Un séjour parfait

Très propre et très bien situé, tout se visite à pied. Plusieurs restaurants autour et un petite épicerie. Grand appartement, très bien équipé. Lits confortables. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner! Merci!

Best location, comfortable stay
Really enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s apartment. Very close to major sights, restaurants, and shops. Bed was quite comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and Daniela was the most gracious host. Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location!!
Daniela’s apartment was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was the perfect location, so close to the Spanish Steps with Restaurants, Gelato Shops and some of the best shopping in the city. What a wonderful place to come “home” to after a day of seeing the beautiful sights of glorious Rome. Just a short walk to the Trevi Fountrain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Piazza del Poppolo. This was our first time to Rome and Daniela gave us information on restaurants to eat at and put us in contact with a licensed guide, who was fantastic. Everything about this apartment was great, only one story up, but there was an elevator to get our heavy luggage up to the apartment. Daniela met us at the apartment and helped us get the luggage up….she was so good to always answer us immediately from the time we reserved the apartment. The furniture was so comfortable as was the bed, and we would open the windows and hear the wonderful sounds of the people in the streets below. We will definitely stay in this apartment if we get the chance to go back to Rome. You could not find a better apartment in a better location. Thanks Daniela for all the wonderful memories we made while staying in your apartment! If you are going to Rome, rent this apartment, you will love it!!

Wonderful Cozy and Clean Apartment
We loved our 5 night stay in Daniela’s apt. Her very lovely daughter, Gemma, met us upon arrival and answered any questions that we had. During our stay we communicated with Daniela about restaurants, how to operate washing machine, transportation, etc. She always answered in a timely manner and was very gracious. She also recommended a local guide to arrange private tours for us since I experienced a recent knee injury!! We were so happy that we reserved an apartment with a lift…. It made my trip so enjoyable in spite of an injury. The apartment is a very short walk to a Piazza with a taxi service to take you anywhere in Rome at a reasonable price. Also close by , are a few cafes to get your morning cappuccino or your afternoon dessert or cocktail. If you rent Daniela’s apartment, you will experience Rome as a local!!

Best Apartment in Italy
Daniela's apartment is well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. It is in the best central Rome location. We were able to walk to all the sights. Groceries are just around the corner. This is the best place we stayed in all of Italy. Thank you, Daniela!

A wonderful apartment in a great location
The apartment owner was also wonderful and helpful. The location is close to the Spanish Steps, right in the middle of everything and there’s an unlimited amount of restaurants nearby. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs, open, pleasant and air conditioned. The kitchen has plenty of dishes if you feel like cooking, we didn’t! The bed was comfortable and bathroom nice. The building is secure with an elevator. We hope to return to Rome and stay in the apartment again.

Perfect Location
This apartment was a complete delight to stay in Rome a few days. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and all the amenities that you need. Daniela was so helpful with everything and she even has a wonderful blog with great suggestions. I loved her attention to detail with us. She even set up transportation to the airport when we left. Location, comfort and convenience
Daniela’s apartment has everything a couple could want for a Rome stay of some days: central location to major sites with a wonderful choice of restaurants close by, a comfortable bed, good kitchen, laundry facility and a bright living room. As others have said, Daniela is a great host and offered many great tips on sightseeing and restaurants. We felt like locals. We especially appreciated the fresh strawberries, coffee, umbrellas, and other essentials like laundry soap, and paper towels. Great Location

Central location for exploring
This flat is exactly like the pictures posted. It is well situated to use as a home base to explore the major tourist sites. Daniela, the owner, was very responsive during the booking process and during our visit. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm and comfortable. There is some steeet noise at night. The living room is a little oddly configured: there is a raised wooden platform that kind of bisects the room. The kitchen was reasonably stocked.

Cool, comfortable, convenient to everything
This apartment is worth every dime and we saved money too. It is convenient to walk to many of the ancient sites, but better yet it is very close to the metro (1.50 euros per trip) which was easy to ride and gave us access to everything, no cabs needed. Daniela met us and made us feel right at home. It was wonderful to come home at night at relax in a beautiful residence. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends!!

Inside Daniela's Rome....
If you want a fully equipped and secure apartment in a great location with an absolutely wonderful hostess, this is the place for you. From the time we first inquired to our very last day, we were treated as if family coming to visit. Our expectations regarding the apartment were met and more, as every convenience was at our disposal. Kitchen fully equipped in every way, just like being in our own home and more. Convenient to a great local grocery that enticed us to cook in a couple nights! Brian and Corinne The location is incredibly convenient to fabulous shopping and dining as well as walking distance to heart of the city. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and all the great communication and warmth from Daniela and highly recommend.

Excellent location near the Spanish Steps. Easy walking distance all over the city. Markets, restaurants, and excellent shopping steps away. Very secure apartment!! Daniella is the perfect host. She was most helpful in orienting us to the neighborhood. She arranged transport to and from Rome for us which certainly left us stress free! She made sure that she stocked the refrigerator with a few staples which also made our lives easier upon arrival. We definitely made use of the washing machine as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her lovely apartment to anyone heading to Rome. We certainly will be back! Loved it!

Perfect stay
My wie and another couple stayed at Daniela's apartment for 2 nights in Rome as part of our 10 day, multiple city vacation. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is located in a very convenient location within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to visit and a short taxi ride from the train station. Daniela was extremely gracious and spent more than an ample amount of time providing us with all the information we needed with regards to the sites, restaurants, etc. She even took us for a stroll to show us around the immediate area, made reservations at a very nice restaurant and called a taxi for us on our last day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Daniela's flat.

Great small flat with a very central location. Walking distance to many central Rome attractions, great dining, and shopping. We had our pick of many activities in and around this flat--including many excellent museums that were within walking distance. This place is ideal for an 'imbedded, walking Rome lifestyle" vacation. Amazing location!
So many wonderful things to say: First, Daniela was a gracious host who greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us many great tips for where to find good coffee, restaurants and outdoor market shopping. The location is amazing -- stumbling distance from the Spanish Steps. You feel like you're living among the Romans. The apartment itself is 1st class -- high end finishes and tastefully appointed. Daniela supplied us with water, milk, coffee and biscuits. That extra touch went a long way and made us feel pampered. Overall, a great experience and I hope to come back!

Que dire quand il n'y a rien à redire ?
Que dire de l'appartement du 89 via Mario di Fiori ? Qu'il est idéalement placé. Que l'architecte a réussi à utiliser la configuration des lieux pour en faire un séjour plus qu'agréable. Que c'est un plaisir de s'y retrouver après avoir déambulé dans Rome de basilique en musée. Qu'il est entièrement équipé tant au niveau de la cuisine, plaque, four micro ondes, réfrigérateur, vaisselle, verres, flûtes, machine à laver, qu'au niveau de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le séjour est vaste, confortable et décoré avec goût. L'ascenseur est vraiment utile pour les voyageurs avec bagages. Mais le vrai plus de cet appartement, c'est Daniela. Merci pour le chauffeur qui vous attend à l'aéroport et vous conduit à destination pour 45 euros. Daniela toujours disponible mais surtout qui vous fait sentir qu'elle aime vous recevoir du début à la fin de votre voyage à Rome. Perfect location.
My husband and I stayed in Daniela's apartment for 3 nights. The apartment is located a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps. It was the perfect location for walking around Rome. The apartment was very nice, except the TV didn't work. Of course, we weren't expecting to watch a lot of TV, but it would have been nice for viewing the global news. Daniela was a very accommodating host. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a short visit to Rome.

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment
Incredible location at corner of Mario de Fiori and Frattina in the hear of the Piazza di Spagna. Corner apartment on 2nd floor with elevator. Very clean and comfortable. Daniela was very responsive and made sure we had transportation to/from the airport and all the information about Rome necessary. Thank you!

Fabulous!
Thank you to Daniela for being such a fabulous host! The apartment was exactly how it was portrayed in the pictures. This was our 1st time in Rome and Daniela gave us so much information to help make our 1st experience a great one! The apartment was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, attractions and the train station. We ate at the restaurants that Daniela recommended and they were so good! We would never have know about them or a couple of other places to visit that were just off the "touristy" path if it wasn't for her recommendations. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend Daniela's place to anyone visiting Rome! Thank you for making our vacation such a memorable experience! Daniela's apartment is exactly as shown and described. Comfortable, spacious, clean, equipped with everything you required and in a great location to explore Rome. This immaculate property was a perfect home base for our site seeing in Rome. It is right by the Spanish steps with great restaurants and shopping right outside the door. We found the apartment to be modern, clean, and very comfortable. I found it to be a great value and would highly recommend it!

Amazing Location!
We enjoyed very much our stay at this apartment. The location couldn't be more perfect. It was walking distance to many touristic sites in town and in the heart of great shops! The décor was simple but clean, modern and nice. We really liked how bright it is: filled with daylight!!! We didn't use the kitchen, as we decided to eat out and savor the local food. Our host was very nice and very responsive to our needs! My only suggestion is that the sleeping couch gets a better mattress. My kids found it uncomfortable and we had to place the mattress on the floor, so they would feel the springs as much. Other than that, It was a perfect stay! I will totally come back and would recommend it to my friends!
