Ottima sistemazione a Roma
La residenza dei Gracchi è un alloggio ideale per visitare Roma, vicino alla metro e agli autobus. Silenzioso, pulito, dotato di ogni confort con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentilissimo il signor Giuseppe.

Tranquillo week end lungo
Struttura tranquilla nel cuore del Quartiere Prati. Molto vicina sia A S. Pietro che ai musei vaticani. Anche per chi ama lo shopping, basta fare poche decine di metri per ritrovarsi su via Cola di Rienzo con i sui negozi. Quanto ai mezzi pubblici, la struttura è posta a metà strada tra il metro e il capolinea di alcuni mezzi pubblici in Piazza del Risorgimento.

b&b in ottima posizione
Piccolo b&b di sole 4 camere elegantemente ristrutturate a pochi passi da S.Pietro. Nonostante sia in centro le camere sono molto silenziose; ottima la pulizia e la cortesia del personale.

La sede del Residence è in posizione strategica.
E' stata una bella esperienza. La camera era confortevole e di qualità il servizio di colazione del bar convenzionato con il Residence. Il personale è stato cortese e di poche parole. Le informazioni, comunque, sono state essenziali. Lo consiglierei ad amici, io stessa ci ritornerei volentieri. Caterina

ottimo B&B
Ottima posizione , gentili e disponibili sia il proprietario che il signore che lavora per lui. molto pulito e a due passi da piazza S.Pietro. Il wi-fi non arriva benissimo nelle camere. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma torneremmo sicuramente alla Residenza dei Gracchi.

Friendly staff and great location
Hi, I had a great time staying at this property, the location is amazing and I could easily walk everywhere. Vatican and even to Rome City Centre. I have arranged for transfers and the communication was fantastic. From the moment of booking I felt that I had someone that will ensure that I get to the property safely. I can highly recommend staying here.

Small room but worked well .position was very good close to many restaurants and fantastic shopping area . Lady stayed up to greet us as we had a late flight into Rome. Small basic ,but works well nice shower and also has air conditioner.

Basic, but worth the money.
For the money, this is a nice place as we weren't in our room much except to sleep and shower. It is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, close to shops and transit. Breakfast is across the street and consists of coffee, juice and a croissant. We missed most of the breakfasts as they open at 7:30 and transit to visit sites left before that. We booked an extra night by mistake, let them know when we checked in, but were charged for the room anyway. My fault, it just would have been nice if they refunded as we told them 7 days in advance.

Nicely located but can be difficult to find at night. Room and bed size is small. For breakfast they provide coupons of a store in front of hotel. it opens only by 7.30-8 AM so if you are planning to move out early to see the attractions, do not opt for free breakfast option.Be ready to pull your suitcases up 7-8 stairs.

hôtel bien situé et calme
Nous avons séjourné en couple du 25 novembre au 28 novembre 2016 dans cet hôtel. Un monsieur nous attendait et parlait assez bien le français. Il était sympathique. La chambre donnait sur une cour tranquille. La literie était confortable, la salle de bain très correcte et le ménage était fait tous les jours.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Alles war eigentlich wie beschrieben. Gute Lage, sauber, Klimaanlage, freundliches Personal. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind einmal der schlechte Empfang des WLANs in den hinteren Zimmern und auch das Frühstück beschränkt auf ein pures Minimum (Croissant + Café). Bei Komfort kann ich leider nur drei Sterne geben da die Betten sehr hart sind. Wen das nicht stört, dem ist das Hotel aber durchaus zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in Rom
Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom zu erkunden. Es war alles zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Petersplatz zehn Minuten, Piazza Navona ca. 25 Min., kleine Lebensmittelläden in direkter Nähe. Die Metrostation ganz in der Nähe erleichterte manche Exkursion. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet, es war vom Straßenlärm nichts zu hören, wir konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert, die Duschen mit Glasschiebewänden versehen. Wasserkocher und Teevorrat sowie Safe im Zimmer fanden wir sehr angenehm. In derselben Straße waren mindestens drei Restaurants in unterschiedlichen Preisklassen, wo man auch mal nur ein Glas Wein trinken konnte. Dadurch haben wir ein hoteleigenes Restaurant nicht vermisst. Das Frühstück in der gegenüberliegenden Bar war typisch italienisch, Kaffee, Croissant und ein Glas Saft, serviert von einem sehr freundlichen Inhaber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier unseren Aufenthalt verbringen.

Nice place very close to Vatican
This guest house is very close to the Vatican, even closer than it looks on the map. It is also very close to a supermarket, several restaurants and the metro station is a short walk away which is very handy. For staying in Rome it is an ideal location. The room was very nice with good Wifi, air conditioning, a big comfortable bed and was very clean. There was also a flat screen TV but every station was in Italian but on our second day we discovered that if you use the tools button on the remote you can change the audio on some of the stations from Italian to English which was good. Breakfast is served across the street at a little bar/cafe, just a coffee and croissant but it was very nice and was enough for us.We found the Italian people very nice and helpful throughout our whole stay. We enjoyed our trip very much and would recommend visiting Rome and the Vatican and Colosseum is a must see.

Loved our stay!
Gracchi was everything we wanted in our stay: Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning (necessary in early August)! Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the vatican/castel sant'angelo. Barbara and her husband were very welcoming and Sonny the cleaning man was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

+ The room was clean and quiet + Within walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo and pretty much every other major sight in the city + Excellent wifi - worked better than at home! + Check-in and check-out went smoothly... although the hotel was a bit hard to find at first because there was no sign in the street (only the hotel's name next to the buzzer) + breakfast at the next door cafe included tea/coffee with a croissant - Bed could have been more comfortable (but honestly, after walking all day even the hard bed felt preeeetty good)

Você chega e descobre que o hotel fica dentro de um condomínio de prédios de apartamentos (coisa comum em Roma).São 4 quartos simples e confortáveis, extremamente bem arrumados e limpos.Você é muito bem atendido,orientado sobre suas dúvidas e depois não vai ver mais ninguém até ir embora. Caso você precise , como eu precisei de um transfer , existe um telefone à sua disposição, e , você é prontamente muito bem atendido. Ótima relação custo beneficio.

nice hotel ,close to Vatican city .
we arrived and Guiseppe was very welcoming, he showed us all to our rooms and then took time to show us places of interest on the map. Recommended restaurants to us and generally gave us an idea of directions and amenities such as the metro etc. The hotel is very close to the Vatican city and was also about a 3mile walk to stadio olimpico. we would definitely stay there again.

Vist to Rome with family
This was a first time visit to Rome for my family. The location of the apartment was excellent. About 10 minute walk to the Vatican and tourist bus. In the evening lots of shops and restaurants everywhere. Rooms were clean and comfortable and secure. Breakfast, which we had in a cafe across the street was pleasant but with two teenagers, 1 croissant and a coffee, although delicious was not very filling. The owner organised our transport from the airport and back which was excellent. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the Gracchia to anyone.

"Hotel Residência" com quartos novos confortável
Não é realmente um hotel, mas uma residência dividida em vários quartos com frigobar, TV, Ar e Banheiro. Os quartos são novos, limpos e bem arrumados. Infelizmente não tem recepção 24h. Não possui café da manhã interno, mas pagam um café simples no Bar em frente. Os donos são super atenciosos e solícitos e atenderam nosso pedido de entrar antes do horário de check-in e nos auxiliaram no check-out tardio. Fica bem localizado próximo à praça de São Pedro, num bairro tranquilo e próximo a pontos de ônibus, metrô e bares, mercados e restaurantes.

Good location for the Vatican and the Metro
We stayed for 4 nights and chose this place based on reviews regarding its location near the Vatican. We weren't disappointed, it is a 10 min walk to the Vatican and 10 min walk from the metro. We also found it a 20 min walk from the Spanish steps and the Palazzo Navona. This direction puts you in the middle of some good shopping too. Breakfast is the typical Italian coffee, juice and pastry. Do note the breakfast bar doesn't open til 8.30 am on Sunday. It was a double room, but like most places in Italy, it was really 2 single beds pushed together.

Hübsches B&B in der Nähe des Vatikan
Das B&B liegt sehr günstig im Bezirk Prati ganz in der Nähe von Petersdom und Engelsburg. Nette Restaurants und Geschäfte in der direkten Umgebung. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer liegen im 1.Stock eines Hinterhauses,deshalb ist es sehr ruhig, wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen und das mitten in Rom! Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch das Bad ist frisch renoviert und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung. Außerdem gab es einen Wasserkocher, Teebeutel und Instantkaffe, so konnten wir uns schon morgens eine Tasse Kaffee zubereiten. Das Frühstück gab es in der Bar direkt gegenüber - 1 Cappucino, 1 süßes Hörnchen und 1 Glas Saft, sehr italienisch eben. Auch die Einheimischen haben in der Bar gefrühstückt. Wir würden bei einem nächsten Romurlaub dieses B&B wieder buchen.

Walk-distance to Vatican AND Gelateria dei Gracchi
Perfect location right by the Vatican, great restaurants nearby and one of the best gelateria in Rome on the same street. Comfortable and clean room, very kind service. The breakfast coupons get you a croissant, a coffee, and a cup of blood orange juice at a bar across the street. It's good to have that option.

Small residenzia close to the Vatican
We stayed at a small private residenzia (only 4 rooms) in the Prati district very close to the Vatican and in a very quiet street just off a main road. The Vatican was a ten minute walk away. Just a little bit further walking towards the river is the Castel Sant´Angelo is a really interesting castle to go round and by walking over the bridge and walking for about twenty minutes you could reach the Piazza Navona where you can buy prints and there are artists to do sketches. From here you can easily reach the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain. If you like shopping then you can visit the Spanish steps and all the boutique type shops surrounding. Another twenty minutes and you are at the Roman Forum and the Coliseum so everything is very close by.

Nette, feine Unterkunft, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Auch mit Kleinkind optimal (im Burggraben der Engelsburg gibt es einen sehr netten öffentlichen Spielplatz). Supermärkte, Markt und Lokale um die Ecke. Parken auf der Straße kein Problem (kostet derzeit 8 Euro pro Tag). Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Vermieter ist nett und unkomliziert.

Stayed 4 nights whilst visiting Rome for the first time. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Also quiet at night. Hassle free check in/out with safe and aircon included (not extra). Pastry and coffee across the road every morning. The accommodation (1st floor -some stairs) is in a good neighbourhood, within easy walking distance to Vatican and transport links. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient (not luxury) for a few days in Rome.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, mas por ser uma "Residenza", não tem recepção. Se for se hospedar precisa deixar acertado o horário da chegada. O proprietário e a pessoa que faz a limpeza são muito receptivos e atenciosos. O local é bem limpo, com boas opções de alimentação e compras ao redor. Um ponto negativo é o café da manhã.

バチカンに気軽に行ける清潔感のあるホテル
バチカンまで徒歩10分前後で、散歩好きならパンテオンやトレヴィの泉などにも歩いて観光に行けます。 1階がレストラン、1棟の建物の中の1フロアにホテルが入っているという感じです。 部屋はシンプルですが、バスルーム共にとても清潔感があり、潔癖気味の人も安心して泊まれると思います。 ホテルの方も親切丁寧に対応してくださるので、ストレスなく過ごすことができました。 こちらのホテルのおかげで、素敵なバチカン旅行になりました。ありがとうございました！

Spent 9 days with my wife on a mini vacation and had a great time staying at the hotel. Everything was so close to the Vatican, shops, metro and restaurants. Sonny the hotel mgr. was great very friendly always had our room clean and ready. For some people this room may be too small but we enjoyed it plenty of room for a couple and 4 suitcases. I recommend the hotel transportation to and from the airport for 2 extra euros you get a full size van. There´s a restaurant next to the the hotel...I recommend you eat somewhere else over price and better food at other restaurants. For other recommendations during your stay just ask Sonny.

Vier Tage Rom. Einfache Anreise mit Zug und U-Bahn. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Alles rund um die Residenz was es braucht: Typische Bar mit top Cappuccino, uriges Restaurant mit toskanischer Küche und einen Markt für Einkäufe (frisches Obst etc). Eintauchen ins Leben der Römer. Immer wieder gerne!
