We're delighted to hear that you found our location convenient for exploring Rome's attractions, but we are sorry you did not appreciate fully your room.I would like to point out that Profumo Maison Colosseo is a Guest House, not an hotel; while we offer many services, like onsite staff during the day, breakfast buffet and online concierge, we do not pretend to have the same standards of a 4* Hotel.Regarding the water, we feel it would have worked better if you told us about your issue immediately by calling the reception, not after the problem, since you were the first people having a shower, the heating system needed some time to reach the proper temperature.We want to clarify that our toiletries are carefully selected for their high quality, and many are sourced from reputable European manufacturers. We take pride in offering our guests products that meet the standards of excellence, with some items being specifically made in Italy. Additionally, we appreciate your comments about the amenities and the room space. We would suggest booking a Superior room next time, since you found the 18 sqm of your room not enough for your needs.Regarding the pricing, we apologize if you felt that the value did not match the cost of your stay. We regularly assess our pricing to stay competitive and provide fair value, Rome is an expensive city and rooms tend to be smaller compared to other cities.Thank you for choosing our Maison, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an improved and more enjoyable stay.
