The apartment can accommodate 4 people with a double bed on the first floor and two single beds on the ground floor, with the bathroom and kitchen also accessible on the ground floor, as well as the small terrace. After some hours you told me that the two elderly people who were traveling with you, two women, could not reach the first floor with the stairs, and you ask me for change room but unfortunately we are fully booked. So I told you that for one night they can stay on the ground floor since that room was a quadruple room and it's normal for us that 2 people stay in first floor and 2 in ground floor, but you judged impossible - although it was only for one night. You decide to change room just for this. Not talk about dirty status not talk about rude staff? Rude for what? So I ask you again: what are you complaining about?
