Bell'appartamento, curato, ampio, vicinissimo al Colosseo.
Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana in due coppie nell'appartamento dotato di ampio soggiorno, 1 cucina abitabile, 1 terrazzino esterno con tavolo e ombrellone, 2 ampie camere con clima, 2 bagni uno deiquali grande. l'altro di sfogo molto utile. Tv e tutti gli elettrodomestici a disposizione cosi' come indicato nelle caratteristiche. Zona tranquilla ma centrale dietro al Colosseo e dotata di parecchi localini per mangiare la cucina. tradizionale. Lo consigliamo caldamente.

soggiorno perfetto,casa pulita,host disponibile,colosseo dietro l'angolo, insomma, solo note positive per il soggiorno trascorso in questa casa. appartamento da 4+1 persone,doppio bagno,cucina dotata di ogni comfort e balconcino esterno silenzioso per rilassarsi in tranquillita. lo consiglio vivamente,sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Short stay in Rome
Two couples catching a few days in Rome after a long tour of Greece and the Greek Islands. Hit the ground running. Host was very helpful in getting transfers to and from the airport and also booking a coliseum tour, as well as recommending several places to eat.

Great communication
Wonderful location near the colosseum. We were offered scheduled rides from the airport and to the train station when we left. Everything was clean and they were very easy to work with. Some of the best restaurants were just around the corner and for a good price. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at CasaLillie. It is conveniently located to the Colosseum and restaurants, Marni arranged out transport to and from the airport. She also offered to arrange tours. She was very helpful and available. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the little patio very much!

A Gem in Rome
The apartment was clean with all the basics immediately available (coffee!). Location is short blocks away from the Colosseum as well as a few parks. We used public transport - busses and the metro were so easy to use - to get to areas outside old Rome (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, etc). Marmi was the consummate host. She met us at the apartment and checked in regularly to ensure all was well. We would stay here again.

A Great Find
Marmi was an excellent host, checking in with us before we arrived, arranging an airport transfer on short notice, and making sure our stay went well. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The two bedrooms were each a good size, airy with high ceilings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed having breakfast with the doors open to the courtyard terrace. The apartment is close to the Colosseum, in a neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and a good grocery store. It’s close to the metro and buses, but we also enjoyed walking to other neighborhoods. Marmi’s apartment was a great place to land in Rome, and we hope to return.

Just Fabulous!
Everything about this lovely apartment was perfect for us. The little touches made a big difference - shampoo and shower gel, plenty of cleaning products and coffee for the machine. The place was absolutely spotless, one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. Even in 30⁰ heat, if we kept the shutters closed through the day, the apartment stayed lovely and cool. The neighbourhood was very quiet, even though it was so close to the heart of the historic district. There were some lovely cafes and restaurants close by and the highlights of Rome were all within walking distance. Marmi was the perfect host. She was there to greet us and made sure we were ok with everything before leaving us. She was only a message away if we needed her for anything and was very helpful. I can highly recommend Marmi's place to anyone staying in Rome. It really is just perfect.

Amazing! I dont think it can get any better
This was our first time back to europe in about 10 years, and this was all pleasure In summary, our trip was amazing. And, i would estimate that 95% of that amazingness was because of the work our property manager/owner did on our behalf to make our stay easy and comfy. Marmi was awesome! First of all....the communication and prep for arrival, and organizing day trips or visits to the sites was well planned by the Property owner/manager. If you are new to Rome and want to get most bang for your buck regarding your time & money considerations, the property manager was excellent in setting up and organizing all events for our entire stay. All we had to do was wake up, make an italian caffe, eat something and be down in front of the apt for our driver at the required time. All guide reservations, tickets, entry passes, whatever was taken care of by property manager. This was HUGE in avoiding the long lines of people waiting hours to buy tickets for all the popular sites. Also, the variety of our day trips was perfect--not all ancient sites: 2 beach days (highly recommend) to Ostia, 1 day trip to pasta making & wine tasting in a beautiful suburb of Rome (Marino, Castel Gandolfo, frascati) with an amazing view of volcanic landscape with serine lakes within. The property was great! Old school, italian living...it was perfect and exactly waht we were looking for...right in an old neighborhood with little cafes just around corner. Very clean and comfy. Loved it!

A great place to stay in rome
Maria was a fantastic host and very attentive. She helped us book some great tours and gave us helpful ideas for local restaurants and attractions. She even arranged to and from the airport. So nice. The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance to the coliseum, restaurants, markets and metro! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

Good location, great hostess
The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. Traveling with four daughters and a wife is not easy, but this place was perfect. Room for all, kitchen, washing machine, and close to everything we needed. Marmi was amazing. She was very communicative before, during, and after the visit. She arranged transportation, tours, and recommendations for restaurants. She even arranged a tour of Pompeii after we left her property! She responded quickly, and importantly, spoke perfect English. If we go back to Rome, we would stay here again.

I’ve stayed in well over 25 VRBO’s and Maria is by far the best hostess we’ve ever had. She was very helpful and incredibly kind to our family during our visit. She also arranged private tours and ground transfers to the airport that were seamless and always on schedule. She communicates in English very well. I highly recommend this location.

Wonderful stay!!
We had such a wonderful time in Rome and loved the apartment! It was so close to the Colliseum and other ancient relics and yet was in a quiet area near coffee shooed and restaurants. The space was more than large enough for our family of four and was very comfortable. Marmi is a wonderful host who booked our transportation from the airport and to the train station and also booked us on a private tour of the Vatican. We highly recommend this apartment when you come to Rome!!!

Our grandson's introduction to Roma!
Our trip was extra fun because of the convenience of Casa Lilli. Three of us: grandparents and our 10 year old grandson. Two bathrooms worked perfectly as well as two bedrooms, a nice living area, kitchen for breakfast and snacks, washing machine. We enjoy being busy most of the day and eating out resting in the afternoon then out again for dinner. Our host was available at any time and she arranged some fun excursions for us to pair with what we organized. WiFi, good tv, close taxis and public transportation, good restaurants in the neighborhood of Celio. The apartment and the area are great!

Great stay in Rome
We had a wonderful experience at this flat. It had everything we needed plus the washer was perfect. The owner scheduled transfers and tours for us. This was so helpful and I would book these services again. There are lots of restaurants close by. We walked from Vatican City and to all the other sites. I highly recommend this flat.

Close to Collosseum
This terrific property is a short walk to the Colloseum, the metro and convenient bus links to anywhere in Rome you wish to go. The spacious apartment is very clean and well equipped. It looks exactly like the listing. Our host kindly arranged airport transfers for us when we arrived. Fabiola warmly welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property!

Typical Rome apartment, not fancy but pretty much everything you need. Fabulous host, arranged airport rides, was there when I arrived, treated me to breakfast at a local cafe, always responsive. Very quiet neighborhood but 3 blocks to Colosseum, 1/2 block to great gelato store, many good restaurants, nearby market. Highly recommended.

A Home Away from Home
Our stay at CasaLilli was perfect! Marmi worked with us even before our arrival to ensure everything went smoothly by arranging for our airport transfers. Check-in was delightful as she provided us with a warm welcome, local recommendations, and even scheduled a tour of Rome’s highlights. She also periodically checked in to make sure all was well (which it definitely was). The apartment itself was fantastic. It was spotless, in a good location, and felt safe. After a long day of sightseeing, my kids both eagerly wanted to return to “Marmi’s House.” That’s when I realized this apartment really felt like a home away from home. Should we find ourselves in Rome again in the future, we would absolutely look to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and the host was awesome.
We had stayed at this apartment before and both are looking forward to booking it again in the future. It is exactly as advertised, the host was awesome to deal with and it is very close to all amenities. The Colosseum is a couple of blocks away and there are local restaurants and a grocery store close by. We walked everywhere. We would highly recommend this apartment and plan to stay there again.

Pleasant apartment near colluseum
The appartment was very clean and is spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. It is one floor up from ground. There was an occasional noise from the street but otherwise very quiet. There is one full bathroom and a second very small bathroom that is adjacent to the first which we essentially didn’t use. Old fashioned but well maintained. Washer is outside on the patio, and there is no dryer but our clothes dried overnight. Overall a very nice property.

Great stay
The property is in a great location. The house was spotless and beds are comfortable Marmi is the best -we were delayed multiple hours and she met us at the property in the middle of the night and made us feel at home. Wonderful place to stay. Location is close to lots of sites but away from crowds and noise. Owner helped book private tours for the week plus a wonderful wine tasting experience. I would highly recommend this apartment.

A Fabulous Experience
Four of us had the pleasure to meet Francesca and Marmi and stay at their amazing apartment. Super friendly, caring, and helpful hosts, whom we consider our new friends! The apartment is located a stone’s throw from the Colloseum and Roman Forum, in a small, quiet neighborhood of small shops and restaurants. The apartment was amazing. Super clean. Two bedrooms two bathrooms and a good sized outdoor terrazzo for sitting. A large, comfortable dining area and living room with a large flat screen TV and comfortable ( and clean) sectional couch. A large kitchen with 4 chairs and table, cook top, stove, large fridge, Nespresso machine, and everything you need if you want to cook a dinner or two. Out on the terrazzo, there is a washing machine that fully functions with drying rack for hanging your clothes. The bedrooms were spacious and we found the beds comfortable and the bedding high quality ( and super clean!) pillows were comfortable, too. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawer space for your clothes. heat and air conditioner units. Master bathroom and secondary smaller bathroom had everything you needed for your stay. Lots of very clean towels! It was super quiet ( except on glass recycling day) — we did not hear our neighbors, loud music, etc. we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. What wonderful people. Thank you so much, Marmi and Francesca, and welcoming us into your lovely apartment.

Beautiful flat, wonderful-friendly family hosts, great communication. Lovely neighbourhood in walking distance of Monti district and easy access to public transit. Lovely stay at Casa Lili
Marmi is simply wonderful. Her property was pristine. We had a bit of confusion at check in but it ended up perfect. Marmi arranged the best massages for my friend and I in the apartment upon our arrival. It was the perfect way to spend the first day "at home", ater a long two weeks of travel. The location of the apartment is great. Wish we had more time to explore the neighborhood, it was very charming and close to so many things. Marmi was the VERY BEST HOST I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her attention to detail was second to none. She checked with me several days before arrival to see if we wanted to book any tours etc. We couldn't get the washing machine to work and she was over to tbe apartment in no time to assist. She even arranged transportation to the airport for us, which I highly recommend, especially if you have an early flight. If you want a home away from home while traveling in Roma, CasaLilli is the place for you. Thank you Marmi 💜

A lovely apartment in a great location !!
Location, location, location - don't look any further than this lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment !! 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum, 2-3 minutes from lots of restaurants, the market and a taxi stand. Gelato and coffee only 50 feet away! The apartment was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked - but who needs to cook in Rome? The neighborhood was very quiet at night. It was the perfect rental to explore Rome. The owner arranged transportation for us to and from the airport which was very appreciated. Overall, a great experiance and I can't wait to return !!

Nous étions 4 et c'etait suffisament grand pour nous. L'appartement est très bien placé. Proche du Colisé de la station de metro Colosseo et des bus. Vous avez plusieurs restaurants et un Carrefour express pour les courses. Et la propriétaire est une personne vraiment bienveillante. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour.

This place is a gem!
Loved our stay here. It had all the comforts of home and provided plenty of room for our family of 4. The neighborhood is great. We loved being so close to shops and restaurants. All this just 3 blocks from the Colosseum. The best part of this place is that you get Marmi’s help coordinating your trip. She got us signed up for 4 awesome private tours with Rosa at LIV and arranged travel to and from Tibertina. She was a fierce advocate for us when we had any questions or concerns. There is so much to see in Rome that you can get overwhelmed. Thanks to Marmi, we had a great trip and got to see things I never could have found on my own. Our tour of the Vatican was incredible and Rosa’s insights made a huge difference. All the reviews say Marmi is amazing and we booked here because of that. We are so glad we did because having a great place to stay and an engaged host made our week in Rome magical.

Great location beautiful flat.
Our day was fantastic. Marmi was very friendly and her flat was very clean. Marmi even organized our airport transport and 3 tours while we were in Rome.

Rome Visit
Overall all we had a great stay! Very comfortable flat and Maria communicated well. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and the neighborhood felt safe with some great restaurants! Down the road is St. Clement Basilica, a hidden gem! You can go under it to see 3 layers of churches all the way down to the first century. Our only issue was that the hot water heater stopped working just after we arrived and it took a couple days to get fixed. Maria stopped by to check it amd got out a repair man as soon as possible. In exchange for the discomfort of cold showers, she arranged a very nice free transfer to the airport which was very appreciated. We enjoyed our time very much.

First Family Rome vacation
Marmi was a wonderful host. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and a great location. We appreciated all the help with transportation and tours. We had a wonderful time.
