Una positiva esperienza
Normalmente sono cliente di grandi catene alberghiere e viaggio in Italia ed in Europa per ragioni di lavoro. Raramente ero stato accolto in una struttura di questo tipo che ha rappresentato una positiva esperienza di accoglienza. La qualità della camera è veramente eccellente, in particolare il bagno non aveva nulla da invidiare a quello di quattro stelle superior. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato assolutamente competitivo. Un'esperienza da ripetere nel futuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B . Tutto perfetto !! Camere moderne e di gusto, tutto molto curato. Posizione ottima, nelle vicinanze Metro , Via Veneto, Villa Borghese .... Titolare molto gradevole, gentile, discreto e disponibile con informazioni turistiche preziose.

Ottima struttura sotto ogni punto di vista
Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura dal 05/12/15 al 08/12/15 tutto perfetto come da descrizione offerta. struttura totalmente nuova e ben rifinita, camere sempre pulitissime (ogni giorno veniva rifatta, pulita e cambiati gli asciugamani del bagno). Personale gentilissimo, sempre pronti a darti consigli utili per vivere al meglio Roma. Consigliatissimo anche per logistica: vicino alla stazione( 10 min a piedi), vicino al centro ed ai principali punti di interesse di Roma(facendo una bella passeggiata si arriva ovunque in poco tempo altrimenti c'è proprio una fermata del bus sotto la struttura o la metro alla stazione). Altro punto forte la colazione al Bar di fronte la struttura inclusa nell'offerta (buonissima con le brioches fresche e un bel cappucino fatto al momento...). Che dire di più.... Grazie per la vostra gentilezza e cortesia.... Consigliatissimo e ci tornerò sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Roma.

B&B assolutamente da consigliare
Mia moglie ed io abbiamo pernottato una sola notte. Camera piccola ma spazi ottimamente gestiti. Arredamento moderno e pulitissimo. Bagno molto funzionale. Ovviamente ci sono camere più grandi, dipende da quanto si vuol spendere. La colazione non viene servita nel B&B ma in un bar adiacente. Ottima l'accoglienza del Sig. Stefano, complimenti!

el alojamiento está limpio pero es ruidoso y muy estricto no está nunca allí por lo que si necesitas algo o se te olvidan las llaves dentro te quedas en la calle aparte el último día pedimos dejar ñ las maletas con pues te echa a las 10 de la mañana y nos dijo que maximo media hora para desayunar y luego a la calle. no lo recomendaría

Señor Ricardo, vamos a responder punto por punto a su comentario: Ha reservado una pensión y no un gran hotel con conserjería 24 horas, por lo que lo normal es tener las llaves para ir y venir y cuidar las llaves como si fuera tu casa. En cuanto al ruido, entendemos que usted creó el ruido entrando y saliendo repetidamente por la noche (entre la 01:00 am y las 03:00 am), y también tocando el timbre durante mucho tiempo para que le permitieran abrir: tenemos pruebas tanto por las quejas de los demás huéspedes y como por el video de las cámaras colocadas en el área común (como lo exige la ley). en cuanto a las maletas te hemos dado una hora de recogida pero usted querías dejarlas todo el día hasta la tarde y no ha sido posible.Esto se debe al honor de la verdad.Señor Ricardo, somos nosotros, que no los lo recomendamos como huésped.

Great, well maintained place, close to everything.
Stefano was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. The room itself was cozy and minutes from everything. I would have loved the room to have an iron box. But overall, Stefano went over and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Wunderschönes B&B im zentraler Lage
Wir haben im August 2017 einen Italientrip nach Rom und Venedig gemacht. In Rom haben wir in diesem wunderschönen, modernen und äußerst sauberen B&B übernachtet. Zuerst einmal muss man sagen, das der Gastegeber Setfano äußerst zuvorkommend war. Nach einem durch ihn organisierten Transport vom Flughafen Fulmicino wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wurden alle Raffinessen des wirklich schönen Zimmers gezeigt. Nachdem wir alle Formalitäten erledigt hatten, hat er uns noch einige kurze Instruktionen gegeben, wo wir am Abend etwas Essen gehen können. Nach einer sehr erholsamen Nacht, trotz Temperaturen um die 30 °C, ging es am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück in ein Cafè um die Ecke. Hierfür gibt es von der Unterkunft Gutscheine, die ein Italienisches Frühstück beinhalten. Dazu muss man noch kurz sagen, dass bedeutet ein Croissant nach Wahl, ein Heißgetränk und einen Orangensaft. Ist für einen Deutschen erst einmal ein wenig befremdlich, aber man kommt damit gut über die Runden;) Als wir zurück in die Unterkunft kamen, hatte der Room-Service schon die Zimmer gereinigt und die Betten neu bezogen. Stefano erklärte uns anhand eines Stadtplans wie man am besten und am schnellsten alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen bekommt. Zudem empfahl er uns noch einige Secret-Places, die sehr schön und nicht so überlaufen von Touristen sind. Die nächsten zwei Tage waren wir sehr viel zu Fuß unterwegs und haben Dank Stefano sehr viel zu sehen bekommen. 1A Unterkunft:)

Tolles kleines Hotelzimmer mitten in der Stadt
Super ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank Bidet... Alles sehr sauber und neu . Sehr freundlicher Empfang und immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Frühstück extern aber quasi um die Ecke und im Zimmer Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee etc. Das Hotel liegt zentral und wir könnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß ablaufen. Kollosseum, Vatikan, Trevibrunnen, Spanische Treppe etc. Jederzeit wieder.

READ THE FINE PRINT
READ THE "FINE PRINT" My 3 star review has nothing to do with the quality of this room. Everything about the room, cleanliness, location, safety, and the owner is 5 star. However they will not budge on there check in window. Due to a flight change prior to arriving in Rome, we arrived later at 7:30PM, 30 minutes after our check in window ended. The Fine print clearly states this so I'm not complaining, more just informing. That being said, if I would have looked more closely I wouldn't have booked this hotel on our first night due to the unforeseen changes and delays that come with traveling. So had to book another hotel for a night and then check in with Melody so I wouldn't loose all my money. Again, recommend the place but not if you will be arriving anytime that could put you near or outside of the checkin window.

Very stylish and comfortable room
The Melody Suite was an ideal place to stay in Rome. A 15 minute walk to the centre but in a quieter area of the city. (buses also run into the centre from the street outside the building) There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.The room was of a high quality and was spotlessly clean, it had a large shower, comfy bed with lovely bed-linen and excellent air conditioning. Stefano was a great host and even managed to arrange for us to arrive late at night as our flight had been badly delayed. We loved the breakfast in the friendly local cafe opposite. We would certainly stay here again.

not a fancy hotel - better than that -
Not a fancy hotel - but better than that - you have an owner ( Stefano) that welcomes and treats you like family. Although not in the heart of the city the Melody Suite is well positioned for easy walking access to the termini station and the main attractions in Rome. Would I stay here again - yes .

Fabuloso
Sabe aquele lugar de tão aconchegante e acolhedor te faz parecer estar em casa? Foi assim que nos sentimos . Um ambiente familiar , extremamente limpo e com decoração linda . Tudo muito bem cuidado pelo Sr Stefano e sua família que fazem desse lugar sua segunda casa . Fomos recebidos não como hóspedes mas como amigos. Numa mistura de italiano , espanhol , inglês e até mesmo português ele fez de tudo para que compreendêssemos cada palavra dita e com isso nos deu detalhes dos melhores lugares, como se locomover , lugares a serem evitados ... Fazia questão de tirar cada dúvida nossa . Que pessoa formidável ! O hotel fica bem localizado sem estar no centro do tumulto do Termini porém próximo ao mesmo e a diversos pontos turísticos . O café da manhã é bem saboroso servido numa lanchonete em frente ao hotel pelo próprio dono do estabelecimento ; uma pessoa extremamente simpática e sorridente . Não tenho dúvidas que me hospedarei nesse mesmo lugar caso volte a Roma. Excepcional !

Super fint værelse og en rigtig venlig og hjælpsom vært/ejer. Eneste lille "minus" var morgenmaden, som er inkluderet i prisen. Den består af en voucher til en nærliggende café, hvor du får en croissant, en kop kaffe og et glas juice. Kvaliteten er udmærket, men mængden er ikke rigtig nok til voksne mennesker :)

Great location, meticulously clean, friendly staff
Although I was traveling for business with one extra day for sightseeing, I think Melody Suites would be even better for couples and wish that my wife could have come along. My suite had a comfortable bed and a well-functioning modern (sleek) bathroom. The air-conditioning worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they maintain very high standards for cleanliness both inside and outside of the room. There are just three suites within Melody Suites, which lies within a much larger building that includes regular apartments, surrounding a courtyard. The building is secure and located on a relatively quiet street, but is within walking distance (< 1/2-mile) of 2 or 3 subway stations and the central train terminal. Melody Suites is also a little bit longer walk to many of Rome's prime attractions, although you can take the subway a couple stops to the Coliseum, etc., if you are not a walker. There are also a couple of high-quality but reasonably priced restaurants on the very same block, where many locals eat when they want to go out on a weekend evening--a good sign.

I enjoyed my stay at the Melody Suite. The friendly owner makes sure all clients are well attended and needs are met. Rooms are very clean, free and good internet access is available. The historical center is easy to reach, whether you want to go on foot or wish to take public transports.

Wonderful B&B in Rome
We stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. Rooms were very clean and modern, in what seems to be a converted apartment inside a lovely old building. The owner Stefano was very helpful and was available by phone even when not in the building (because it's a B&B, unlike a hotel there isn't someone on reception 24hrs a day). Breakfast is simple (croissant, toast and coffee) and is taken in the cafe opposite. The location is also very good. It takes about 15 mins to walk from Termini Station, but that's probably a good thing since the neighbourhood is much nicer than the immediate vicinity of the station. There are a number of nice places to eat nearby as well: a good pizzeria (Al Forno della Soffitta) next door, several excellent restaurants (Osteria 44 was very good) and a nice gelateria (I Caruso) just round the corner. The nearest metro station is Castro Pretorio (about 10 mins), but I'd recommend walking to the main sights in the centre if you can (takes about 20-25 mins to the Spanish steps). After all, half the fun of a trip to Rome is walking through the beautiful streets! Overall, it was excellent and we would certainly stay there again.

We loved it!
Stefano is an amazing host, friendly and willing to help in any way. Amazing modern and spacious bathroom, AC, and delicious breakfast across the street included (don't miss the yummy croissant with cream). Great location at a residential area (just a 15-20 min walk to everything or a few block to the metro). If you stay here there is an incredible restaurant just a few feet from the entrance (always packed with locals..not just tourist) and the best ice cream in Roma just a block away. In sum, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to comeback.

Klein aber Fein!
Das Melody Suite ist kein Hotel im klassischen Sinn, sondern hat auf einer Etage eines Hochhauses 5 Zimmer. Diese Zimmer sind modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer mit der großen Regendusche ist sehr komfortabel. Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof, deshalb war es sehr ruhig. Da das Zimmer nur ein kleines Fenster hat, ist es etwas dunkel. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend und auf den angenehm straffen Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Stefano ist ein großartiger Gastgeber und hat uns bei all unseren Plänen mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Hier für nochmals vielen Dank! Das Frühstück nimmt man auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite in einem Bistro ein. Es ist typisch italienisch, also süß und nicht herzhaft. Serviert wird es mit viel guter Laune von Roberto, so dass der Tag entspannt beginnt. Beim nächsten Romaufenthalt werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Un bed & breakfast qui a tout bon
Ce bed & breakfast récemment refait à neuf est idéal pour une parenthèse urbaine dans la ville éternelle. Au calme, toutes équipées (climatisation, dressing, TV, lumière tamisée), les 5 chambres de cet établissement familial sont sobres et design. Le centre historique est facilement accessible à pied (une vingtaine de minutes) ou en transport en commun (une dizaine de minutes) même si l'hôtel n'est pas situé dans le coeur battant de la capitale. Nous avons eu un vrai coup de coeur pour le propriétaire des lieux, Stefano, extrêmement attentif, disponible et accueillant. Sébastien & Elsa
