Awesome little apartment in the heart of Rome
This little apartment is a little gem. It is located a few steps from Campo dei Fiori, and it is very clean, quiet and safe. The booking was seamless with Sonia very quick to answer any questions I had. Check in was on time and very quick. Franco was very kind to accommodate us and provide us with all the info we needed. I highly recommend this little spot and we will certainly be back.

Piccolo appartamento in posizione centralissima
La posizione è davvero strategica,l appartamento si trova tra Campo de' Fiori e Piazza Navona. È comodo e ben accessoriato, l'unico neo è la mancanza di luce dovuta alle poche finestre. In ogni caso ci tornerei sicuramente.

Posizione fantastica
Visitare Roma in tre giorni cogliendone lo spirito e lo splendore è possibile solo se si è nel suo cuore, e questo appartamento è assolutamente perfetto da questo punto di vista. L'appartamento, curato nei dettagli, è in una posizione ideale per visitare a piedi il centro di Roma. Nelle vicinanze, ottimi ristoranti e qualsiasi servizio. Incastonato in una delle vie più caratteristiche e vive della città, è, tuttavia, silenzioso e tranquillo. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca è la luminosità e l'aerazione dal momento che si tratta di un piano terra con affaccio su un piccolo cortile interno. Il palazzo è molto caratteristico e storico.

Gemütliches Einod im Zentrum der ewigen Stadt
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat Charme! Sie liegt inmitten aller interessanter Sehenswürdigkeiten, die fußläufig binnen weniger Minuten zu erreichen sind. Es gibt in der Nähe jede Menge unterschiedlicher Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had an absolute fabulous stay in Rome! The condo is convenient to everything (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican City, etc., etc.), and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting The Eternal City. Traveling with children
My husband and I were traveling with our two sons, aged 2 and 11. The location is great. We didn't use public transport once. We did everything on foot. All the restaurants in the nearby square are okay to very good. We never had a bad meal. Even fast food, Woktowalk or "Alice Pizza" on the go, really good and cheap. The apartment is beautiful and wonderfully cool, only the furnishings should be renewed. We had to keep reattaching the backs of the chairs, the knife handles were falling off, and the apartment has a slight problem with damp, which you can smell, that's why we moved the furniture away from the wall and rearranged it slightly so that the walls could breathe better. The pipes stink. This may be the case throughout Italy and not just in this apartment. Of course, we don't know. The apartment is probably only cleaned with a broom, which explains why it is quite dusty, even under the beds. I looked in vain for a vacuum cleaner. When my son crawled under the bed to get something, he was completely covered in dust. The washing machine should be cleaned again. The rubber at the front of the opening is completely filthy. Unfortunately, the two beds are folding beds. That works well for children. Adults and large children are uncomfortable. The apartment would be really great and I could give it the best rating if the furniture, which has suffered from the damp, and the equipment in the kitchen were renewed. And, absolutely, cleanliness would be the be-all and end-all.

Perfect
This little apartment is the perfect place for two people who want to experience the feel of Rome. Walking distance to the big attractions but also in the midst of authentic Roman life, shops, cafes, bars. Owner arranged a ride to the airport for us. The only bad part was having to leave. We highly recommend this charming home west from home.

Very well located a short walk from the Campo dei Fiori, Sonia’s cozy ground floor apartment was perfect for our last days in Italy. It has easy access to all the best Roman sites, so that we could stroll from the campo to the Piazza Novona and over to the Pantheon to shop or choose from hundreds of dining options. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in the heart of Rome
We loved the apartment. It was in a very good location and within walking distance to many of the attractions and restaurants. It is an older place but that is the beauty of it. Especially in Rome. The important things were that the bed was very comfortable and we felt very safe in the area. Uncle Franco met us when we arrived and gave us a walking tour of the area and the day we left he came again and waited with us until our taxi came. I would recommend this apartment if you are visiting Rome.

Nice clean place. Very nice hosts. Our main problem: rooms are adjoining. Bathroom is adjoining with bigger bedroom which serves also as a dining room. My adult granddaughter and me had no privacy. Apartment has just one little mirror in the bathroom. Keys to the apartment are very difficult to operate. I have mixed feelings about the place.

Property needs complete revamp. Kitchen in dark and not usefull. Plumbing in shower needs attention as you stand in ankle deep water, and bedding on double bed had blood stains. Uncle Franko helpfull on geeting no sign of Sonia the host. Day of check out Uncle Franko just walked in using his key. No knocking or ringing the bell. Location is the best part of the apartment

Mooi, rustig appartement vlakbij de Campo di Fiori. Maar ook bij piazza Navona en Trastevere. Vaticaan en Forum zijn ook goed te belopen. Met in dezelfde straat wat goede eettentjes en leuke winkeltjes. Het appartement is voor 4 personen geschikt, maar perfect ook met z’n tweetjes. Het zijn soort van 2 kamers: 1 met tweepersoonsbed en keukentje, 1 met 2 eenpersoons bankbedden, waarvan Sonia er 1 had opgemaakt als bed.

The best place to stay in Rome!
This lovely appartment in the historical centre of Rome is the best place to stay when you want to explore the city. All major highlights are well within walking distance, while the appartment itself is quiet and comfortable (and Not expensive at all!). Sonia was very communicative and kind, answering all our questions quickly and even arranging taxi’s to and from the airport for us. We loved Staying here and would recommend it highly to anyone! Great location,good size
Flat on a very scenic street...flat like it gave us an authentic experience. Perfect size for our family of 3. Uncle Franco gave us a quick tour of the block as he was checking us in. Stovetop with utensils and coffee maker was perfect for a wakeup to get us back to touring.

Unique, clean, and close!
This is a very unique place. It felt very authentic to Roman life. It was also in the perfect location - away from the tourist traps but still close enough to walk to everything. It was impeccably clean. We will stay here again if we ever make it back to Rome!

Fantastic location and property
Really enjoyed our stay here, Sonia was very communicative and the property was really good. I will warn that it has low ceilings, so taller people may need to duck. My only issue (and it's a very minor one) is the shower head is in desperate need of replacement, it sort of goes in random directions. Other than that, the property was perfect; would rent again.

Wonderful time in Rome.
Myself and my husband stayed in this apartment for 7 days. The location of this place is amazing, walking distance to many historical monuments and off course the market Campo de' Fiori. The apartment has everything you need, it is an old style Italian apartment. The host Sonia is wonderful, very helpful, she even helped me with the transportation from and to the airport. El apartamento es idéntico al anuncio, la comunicación con la propietaria fue excelente, lo mismo que la recepción! Se encuentra equipado con lo básico para una estancia tranquila en Roma. El Vaticano y varios lugares turísticos se encuentran a pocos minutos. En la zona hay restaurantes, supermercados. Es silencioso a pesar de estar a solo unos pasos de una de las principales avenidas de Roma. Sin duda, regresaría!!! Gracias Sonia y Sr

The apartment is in the thick of everything you would like to do in Rome- it’s a 600 year old building and cobblestone neighborhood- very charming. I think the kitchen could be better supplied. Specially for arrival of international guests.

Amazing Location
This apartment had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy. The host was very helpful in giving recommendations for eating and shopping, and took the time to make sure we knew how to work the door, use the washing machine etc. The apartment was close enough to everything we wanted to see and do that we could walk or take a short cab ride if we had less energy. There are so many great places to shop and eat close by too. I was travelling with 2 teenagers and they were glad to have their own space to sleep and hang out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

It was lovely meeting Pepe Meocci upon check in and communication with his daughter Sonia prior to arriving was efficient. She provided us with any information I asked for and arranged our ride from the airport. Pepe was delightful and he told us all about the area, how to get around and general tips. The location was FANTASTIC; quiet yet central. We had a wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and communication
Only 200m away from Campo de' Fiori, but in an absolute quiet street. No noises at night or in the early morning. All the great sites in walking distance: Piazza Navona 5 minutes, Pantheon or Trastevere 10 minutes, Vatican or Corso 15 minutes and the Fora and Colosseum in 15/ 20 minutes. Bus stop really near and if you have to com by car... Parking Via Giulia is out ZTL, save and only 5 minutes (with luggage) walking. Communication with the hosts and the legendary Uncle Franco was both accurate and warm. We highly recommend this apartment and thank you for having us.
