Steps from the stunning Trevi Fountain! Chic, modern loft in a rare, charming XVII Century building with an ancient wash basin in the lobby! Tucked away and well insulated from the hustle and bustle round the Trevi Fountain, this first-floor walk-up loft offers an open space design with living room complete with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The loft also boasts two lovely sleeping areas and two bathrooms with showers.

Location, Location, Location! The best Italian restaurants and shopping are in the area and the loft is located within walking distance from all the major attractions.

In addition, the loft features A/C, Wi-Fi, and lots of natural light! Plus, there is a dishwasher and full-size fridge!

Booking Highlights
Payment and cancellation policies are stated in the website terms and conditions. Check-in is between 14:00 and 21:00 by appointment and check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. To schedule an appointment, please respond to our confirmation email at least 5 days prior to arrival. Any outstanding city tax not collected at the time of booking will be paid separately in cash (euros) at check-in. The city tax is currently 3,50€ per guest (aged 11&up) per night for up to 10 nights. The damage deposit is 200,00€ payable by credit card authorization. This apartment is smoke and pet free.

Please remember this is a first floor walk-up (without lift) so if you need special assistance with your luggage, upon advance request, our bellhop service can assist you at check-in as well as at check-out for a small fee. Being a loft, the bedroom ceilings are low.

This is a great place to stay that is super close to the Trevi Fountain. The street where the apartment is located is super busy and was a little noisy but once in the apartment we didn’t hear anything. It was super quiet. The door to access the apartment is kind of discreet and it’s a little bit of a maze to get back to the apartment once through that door. This includes a narrow set of stairs that can be a little tricky with your luggage. There ceilings in certain areas are a little low and I found myself (6’1”) ducking a lot to avoid hitting my head. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We also had an early flight upon departure. We used a company (Globetrotter) right around the corner to schedule a private transport to the airport. There are a lot of great restaurants and gelato shops everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

When you arrive, be ready to walk through what looks like an abandoned building, up dangerous steps, and smelly vapor clouds to get to your door. Then when you walk in, every piece of furniture and appliance is cheap and broken. They provide you with half a roll of toilet paper, half a roll of paper towels, missing cookware, and a total of 6 forks. You also get to live with the thumping of the restaurant music below every night until midnight. The property isn't cleaned and maintained. Examples include: (1) mildew and mold in the showers and all over the glass enclosure of the showers, (2) my suitcase collected a thick layer of dust from me just putting it on the ground, (3) broken appliances and items throughout. Other than them dropping off the keys, don't expect any service. I made a simple request due to an issue with the property to the host, Dunia Molina, on Friday. She said she would be busy during the weekend and would get to it on Monday. On Monday, she didn't return my texts and ghosted me. I never heard from her again. The location is 50 steps from the Trevi Fountain. While central and close to a tourist site, expect constant traffic and crowds.

Location couldn’t be better. 100 feet from Trevi fountain. Dunia was a great host and her apartment manager Andrea was great. Would definitely go back.
