifully decorated apartment in a charming old building down a cute side street, off a main arterial which was really handy. Very quiet.

Location was perfect, really close to pantheon & Trevi fountain and restaurants and bars, great that there was a little kitchen for glasses etc and a mini fridge. Very clean & new. Coffee machine was a bonus Temperature in the shower was impossible to control and went from freezing to scalding hot & the mattress was very lumpy
