"La Maison Belle Epoque" is a 16th century luxury apartment located on the 4th floor (NO LIFT) in the city center 3 minutes from the Spanish Steps. It offers breathtaking views of the historic rooftops of Rome, the Spanish Steps, and San Carlo Basilica!

Located in the heart of the “Eternal City” just 200 meters from the Spanish Steps, " La Maison Belle Epoque" is a 16th century townhouse that places you front and center in the most elegant part of town and immerses you into the history and beauty of Rome. Guests can visit the most important monuments of Rome on foot and explore the many tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.

Transforming what was once a rustic rooftop abode into a contemporary retreat in the heart of Rome, this apartment takes a fresh laid back approach to city living. The New Luxury Home was completely renovated by a famous Italian architect who reframed the interiors for modern living, using materials and subtle design updates like original beams and contemporary golden frames that honor the historic past. The exposed rustic beams and ancient frames are paired with both contemporary and period style with prestigious murals.

The furniture is all new, with every comfort to make your stay unforgettable. Wood ceilings and colourful walls will give to the apartment a cozy atmosphere for 4 guests.
The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor with NO LIFT) and is composed of two bedrooms, a dining room with kitchen area, and a bathroom with cromotherapy shower. There is no balcony or terrace but has windows that offer a breathtaking view of the Eternal City where you can see Ancient Rooftops and Spanish Steps, Basilica dei Santi Ambrogio e Carlo al Corso, Villa Borghese and more.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL you are required to pay:
- City tax 3,5 euro person/night is mandatory
- Kids up to 10 years old don't pay city tax!
- Hotel standard fee with fresh bed linen/towels set/toiletries: 50€

Late Check-in is guaranteed just by fixing an appointment in advance:

- (from 20:00pm) will be applied an extra fee of 30 euro.
- (from Midnight) will be applied an extra fee of 50 euro.

For late arrival from 01:00am access home can not be guaranteed.

In case of a set of keys is missing at your check-out, it will charge 100€.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets
- Respect the whole apartment and treat it with care
- Respect recycling
- Respect neighbors (No noise after 22 pm)
- Pots and dishes must be washed right after using to avoid the spead of bacteria and bad odor in the apartment.
- Lights and AC units must be turned off when you're not home

ROME LOCAL LAW - ID REQUIREMENTS
By the Italian law, any guest of any kind of accommodation must be able to show upon arrival some form of identification in order to be registred by the host with the local police headquarters within 1 day of your arrival in Rome.

To make our guests feel extra special, we also offer the following services:

- €50 Hotel amenities (beddings, towel sets, toiletries, etc) - mandatory fee
- Early check-in starting 10:30AM (bag drop-off only, send us a message first to check availability)

Appartement très bien situé au centre de Rome

Appartement très bien situé au centre de Rome, bien équipé avec sèche cheveux, prises électriques, tout confort niveau cuisine. Attention cet appartement ne convient pas aux personnes âgées ni en bas âge car il y a tout de même 91 marches à gravir.
