The location was good, at the top of the Spanish steps. However the shower was only dribbling water, we hoped we would see someone at the desk but didn’t. We had long busy days in Rome sightseeing and came back to wash in the sink. On the third day we received a message that the plumbing was being fixed on our fourth day so they knew there was an issue and allowed us to stay in that apartment, did not switch us to another or offer us a discount/refund. It was fixed for our last and final day. It was so unfair that they knew and didn’t provide us with any explanation or offer discount. We paid for a fully operational room.

The suites manager Larissa was amazing! she sent us a list of great restaurants to visit and provided various tips for local attractions and commute. The hotel is right next to the Spanish steps, and a 10 minute walk to most attractions. The room itself was very comfortable, and very clean. We are glad we stayed here during our visit to Rome, and would go there again if we were to visit.

Larissa was incredibly helpful and responsive! She gave us a list of places to eat and was very attentive to our needs! The place could use a little maintenance- the caulking around the shower needs to be replaced, it’s moldy and the kettle and coffee maker need to be descaled but those are minor things. They had umbrellas for us when it started pouring rain and they even held our luggage for us for a few extra hours after we checked out.

Qt Suites is the best option in ROME to stay. The staff and service was 5 stars. The room was very comfortable, clean and near to Spanish steps, metro, shopping and restaurants. Thank you for everything !!

Out of all of our hotel stays, this one was the most stressful in terms of paperwork, instructions on how to access the rooms, pre-authorizations via credit card charges, etc. We wouldn’t stay here the next time we’re in Rome.

Ikke hotellfølelse da det kun er betjening 0930-15:30 og av og til tar betjening fri. Følte mer vi bodde i Roma med egen hybel. Med sent fly fikk vi sette bagasje i et låst rom vi fikk nøkkel til. Perfekt beliggenhet . Stort rom. Vil bo i samme omeråde neste gang. Gammel heis… så ikke vær redd for heis.

Incredible stay at a well run well organized accommodation. Everything about the room and the service was excellent from cleanliness to assistance all overseen by the Manager Diego who guided me through the stay. I would have preferred to keep this place as a special secret but Diego and QT deserve significant accolades. Thank you so much for this encounter so close the Spanish Steps and all of the excitement.

I cannot recommend QT Suites enough. Diego was fantastic, communicated very well and made the check-in process very easy. He also gave great advice about getting around. The suites are located 500m from the Spanish Steps and the metro station there, and are easy to find.

First, it's important to say that Diego was incredibly helpful - he really wants you to have an enjoyable stay in the hotel and in Rome. He gave us plenty of tips, including about using the taxis in Rome. The room was modern and really nice with plenty of room to move around in and for suitcases. The TV worked fine, the bed was plenty comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very clean. All in all, it was a great stay.

Great Rome option
We really enjoyed our stay at a QT. The location was perfect - central to many of the main sights. Diego was very helpful and very responsive to any questions that came up. Our room facing the garden was super quiet.

The location for exploring Rome was perfect as it was only a minute walk away from the Spanish Steps. The property itself was clean and the owner Diego made you feel very welcome and makes himself available 24/7 by phone if you need anything. A selection of hams/cheeses/fruits/toast and pastries with juice is an ideal start for breakfast and there is also a coffee machine with free coffee pods and teabags to make yourself a hot drink in your room. A variety of drinks at a reasonable price in the fridge is also a bonus. Federico stayed with us and called the taxi service for us when it was late to make sure we got picked up which was very thoughtful of her which took any stress away. We will definitely stay her again if we come back to Rome and would recommend to family and friends.

An der Unterkunft war einfach alles top- die Lage (nur wenige Meter von der Spanischen Treppe, aber trotzdem eine angenehme Straße und weit genug weg von den Touristengruppen), die Ausstattung (tolle Zimmer, tolles Bad, hohe Decken, moderne und angenehme Einrichtung, Lavazza-Kaffee) und vor allem der Service. Jeden Tag frisches, unterschiedliches Frühstück ans Bett zur selbst gewählten Zeit, einfach großartig. Speziell zu erwähnen ist, dass man fühlen kann wie sehr sich der Eigentümer um eine gute Zeit für die Gäste bemüht. Ein toller Aufenthalt!

Best in Rome
This is our second time stayed at QT Suites. We had one night before heading to the cruise port. The hotel is super clean and the breakfast is superb. The location is excellent, one minute walk to Spanish step and all of shops. It was great to see Diego, and the communication between Diego and his staff and us was excellent.

Very handy to the Metro which was just down the street and we found it was the best way to get around. Diego and staff were wonderful so helpful in answering all our questions....they went out of their way to make our stay easy

Absolutely brilliant!
I went to Rome for a long weekend with my parents and we absolutely loved QT Suites! Federica and Diego were so welcoming and lovely to us! The location of the suites is fantastic, so close to the Spanish Steps and the Metro which made it really easy to get around Rome. The breakfasts each morning were glorious! A great mix of bread, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, juices and cereals. A real feast! The suites are a great size and very elegantly decorated. A great size bathroom with everything you need (toiletries, fresh towels and robes and hair dryer). I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome. Grazie mille Diego and Federica!

A Roman Gem!
This place is a treasure in the city of Rome! I cannot recommend this place enough! We feel so lucky to have found Diego and his wonderful hotel during our travel to Rome. He was extremely communicative, helpful, caring, and attentive both before and during our stay. The location of this hotel is PERFECT - super close to all the sight seeing that Rome has to offer. We walked to everything from our hotel. There is also a subway station right next to the hotel in case we didn't want to walk. Our room was EXACTLY as described in the photos and narrative. In fact, I would have to say it was even BETTER! What made this place most special however was the personal touch. You can tell that Diego cares about his business and his customers. He put in extra effort to ensure that our stay was perfect. He even gave us his personal phone number and was available to us 24 hours a day. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and customizable. The sheets and the towels were high quality. The windows did a very good job blocking the noise outside the apartment. The air conditioning was digital and worked well. All of the provided amenities were high quality and worked well. This place was just as nice as any 5-star hotel. The quality of stay was just as good, if not better due to his personal touch. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

Very well appointed room in a great location for exploring the sights of Roma! Diego was so kind and helpful and was able to give great dining suggestions. The breakfast was amazing!! We will definitely stay at QT Suites if we find ourselves in Rome again. In the meantime we will recommend to all of our friends.

Clean, good location and superb host
It was our first stop (and first time in Italy), and we are glad to have picked QT as it was centrally located near the shopping areas and metro station. Our host, Diego, was amazing and super helpful; always ready to equip us with maps and tips on short notice. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Thanks for making our stop at Rome memorable! :)
