ROME APARTMENT TREVISPAGNA CHARME

Situato in una posizione strategica, di fronte al Museo Barberini, tra Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna e Via Veneto, a soli 100 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana e autobus "Barberini" e vicino al Quirinale, l'appartamento Trevispagna Charme offre un ambiente tranquillo, elegante ed accogliente.

L’appartamento di 95 metri quadrati, in palazzo dotato di ascensore, è adatto a gruppi e famiglie numerose. Composto da: ingresso, soggiorno, cucina (completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie) con tavolo per 9 persone, divano letto e un soppalco con tre letti singoli, due camere matrimoniali (una con possibilità di un letto singoli), 2 bagni completi con doccia (asciugacapelli e scalda salviette).
Ogni camera dispone di riscaldamento centralizzato, aria condizionata, TV, cassaforte, wifi, lavatrice.

L'arredamento è un mix di mobili antichi e di design di alta qualità, con parquet, travi a vista, decorazioni e affreschi d'epoca.

Il quartiere è vivace sia di giorno che di notte e permette di sperimentare gli aspetti più originali di Roma: trattorie tipico, roof garden, pub, cinema, teatri, bar, luoghi di incontro.
Una passeggiata di soli 5 minuti vi farà raggiungere Fontana di Trevi e da li vi potete dirigere in pochi minuti al Pantheon. Piazza Navona e molti altri
Punti storici della città (Colosseo, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza diSpagna etc)

Great location, too many issues

This apartment is lovely and the location is great! BUT there is so much room for improvement. The bathrooms were not clean, several a/c remotes did not work, and the a/c units did cool well at all. There were no bath mats and shower water sprayed all over the floor. Only 1 large and 1 small towel per guest was allotted and needed to be used to mop the floor. One bathroom had no hand soap and only a sparse amount of toilet paper upon arrival. The refrigerator and freezer door panels were not attached and it was very difficult to open them. The beds were quite comfortable though.The host, Paul was very difficult to communicate with. The host requested communication through WhatsApp also, so some messages were on VRBO and some on WhatsApp. Response times were incredibly slow resulting in many misunderstandings.Hopefully these issues will be resolved because the location is incredible and the apartment is really beautiful.

I would not stay here again. The A/C was a big draw for us, but the units would time out quickly. Especially the one in the living room with the loft that had three single beds. My poor kiddos were SO HOT sleeping in there. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean.

Great location for tourist activities

Host was nice and helpful. He arranged rides from and to the airport. Code to the building was released only after paying the tourist tax and code to apartment at check in time. Perfect for a family of 5. Great location - sites, food, shopping.

I would never stay here again or recommend it to anybody. The location was decent but that is it. The entire apartment was dirty and smelled like mold. One bathroom was covered in black mold in the shower and at the sink, including the shower head. The other bathroom had a plugged drain so we couldn't use the shower. A sewage smell was coming out of the drains and one toilet didn't flush properly. We were only given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the week stay and had to buy more. More than one towel per person was an extra charge. We had to walk the trash out two blocks away or else incur an extra fee. The water heater went out and it took the host over 12 hours to respond back.

Our 25th Anniversary, Eldest daughter’s engagement and elderly mother’s Jubilee Pilgrimage tarnished by an unsanitary apartment and greedy, absentee host. Our journey was going well when we were picked up promptly by our driver, Fabio. Big smiles and a helping hand guided us swiftly to our awaiting van with plenty of room for us all and our luggage. Our international flight arrived on time at 6:10 am. Our host, Paul was fully aware of our arrival time yet demanded an additional 50 euro to allow us to check in early. This doesn’t sound exceptionally unreasonable besides the fact he would not accept payment thru VRBO and made us download an unfamiliar payment app that needed a bank card and social security number to access and move money. This was unsettling. Eventually after waiting for over an hour on the narrow sidewalk outside on a busy street with all our luggage, we were allowed to access the apartment. The neighbors were not happy with our unannounced arrival and we were admittedly a bit noisy hauling our luggage up to the landing outside the digitally locked outer and inner doors. This feature was actually a welcomed level of security once we were inside. The photos listed on the VRBO app did not accurately depict the apartment and were obviously taken a long time ago when the apartment was fresh and clean. This is not how we found it to be. The photos we attached, as disgusting as they are, still do not accurately depict the conditions.
