Nice little hotel. Friendly staff. Immediate area is safe but nothing to write home about. Proximity to train station is nice. Property is very clean.

Positive : The hotel and the room are well decorated. The room is spacious. There's a nice 'bar' of teas and infusions in the lobby. Employees are kind. Negative : we have been given a room in the lobby. You could hear every discussion and when people were leaving. The room is not soundproof. You could hear your neighboor sneezing and people talking on the sidewalk. The bed and pillow were really hard. That was our 3rd hotel in Rome and I can tell you can find better options to sleep well.

The hotel is rated 1 star but far surpasses and better than some 3 stars I’ve stayed at. Looks recently remodeled. Shower was amazing, WiFi fast, large bath towels. Bed mattress could be a bit better but I still slept well. Well located and walking distance from Termini. Entrance a little subdued but still easy to find. No elevator access and requires a flight of stairs to check in.

The hotel was great. Nice sized room, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere was nice and clean. There was a metro station 3 minutes walk away, an amazing restaurant by the corner of the hotel - must make a reservation as it gets busy. Other good restaurants close by. Would stay here again if I come to Rome again.

The location was perfect! Very close to public transportations and restaurants. The staff was available 24/7 which is made it so convenient to ask for help. Maria, one of the people working at the front desk, was amazing! She even made my family and I reservations at an amazing restaurant right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel as I felt safe and welcomed every single day. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect.

Hotel ok! Simples, mas com quarto grande e cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Contudo, a parede era tão fina que era possível escutar a conversa do quarto ao lado em uma altura q chegava a incomodar. Também não repuseram itens de higiene no banheiro, apesar de termos passado lá 5 diárias!

Dear Mr. Rafael, thank you for your feedback. It's so weird that our cleaner didn't change only your room, maybe because you left out of the door "do not disturb". In any case next time just please tell us if there is something wrong in our management, we will try to do our best for having you a nice time in our hotel.
