The apartment is located in Rione XVIII - Castro Pretorio a few steps from the city’s central station (Termini), where trains and buses depart and arrive to/from the airports L. da Vinci and Ciampino and where the main metro lines are located (A-B-C)
It is located in a great position to reach easily, even on foot, the central areas of the city and the most important places of cultural interest. A few minutes walk from the University of La Sapienza and the Polyclinic.

The apartment is bright and cheerful, on the 3rd floor with lift. It consists of a large entrance, a living room, dining table and smart TV - 1 room with double bed with latex mattress and 1 room with double bed (which can be transformed into two single beds if necessary) - kitchen equipped with every comfort and equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes - a bathroom with shower. The house also offers its guests: free ultra fast WI-FI, linen (sheets and towels), hairdryer and washing machine. In compliance with the architectural and landscape constraints related to historic buildings, you will find 2 air conditioners without external unit. To integrate, excellent fans. We can accommodate even the smallest guests because we provide a cot.
The maximum number of guests is four.

At the time of booking, guests reserve the entire apartment. There are no shared spaces with others.
Guests will also be asked to show their identity documents upon arrival, which will be shared with the relevant authorities.
Finally, if possible, you can safely go to the house before the check-in time to leave your luggage and then meet us again after 15:00. If you want to make the most of your last day after check-out, there are two convenient self service luggage storage facilities next to the hotel (Stow Your Bags - Via Milazzo, 20/ Closbox - Via Milazzo, 9).

L’appartamento si trova nel Rione XVIII - Castro Pretorio a pochi passi dalla Stazione centrale della città (Termini), da dove partono e arrivano anche i treni e i Bus da/per gli aeroporti L. da Vinci e Ciampino e dove si trovano le principali linee della metro (A-B-C)
Si trova in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente, anche a piedi, le zone centrali della città e i più importanti luoghi di interesse culturale. A pochi minuti a piedi dall’Università La Sapienza e dal Policlinico.

L’alloggio è allegro e luminoso, al 3° piano con ascensore. E' composto da un ampio ingresso, un soggiorno, tavolo da pranzo e smart TV - 1 stanza con letto matrimoniale con materasso in lattice e 1 stanza con letto matrimoniale (che all'occorrenza possono essere trasformati in due letti singoli) - cucina abitabile dotata di ogni comfort e attrezzata con frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, forno microonde, tostapane, bollitore, stoviglie - un bagno con doccia. La casa inoltre offre ai suoi ospiti: WI-FI gratuito ultraveloce, biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani), asciugacapelli e lavatrice. In osservanza ai vincoli architettonici e paesaggistici relativi agli edifici storici, troverete 2 climatizzatori senza unità esterna. Ad integrare, ottimi ventilatori. Possiamo accogliere anche gli ospiti più piccoli perchè forniamo un lettino per neonati.
Il numero massimo di ospiti è di quattro persone.

Al momento della prenotazione, gli ospiti si riservano l'intero appartamento. Non ci sono spazi condivisi con gli altri.
Inoltre, al momento dell'arrivo, agli ospiti verrà chiesto di mostrare i loro documenti d'identità, che verranno condivisi con gli organi competenti.
Infine, se sarà possibile, potete tranquillamente passare a casa prima dell'orerio del check-in per lasciare i vostri bagagli e poi ci rivediamo dopo le ore 15:00. Se invece volete sfruttare il vostro ultimo giorno dopo l'orario del check-out, accanto alla struttura sono a vostra disposizione due comodissimi depositi bagagli self service (Stow Your Bags - Via Milazzo, 20 / Closbox - Via Milazzo, 9).

Facciamo di tutto per personalizzare i check-in/out in base alle esigenze dei nostri cortesi ospiti.
In occasione del check-in sarà richiesto (tramite carta di credito) il pagamento dell' imposta di soggiorno (somma che il Comune potrà poi utilizzare per investire nei servizi pubblici, come i parchi cittadini, i trasporti, la manutenzione delle strade, la restaurazione e il mantenimento di opere d’arte e beni pubblici) pari a € 6 a notte per persona (fino ad un massimo di 10 notti). I bambini fino a 12 anni sono esentati.
All’arrivo via accoglierà Carolina e/o Giovanni (Italiano, Francese, Inglese Spagnolo).
