Alloggio luminoso e silenzioso, posizione ideale per musei vaticani e San Pietro
Proprietario cordiale, bottiglia di vino di benvenuto, nell'alloggio non mancava nulla x la cucina non abbiamo dovuto acquistare oli e spezie caffè ecc. era tutto già a disposizione. Anche prodotti per bagno e pulizia. Grazie di tutto sig. Giovanni!

Nice apartment and well placed close to Vatican
Thanks to Giovianni for his nice and clean apartment and, also to arrange our the transfer from the airport. The apartment is very well placed, close to the Vatican and the metro. You can find also restaurant and market. We really recommand this apartment for family with children. Hope to go back soon Sébastien

Schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage, wunderbarer Blick
Die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen (100 m vom Haupteingang der Vatikanischen Museen entfernt), gut und praktisch geschnitten und hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben sie ordentlich vorgefunden, sie hätte allerdings etwas gründlicher geputzt sein können. Giovanni war pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort und hat viele gute Tipps gegeben.

Appartement très bien situé près du Vatican, du bus et du métro. Propre et bien décoré, bien appréciable pour la super semaine que nous avons passé. Tout est fonctionnel, sans problème de fonctionnent ? Giovanni s'est occupé de l'acheminement vers l'aéroport avec un chauffeur, et a repondu à nos sollicitations (imprimante, draps supplémentaires pur invité surprise , etc ..) Appartement recommandable

Great apartment and location
Our booking process, all the way to being welcomed at the apartment (even very late due to flight delay) were without any problems. Property manager (Giovanni) was fantastic, great communications, and apartment was accommodating. Apartment was close to The Vatican. We would not have changed a thing. Gratzie and Arrivederci!

Location was great and the apartment was clean and easy to access but the electricity was a big problem. Giovanni warned us about it upon check in but we didn't realize how inconvenient it would be. We couldn't run the washing machine without having to turn off both air conditioning units. We tried different combinations and had the circuit turn off several times. Other than the electrical problem, the apartment was a nice place to stay if you want to be close to the Vatican.

Wonderful Roma apartment close to Vatican City!
We stayed at this wonderful Roma apartment for five days in July. The owner Giovanni greeted us upon our arrival. He is a wonderful host as he took the time to review the apartment. He also had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us (nice touch!) The apartment was roomy and very comfortable for me, my husband and two teenage children. It had many amenities- nice beds, kitchen utensils, washing machine, bags for groceries, and much more. It has air conditioning which was so needed during our "siesta" since the weather was hot during our visit. Most importantly, the apartment located in a nice neighborhood and super quick walk to the Vatican Museum entrance (highly recommend doing the "Breakfast at the Vatican- worth the splurge!) There is a grocery store next to the apartment as well as many restaurants and cafes. The metro stop is a five minute walk which was great since we toured all over the city. This is truly a wonderful apartment that I highly recommend you stay at!!

Excellent! Great location and fabulous little apartment with views of the Vatican.
Giovanni arranged everything for us from getting a ride to the airport and was available whenever we had any questions. He had a beautiful bottle of wine for us. Location was fantastic and apartment spotless.

Convenient and welcoming
Giovanni made our trip! ..... he did everything from arrange a driver to meet us at the airport to making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was so convenient for sightseeing .... the metro is only a few blocks away, the Vatican Museum entrance is less than a block from the door and there are restaurants, shops and markets all around. The apartment itself was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed (even a nice bottle of wine) ..... Thank you Giovanni!

Perfect for a brief stay!
Warm and cozy, this small apartment has plenty of light and is superbly located. Best pizza just down the stairs. Quick walk to Travestere. Highly recommended!

Die Lage und die Aussicht war super. Aber die reinlichkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig.
Der Kühlschrank war total verdreckt und die Dusche hätte eine komplett sarnierung notwendig. Der Spülkasten spritzte von oben auf die Toilette. Die Wohnung war bei der Übergabe auf jeden Fall nich grundgereinigt. Da sollte sich dringend ändern.

Great place ! I really recommend it.
The flat perfectly fits with the photos. It is nicely decorated, well equiped and nice to live. Giovanni takes care about our transfer from Airport to the flat and same for the way back. All places of interest are within walking distance. At least, there is subway stations nearby. We loved the 3 days we spend in Roma and for sure we will come back again ! We recommend you this flat without any hesitations.

The Perfect Rome Apartment
A few days ago we arrived home from what was the best vacation we've ever had in Italy. A good part of our enjoyment was this lovely, roomy apartment. When we're on vacation, it is very important to us to have a comfortable space that we can regularly come back to, especially after an exhausting morning or afternoon of sightseeing. Overall, the apartment was attractive and well-furnished, the kitchen well-equipped, and the bed very comfortable. The apartment location was great for us, as well - close to St. Peter's and the Vatican, and close to the metro. A real bonus for us was having a grocery store just a few doors away. The owner was friendly and very helpful, and from our first inquiry always responded very quickly. We will definitely try to book this apartment the next time we have plans to travel again to Rome.

Amazing Views and Great Location
We chose this apartment because of the high reviews and a friend recommended it. We were not disappointed! The view is amazing. We woke up to bells ringing and the Vatican across the street and it was one of our favorite parts of staying in Roma. The bathroom is narrow but that's to be expected in Roma. There is a washing machine and everything we needed for a comfortable stay including detergent, soap, shampoo and extra toilet paper. These are not always included in apartments like this and we were pleasantly surprised! Giovanni was very easy to work with. He responded quickly to my emails and set up a driver to meet us at the airport to deliver us to the apartment. There are two grocery stores, one just a few buildings down and another across the street and half a block down. The metro is a very easy walk, just go to the left to the end of the block, walk down that block and cross the street and it's there about 2-3 blocks down. Easy walk for our family of five (three kids ages 10, 8, 5) We used the metro all over Roma. There are several good places to eat - go down a block further away from the Vatican and to the left and find the pizza place with a red awning - excellent pizza, cheap and a cozy atmosphere. Awesome gelato is a quick walk away - Old Bridge at Viale dei Bastioni Di Michelangelo, 5, 00192 Roma, Italy - very reasonable prices and huge portions. Try the Bacia - it was everyone's favorite! I have already shared the link with a couple of friends and anticipate sharing more. If we ever find our way back to Roma then we will stay here :-)

A good option for those visiting Rome. Reliable, with a good price-quality ratio. Giovanni, the owner and host, makes it all easy and familiar. Nearby facilities and transport. Located in a safe, clean, frequently visited area for leisure in nice and cosy restaurants. We would choose it again. Little negative to say. The lift in the building is small and some.neighbours are excessively concerned about the use we, tourists, do. The house is clean enough and the linen and bath perfectly clean. Perhaps bed mattresses will need a renewal. Clearly positive balance on the whole. We recommend you this apartment. Thank you, Giovanni. You made it like home. Congratulations!

Hemos pasado mi señora y yo una semana inolvidable en Roma. De momento , la recepción de Giovanni magnifica . El apartamento muy bien situado, junto al Vaticano, a 20 m. de un supermercado Carrefour City, a un paso de la línea 23 del bus y tranvia, muy cerca también de la parada del metro Octaviano. El piso muy amplio. limpio y con todo lo necesario, incluso tuvo el detalle de comprarnos dos paragüas por el mal tiempo. Muchas gracias por todo En cuanto

Perfect Location and Great Apartment
I chose this apartment because of the many great reviews, and I was not disappointed. Giovanni was waiting for our arrival, even though we were three hours later than expected (flight delayed). The "welcome bottle of wine" was perfect after our frazzled travel day. We used Giovanni's contact for our taxi ride from the airport (he waited 2 hours for us), and returned us to Fiumicino at the end of our stay. It gave us peace of mind knowing that everything was arranged. The majority of our sightseeing was at Vatican City, so Giovanni's apartment was perfect walking distance. The description and pictures of this apartment are most accurate. It was so clean it sparkled! We patronized a favorite restaurant right next door -- La Locanda Di Pietro. And the grocery market three doors away provided everything else we could want. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Wonderful experience!
We loved the apartment, the area. It was very comfortable with one exception. The sheets named to be replaced. The are very rough and we could not sleep on them. Otherwise we loved it and would definitely stay again!! Fabritizio took us on a tour that was the highlight of our trip! Giovanni was very kind and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is really great. Close to Vatican and everything.
This unit is ideally located. Restaurants, supermarket, gelato... Not to mention the Vatican is just next door. The owner, Giovanni is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place to people who wanted a simple, clean and convenient place in Rome.

Great location, nice appartment with aircon / Bien situado, agradable y con aire acondicionado
We have just been in Rome and stayed at this appartment. The place looks exactly like in the pictures. It is conveniently situated by the Vatican area, clean and nicely decorated. Evenmore, there were some things from previous visitors so we didn't have to buy them (olive oil, sugar, salt, vinegar, soap...). The owner, Giovanni has been very helpful organizing the transfer taxi from/to the airport and giving out all information needed before hand. The aircon was a plus to our visit cause it was a bit to hot at some hours of the day. There is a Carrefour supermarket only 100 metres and nice restaurants in the area (to eat in or take away). We liked the Isola de la Pizza, La locanda de Pietro and the ice creams from the Old Bridge. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to spend some days in Rome and if you have kids, a full ticket to the Coliseum and a visit to Ostia Antica would be a must. Thanks for everything, Giovanni!! Acabamos de volver de nuestra estancia en Roma. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Está muy bien situado, limpio y muy bien decorado. Incluso , había alguna cosa de previos visitantes, con lo que no hizo falta comprarlo (aceite, sal, azúcar, una especie de nesquick, vinagre, champú, jabón, suavizante...) El propietario ha sido de gran ayuda organizando los transfers del/al aeropuerto y pasándonos toda la información solicitada. El aire acondicionado ha sido imprescindible en ciertas horas muy calurosas del día. Hay un Carrefour a sólo 100 metros y buenos restaurantes en el área (para comer en ellos o llevar a casa). Nos gustaron, especialmente, L'Isola de la Pizza, La locanda de Pietro y los gelatos de Old Bridge. Recomiendo este alojamiento a cualquiera visitando Roma y si vais con niños, la entrada a los subterraneos y terrazas del Coliseum (en español) y la visita a Ostia Antica. First Class indeed
This is an extremely good choice for several reasons: 1°) The flat is nicely furnished and very well equiped and a lovely view. 2°) At night the place is pretty calm. 3°) The location is perfect, very close to two tube stations Cipro and Ottaviano on the A line which will drive you to many places of interest 4°) The shopping is easy a small "Carrefour Market" is at 100 m, very well stocked and futhermore a large market by via Candia. 5°) And the most important, Giovanni is a very nice chap, always ready to give a hand.
