Oca Apartment by Alta Luxury Apartments , è un appartamento di lusso situato al quarto piano di un antico palazzo romano del 1889 (dotato di ascensore) in Piazza del Popolo, il cuore di Roma, a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna e Via dei Condotti.
Recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con mobili d'epoca (periodo Luigi XVI), spazioso e confortevole è ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi di amici. Con una superficie di 120 mq l’appartamento è composto di 3 camere da letto, di cui una suite, dotata di cabina armadio e bagno privato con cabina doccia accessoriata di sistema Cromoterapia. La zona notte è completata da altre due camere da letto ed un bagno.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti Queen Size, di grandi finestre e soffitti alti, caratteristici degli antichi edifici di Roma. Il soggiorno dispone di un ampio divano letto molto confortevole. Ogni ambiente della casa ha un sistema di aria condizionata e di riscaldamento.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata, lavastoviglie inclusa. E' presente inoltre una zona lavanderia completa di lavatrice ed asciugatrice.

Nicely Furnished and Well Located

Our four-day stay in this apartment was comfortable. We were a group of four lady friends visiting Rome for the first time. The space was well furnished and appointed. Our host's representative met us at the agreed upon time and guided our use of the lift to get our luggage up to the apartment. She graciously showed us around the apartment and collected the rental tax due in Euros upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms quite spacious.The main ensuite bedroom and bath were especially spacious and nice. While we had our meals out every day, except for breakfast, we did not find any dish towels or paper towels available. That made our breakfast table and kitchen counter clean-up a bit more challenging than it should have been. We really didn't need or use the dishwasher. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Of note, our host was good enough to arrange for drivers to pick us up on our final morning and deliver three of us to the airport and one of us to the train station at different times. A very thoughtful accommodation which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again, if we were to return to Rome in the future.

Will definitely be back

We’ve been to Rome a few times but this is our favorite place to stay so far. Edoardo was very responsive and helpful. We will be staying at some of his other rentals in the near future for sure. The apartment is better than the pics. Location is great. Cannot recommend enough.

Great location and attentive property manager.

Our family enjoyed our time together while staying at this property. Eduardo made pick up arrangements and met with us to make sure we were all set for our stay. The place was clean and in close proximity to many of the places we visited. We could walk to good restaurants and other places of interest. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The property was clean and stocked with all the necessities to meet our needs. We were glad to stay at this place.

Perfect location for taking in the sights and flavors of Rome!

Eduardo was a fantastic host helping with various requests we had and providing so much information all throughout our stay in Rome. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and perfectly situated to walk to the major attractions, excellent shopping and fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed immensely and will definitely book again the next time we are in Rome!

The property looks great in the photos, but in person, it is even nicer than the photos portray. BEAUTIFUL apartment. The location is GREAT. We would definitely look to stay here again when returning for a trip to Rome.

Beautiful place

We loved this property. beautiful and spacious. large master with walk in closet and large master bath. two rooms with one ensuite that were both king beds. great location. extremely clean. lots of nearby restaraunts so you don’t need to worry about getting cabs etc. cute shops and very walkable to main areas. air conditioning kept the apartment very cool. would stay again.

Great vacation

We stayed here as a family of 6 ages from 79 to 14. The apartment was clean and great location. Minor issue and Edoardo was over in 10 minutes to fix it.(we popped a fuse) He was available at all times for anything. Can’t say enough great things about the property and location. The only issue to complain about would be the sleeper sofa mattress was very thin.

Spacious, clean, great location!

We have a family of 5, and this apartment was perfect, not to mention Edoardo is an AMAZING host. Edoardo took care of arranging transportation from the airport and met us at the apartment to show us everything. He also had great suggestions for restaurants and gave us a run-down of how to get around Rome! The apartment is very clean and spacious. We will definitely book this spot when we return. One hundred percent recommend!

Apartment was in a great location near north gate. It was clean and had all we needed. Important to note that the dryer was not working properly (was not getting hot enough to dry the clothes) so we had to hang dry our items. Communication with host was great.

HIGHLY Recommend

We enjoyed the most amazing time at the Oca apartment! My husband and I and our four adult children stayed here for three nights. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed! The primary bath is like a spa! The location is excellent with great restaurants just a few steps away. We walked to the Vatican from here and to many other sites. I would highly recommend staying at this property. In fact, if we are lucky enough to return to Rome, this is where we will stay again! Thank you to Edoardo, who is an amazing owner/manager of the property. He is highly responsive and can answer any question you might have!

Best apartment & best host

Edoardo went above and beyond for our stay. Probably the best host we’ve ever experienced. Extremely helpful & made our stay as smooth as possible. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, spacious & fit our family of 6 perfectly(2 elderly, 3 adults & an 8 month old baby). Will definitely be staying here again when back in Rome!! Location is VERY central!!

Fantastic apartment near Spanish Steps

This apartment was the perfect place for us to stay with our 3 adult children and 5 yr old grandchild. The apartment was clean and spacious and really well located. We really appreciated having a kitchen that was fully stocked so we could easily make our own breakfast. Eduoardo was very responsive and arranged airport transfers, and also stocked the refrigerator before we came , which was a big help as we were flying into Rome from various countries and only had one day there. Will definitely stay again!

Fun times in Rome!

Excellent location! Apartment was as advertised, it easily fit our family of six (one on the sleeper sofa), and it was quiet. Edoardo was extremely professional and responded every time we needed something throughout the entire process. This was the first time ever renting a home through a third party, and Edoardo and team made it a huge success. We would rent this apartment next time in Rome. Thank you!

Amazing Apt & Location with Great Host

Wow what an amazing apartment, great location with walking distance to almost everything. The property manager Edoardo was amazing, he was there on arrival and assisted us with baggage and check in and also was there early on departure day to do the same. We coordinated transport via him and it was top notch on time and great price for a group of 6 in a MB Van (taxis are small in Italy). We loved the place and will defiantly stay there again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely apartment just as shown in photos. Location was great just off of the Piazza del Popolo. Close to all the sites and could walk everywhere in a half hour or less. Lots of good restaurants very close by. Edoardo, the property manager was also fantastic.

Spacious layout, great location

Everything was as described. The apartment is well-appointed, spotless, modern appliances and comforts and yet beautiful old-world details. It’s very convenient, pretty quiet except for typical street noises (5th floor/elevator helps). It’s convenient to restaurants, market and taxi stand. Eduordo was very helpful with recommendations and transfers. We especially appreciated several electric adaptors, good Wi-Fi and AC. We would come back.

Amazing!

A wonderful place to stay while in Rome! The neighborhood is fantastic as you are in piazza del Popolo with nice restaurants everywhere. The Vatican, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and Pantheon are within walking distance. Edoardo was an excellent host! He made our stay most enjoyable and was easily reached both through the app and WhatsApp. The apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures — no surprises — and having air conditioning in each room was a plus especially during the hot summer months. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again soon.

Great location!

This was a great way for us to end our family vacation in Italy: clean apartment, close to shopping and restaurants, and excellent service. Edoardo met us at the property, helped arrange rides, and provided great local recommendations. Would love to stay here again next summer!

Perfect Location close to everything

Our family of 4 stayed in this apartment and everything was wonderful! The location is perfect and a close ( under 30 min) walk to any of the sites you may want to see. We either walked or used the taxi stand right outside the apartment in the square. We walked to every dinner and ate at some amazing restaurants just right around the corner from the apartment. Eduardo booked our transfers to and from the airport. The Apartment was very clean and so comfortable. We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Rome!:)
