ottima soluzione
Gli spazi disponibili sono eccezionali, luminoso, pulito e molto accogliente. Si affaccia su piazza Sonnino, tuttavia i rumori che provengono dalla strada non li ho trovati particolarmente interferenti con un buon sonno ristoratore. Accoglienza e disponibilità super.

E' stato un soggiorno di una settimana, IMPECCABILE. Tutto confortevole, massima pulizia e premurosi per tutte le necessità i gestori, Ursula e Renato ai quali va il nostro rinnovato GRAZIE e il proposito di tornare...comodissima la posizione con il tram 8 e il pulman H nonché i taxi giù di casa sempre disponibili..

This is an amazing location. Large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast in the morning is perfect, and you feel so incredibly welcomed by the owner and her sons. Trastevere is so beautiful, you are surrounded by amazing restaurants. This was our second time staying here, and pray that we will be back to visit again

When we first pulled up to the property and saw the street block is covered in graffiti we were a bit worried but the minute you are greeted by Ursula you feel so welcome and cared for. Ursula and her son, David, are wonderful hosts, explaining the area, the coffee machine, kitchen use, etc. The area is very convenient with tram & taxi stand less than a block away. The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean, with a large, very clean, very nice bathroom and big closet. A big window looked over the square. We loved getting b’fast right outside our room, so easy, and could make a cappuccino/espresso and a snack in the afternoon. We had good dinners at restaurants in the area behind the hotel, a very lovely area, and much quieter than the area across the street which also has many cafes, and shops, but is more crowded. Despite a lot of graffiti on the buildings the area felt safe to us and we were very comfortable walking around at night. Ursula helped us with our luggage and had a car arranged to the airport (55 euro, very much worth it). We hope to return as there is so much more to see in Rome and this was a wonderful place to stay!

Mon conjoint et moi avons beaucoup apprécié cet hébergement. La chambre était très confortable, l’air climatisé fonctionnait bien et la salle de bain était propre et en bon état. Les hôtes sont merveilleux et disponibles pour aider. Les déjeuners étaient excellents et il y avait beaucoup de choix pour différentes personnes. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé être proches de tous les restaurants de Trastevere. Nous recommandons cet endroit à tout le monde !

A wonderful little hotel in Trastevere. A perfect base for exploring the city and lots of fabulous restaurants are on your doorstep for dining out in the evening. Urzsula, the host, was so kind and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. A fabulous holiday! 😊🇮🇹

Superb Accomodation and host.
Fantastic property for stay in Rome. Ursula is friendly and helpful host who gave us warm welcome and help with any questions etc. Lovely self service breakfast provided each morning. Our room was spacious and very clean, road noise from outside not an issue for us as we were out all day. Property in ideal position for restauarants and all major tourist sites within walking distance. Ideal place to stay for city break and would not hesitate to book agin if returning to Rome

Very welcoming place to stay in a great location. We stayed here for 5 nights in April. Urszula ordered a taxi to pick us up from the airport for 55€ which was well worth doing after an early flight. We were greeted on arrival by Urszula who was very welcoming and explained everything to us. The room was more like a suite and very comfy with a very powerful shower. There were lots of choices for breakfast which you just helped yourself to between 8 and 10 and ate it in your room. The location was great with an ATM machine next door and a taxi rank and bus stop down the road. We chose Trastevere to stay in because of the great variety of restaurants and bars all in a small area. A perfect choice for the evening. The hotel is just across the bridge from the centre of Rome so everywhere is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Urszula’s hospitality was second to none.

Warning to be very aware that this is the WORST experience I have ever had and I have traveled all over the world. 1. It is not a hotel 2. There is no one at the property to assist 3. It is in a very UNSAFE neighborhood (my family and I were traveling in Italy and I ended up staying an extra night so needed to book at the last minute. My brother walked me down to the property and took one look and said you were absolutely not staying here. Not to mention that we could not get a hold of anybody to even gain access to the property and several hours later when I had to book an alternate room, the individual that claim to be representing the property responded back to me.) 4. Expedia did their best to help resolve, but the property never responded nor did anything. Do not make the mistake of choosing this property in Rome as there are so many wonderful places.

THERE IS A REASON IT HAS A 10 RATING !!
With Air Canada losing my wife's luggage, our European sim cards not working & our lack of ability to communicate locally (Italian) Ursula & her son went OVER & ABOVE to help us get Helens suitcase (be it 55 hours later) safely to her property, prior to us leaving on our cruise. THEY are AMAZING people !!!! the property itself is GREAT, we love to walk & found that while the property was not in the specific old downtown, it is in a vary vibrant area of Rome known for its many restaurants, bars & markets. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast offered, but there were take away snacks available that we took advantage of. They even offer an honesty bar service from the fridge which is great after a 10 - 12 hour day seeing the sights. IF we ever return to Rome this WILL be our place to stay. note: the property (like most) in Rome is located in a busy area of the city ... IF U R looking for a quiet out of the way location this is NOT it, but if looking for an amazing place in a 'want to be' area - book away

This is a really fun space with enthusiastic and helpful owners. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of complimentary items to enjoy. The location is within walking distance to a great number of great eateries and historical sites. It is Rome's hippest neighbourhood. That being said, that does mean the streets are busy and there will be noise late into the night. Also, I advise that if using this hotel, it is more like a B&B and so there is no 24/7 front desk. You will need a way to phone or text the owners for check in.

Ursula the host was extremely friendly, their whole family were helpful to us, and too bad we only stayed one night. The room was twice the size of a comparable value room in Europe. We understood there will be some noise as the windows face onto the main road, if you are afraid of noisy lively neighborhoods then don’t come to Trastevere and leave Rome immediately.

Really enjoyed staying here. The place was very nice - massive thick doors, high-quality windows, floating wood floors - along with its terrific location, and the service was outstanding. In our case, when the airline lost our bag for 4 days and then surprised us with unscheduled drop-off during the middle of our Sunday evening food tour miles away, Ursula even volunteered to bicycle to the place to assist. Recommend it.

Great location, we were able to walk to all the tourist spots from the hotel. Plenty of options to dine and drink in Trastevere, you will be spoilt for choice! Urzsula and Renato were amazing hosts, they really went above and beyond for us, they told us the best spots to eat & drink. They also arranged our taxi for our return flight as we had to leave early hours in the morning. Our room was cleaned daily, breakfast was good and the aircon was lovely, as it was really warm during our stay. After a long journey to Rome due to our flight being delayed, we were surprised with welcome gifts in our room, as we were in Rome for my fiancé's 30th Birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it really made us feel at home. We will be recommending this hotel to all our family & friends. We loved Rome and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Urzsula & Renato for making us feel welcome!

Great location for foodies: the hosts are the BEST
Love this cute little hotel! The rooms were immaculate, the location in Trastevere neighborhood is great if you are a foodie. Excellent restaurants where the locals eat and far less expensive. It is close enough to walk to some of the sights, but super easy location to get to taxi or bus/trolley. The BEST part of this spot are the hosts, Urzula and Renato. They are the most gracious and kind. I will go there again just to see them.

Incredible stay, could not have asked for better hosts with Ursula and Renato. Extremely caring and kind and keep their guesthouse on top condition for a very reasonable price. This place a gem in Trastevere. I received a wonderful welcome by Urszula who made us feel immediately at home. Not only the residence is beautifully decorated and well kept, the person who runs the place is exceptional and I can’t stop thinking at her and her wonderful family. They made everything exceptionally well for their guests. Breakfast was also a very nice surprise with everything you wish to have in the morning. I already want to go back to have that beautiful experience again. I encourage others to consider this place for their stay in Rome.

AMAZING place! Great location, great facility, and AMAZING hospitality!!! Would HIGHLY recommend. Shops and restaurants right outside the door. Short ride to airport, short taxi (10 euros) to tourist attractions like the colosseum, pantheon, etc. Is close to the river for nice walks. Appreciated the early check in. The breakfast was incredible (croissants, cappuccino, fruit, meats, etc). And our hostess came in early to give us breakfast before our early departure. Could walk to the Vatican if inclined. Our sincere gratitude. Of all the places we stayed on our 10 day trip, when visiting our daughter who is studying abroad for NYU, this was the best! Wish it had been for more than one night. Again, HIGHLY recommended!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Schon bevor man in Rom ankommt, wird man per WhatsApp begrüsst und erhält Tipps zur Anreise. Die beiden Verantwortlichen der Resdenza delle Arti machen einen super Job, gestalten die Ankunft sehr, sehr nett. Sie geben auch wertvolle Tipps und sind jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt im Viertel Travestere, das sich sowieso lohnt. Es ist etwas weniger touristisch als andere Orte in Rom, zudem gibts etliche sehr gute Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Die Häuserzeile, in der die Eingangstüre zu finden ist, erscheint auf den ersten Blick ev. etwas ungepflegt, das ändert sich aber sofort, wenn man das Haus betritt. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und gut im Schuss. Abzüge gibts nur für das Bett. Zu klein, zu weich, zu klapprig.

Ursula and Renato were perfect hosts! My fiance and I absolutely loved staying here. They were extraordinarily nice and sensitive to all our needs. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the rooms were very clean! We will definitely stay here every time we visit Roma! It is centrally located to the Vatican, Centro and Ancient Rome as well as very close to nightlife and excellent restaurants.

Best Hosts in Rome!
It was hard to find at first. I asked so many people where the address was and nobody knew until I happened to ask the business literally right next door. However, the location in Trastavere is perfect for exploring Rome. There was a train and bus stop right outside and all kinds of restaurants nearby. It's a happening area so I would recommend bringing earplugs. Inside there is a common kitchen area almost like a hostel and the room I stayed in was very large, as was the bathroom, plus it was equipped with a fridge, a safe, a full length mirror, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, lots of complimentary toiletries (soap, shower wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, Q-tips etc), and of course a bidet. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. But here's the main selling point of this property: Ursula and Renata. The place is great on its own, but they take it to the next level. They go above and beyond from the moment you hit the door. I left feeling like I'd stayed with family. I cannot say enough about the quality of the hosts. They were fabulous and I would return in a heartbeat.
