Grazie di aver condiviso la sua opinione con noi!Ci dispiace che non abbia apprezzato il suo soggiorno ma le assicuriamo che facciamo del nostro meglio per garantire ad ogni nostro ospite la miglior esperienza possibile, le nostre camere sono insonorizzate e per quanto riguarda le pulizie essendo il tempo tra il check-out dei nostri ospiti e il check-in dei successivi ristretto le cameriere devono cominciare presto ma sempre nel massimo rispetto del sonno dei nostri ospiti, cercando di ridurre i rumori al minimo.Per la colazione ci spiace che non l'abbia trovata di suo gradimento ma le assicuriamo che viene preparata con ingredienfi freschi e di qualità ogni mattina ed è apprezzata dalla maggioranza dei nostri ospiti.Le auguriamo una buona giornata!

Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback. First of all it is correct that what you booked is not a Hotel, but a guesthouse wich you can see at the moment of the reservation. As a guesthouse we do not have a 24/7 reception but you can find us in place every day from 7 in the morning till 14, after that time we are always available on the phones ( that you can find in the self check in instructions and as well in the room and corridor) for any problem or question you may have, moreover the staff is always closeby the structure. As for the electricity it was a problem that the entire area had that day, for wich we apologized to all our guests several times explaining the situation, and did our very best to make the most confortable stay possible.However we do hope to have you as our guest again in the next future, to offer you a new experience of hospitality. Dear Guest,Thank you for your review! First of all the beds are not old, it's just the style that we chose for our guest house... It is strange that the bed collapsed, because at your check out the staff members checked the room and everything was just fine.. Of course we can understand that even if the structure is exactly as the pictures show and exactly matches to what you booked , can happen to not find everyone approval and satisfaction , but still in this case we always ask our guests to contact our staff during the stay so to make our upmost to understand every issue that you may have and solve them together.Arrivederci

Dear Madlen, thank you for your review. Yes, we are very proud of our position because it is well connected and close to all major attractions. The breakfast it is prepared every morning so it is all fresh and we care about the quality. Again we are very sorry that we had to switch rooms but, as we explained on the day of your arrival, we had an overbooking, so we tried our best to find a solution. I personally apologized to you, before and after i showed you the other room, which you seemd to like. The staff is allowed to enter in your room to clean it ( we clean the rooms everyday) and also to leave you communications. If you don't fell confortable with the staff entering in your room you can put the "do not disturb" on the door, or communicate with the staff. BEST!!
