Perfect Roman Holiday!
From the moment we booked this beautiful apartment, the experience was wonderful. Adriana kept in contact to ensure we knew what to expect and how to make the most of our stay. Once we arrived, she met us there to give us a quick orientation and answer all our questions. She even had a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could want, including a washer/dryer. Our daughters loved the room with twin beds - we really felt right at home. The location couldn't be better. It is steps away from great restaurants, luxury shopping, and just minutes from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We were able to walk to the Colosseum one day and to the Vatican on the next day (each about 25 minutes). And when our vacation was at an end, Adriana arranged for a driver to pick us up at our door and take us to the airport. (We enjoyed our ride with Elie!) We hope to someday return to this wonderful apartment - it was the perfect vacation spot!

Great location!
Adriana the manager was a complete joy to work with! She was there to greet us and show us everything we needed! The apartment was very nice, only a few things would have made it perfect! The master bedroom did not have any black out curtains, and bright lights shining in through the night. Some small Has towels would have be great a a s well! Overall, a very nice stay!

The apartment itself is modern, clean, has everything you need, and provides enough space for up to 4 guests for a nice stay in Rome. Furthermore, it is located in the middle of everything: Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican, Piazza Navona, Colosseum/Forum Romanum, shopping (Via del Corso), and dining options: everything is within 5-20 min walking distance. For us, it was the perfect location for our stay.

Fantastic location
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a fabulous location-we walked to Spanish steps and fountain of trevi within 10 mins. Colosseum about a 20 min walk and Vatican about 30 mins. Great restaurants nearby. Adriana was incredibly helpful as we checked in. Definitely recommend

Perfect stay!
We were so amazed at how smoothly the entire experience was. We took advantage of their airport pick up, which gave us front door drop off to the apartment. They also took us back to the cruise port, which was a huge help with knowledgeable and safe drivers. Communication before and during our stay was reliable and quick. The location over the have been more perfect. Looking over a bakery and gelato shop, couldn’t imagine a better apartment, since it had absolutely everything we needed and more. can’t wait to return!

Central Rome Apartment Great for Families
Our family of 4 had a great experience staying at this apartment. It is close to everything you want to see as a tourist and large enough for families with children or teens. The host was welcoming and very helpful. We had a great experience all around!

fabulous apartment
We loved everything about this apartment in Rome. The neighborhood was quaint and had everything we needed within walking distance. This was a quiet apartment with enough space for our family of 4 to be very comfortable. We had 2 teens with us, ages 15 & 18 and we had plenty of space. The communication was excellent with the property manager and they met us on site when we arrived. They also set up a driver to pick us up at the airport. We would stay here again and recommend this apartment to any family traveling in Rome.

A comfortable stay in the heart of Rome
I spent 4 nights in Rome staying at this property with my family. The location was excellent. Many of the important sites are within walking distance. We had great dining experiences (including gelato) in the piazza right on the door step of the apartment. Grocery and a pharmacy are also steps away. The apartment was well appointed with towels, linens, wi-fi, etc. We had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great (hot water and pressure). The in suite washer/dryer combo was also a nice amenity. The AC worked well. The apartment was clean and tidy with easy access from the building entrance to the apartment (only a few steps up). Everything was as expected. Adriana greeted us upon arrival at the apartment. She was friendly, and helpful with our questions. We arranged transport from the Rome airport to the apartment through Adriana. This took some stress off. We had an easy ride from the airport with a very nice driver. We are thankful that Adriana offered this transport option. I would recommend this property to my family and friends. If we’re back in Rome I would stay here again.

Perfect location!
My husband and two kids really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was the perfect location, super clean and modern. Adriana, the property manager, arranged a driver (Elie) for pick up from the airport. Both Adriana and Elie were very friendly and helpful. We plan to visit Rome again in the future and we will love to stay here again.

Great Apt
Amazing perfect central location with the most incredible host ~ Adriana! Adriana welcomed us personally, had the apartment ready with water, flowers, snacks, offered suggestions for dining, coordinated a driver, and walked us through items we may need to use during our weeklong stay. Super clean, comfortable, spacious and only steps away (literally) from incredible gelato and food. I cannot say enough positive feedback about not only the apartment but Adriana as well!!!!

The property was in a perfect location. We used their driver from the airport. He was great. We were met by the property manager. Check in was very easy. Beds were comfortable and the new windows allowed for a quiet restful sleep.

Comfortable, convenient location
This was the perfect location from which to explore Rome. We could walk almost anywhere. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and perfect for our family of 4, including two kids (7and 10). They especially appreciated having a gelato shop right downstairs! The host was great about meeting us at arrival and showing us around.

Wonderful home-base for exploring Rome, family with teenagers.
Our family of four (2 teen boys) had a great time in Rome with Da Leone as the perfect home base. The location was awesome, opens onto the corner of Piazza di San Lorenzo, near to shops, restaurants, minutes from Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, the Tiber, and plenty of taxis if you want a ride. The apartment was very clean, efficient, and with the windows open you can smell fresh pastries baking and hear the din of the cafes in the Piazza during the day. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Overall excellent experience.

Wonderful property in an amazing location
Starting with the check in - Adriana, the property manager, was amazing and waited for us although our flight was delayed, everything was great. There was a nice bottle of wine and some delicious crackers waiting for us. The apartment is exactly as advertised, everything was sparkly clean. We arrived on a cold, rainy evening, and the apartment was warm and welcoming. Adriana even arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and our driver Elie was the nicest man you can imagine. He took us to the airport when we left and he even gave my daughter a gift because it was her bday a few days before. The apartment is located in a very central location, with a couple of great coffee shops/restaurants literally few steps away. It's a very busy area, but the master bedroom is located in the back and it's very quiet. The windows insulate most of the noise, but if you open the window it gets pretty loud, which we didn't mind. The noise dies out after 10 pm. My teenage daughter said that she didn't even care about the noise, so no problem there. The washer and dryer was a blessing, although it took us a while to figure out how it works ( I suggest a cheat-sheet for the future). Overall, I think it's a great stay at a very reasonable price. The location was the best and we walked to every single tourist attraction, including the Colosseum. Everything was within 5-25 min walk. We are very picky travelers, but we loved staying at this property.

Outstanding Stay from Beginning to End
I cannot say enough about this rental and the Team at Commendable Rentals. It was seamless from the time that Elie picked me up at FCO and Ariana meeting me at the property to the time that Elie dropped me back at FCO. The apartment was immaculate and just as described online. The wine, welcome note and fresh fruit added such a touch of class. I loved waking up to the smell of fresh bread every morning from one of the local restaurants and being walking distance from restaurants, markets and major sights of the city. I would gladly stay here in the future and you should too!

Amazing stay in Rome
We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable, centrally located and extremely quiet, despite being just off a lively piazza. Amazing!!
The apartment is everything it advertises. It is spotlessly clean, bathroom has everything you need and comfortable. It is only one short set of stairs up and very centrally located. Easy walk to everywhere. Adriana was super nice and helpful and was always readily available. The pictures are exactly what the apartment is like. No surprises. The kitchen has everything you might need and the washer/dryer work very well. There is A/C in all the rooms and that was a godsend during the hot days we were there. The beds are also very comfortable. And Eli, who picked us up from the airport was super nice and drove very calmly. All around great place. Cannot say enough good things.

Perfect Apartment, Perfect Location
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in the heart of Rome within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The Vatican and Colloseum were a few stops away from the Spagne metro stop on the A line. There is an awesome gelato shop across the street which was a perfect ending to our outings. And moreover, Adriana had stocked the apartment with fruit and drinks making us feel welcome from day one. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities including laundry, dishwasher and great air conditioning. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome.

Expectations exceeded!
My favorite apartment of all our stays in Italy. They had a big bowl of fresh fruit, bottled water, and a bottle of wine waiting for us which hit the spot after a long trip. They really thought of everything even a binder with all kinds of great info about the neighborhood. Their restaurant recommendations were great, not touristy and the location was perfect. The only small negative I could think of if you twisted my arm is the master bed is pretty hard but really welcome to Italy! Thanks Adriana for everything.

Everything Perfect!
Great accommodation and everything was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay (2 Adults/2 Teens). We had just come from another rental in Umbria that was not very impressive, so this was a welcome change. Andriana was always in contact and any question I had she answered promptly. Perfect
De Leone was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Adriana met us at the apartment for a brief introduction and instructions. It was clean, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Many good restaurants, a small outdoor market and shops are just outside the entrance. Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Campo Fiori can all be accessed by foot.

This Apt was the best decision! It was the first time not in a Hotel on vacation ! Adrianna & Susan were instrumental in my confidence before and during our stay ! The apt was clean, organized and in an amazing location! We loved going each direction and finding all the hidden gems Rome had to offer ! Wonderful apartment near the Spanish Steps
This is a beautiful little apartment near the Spanish Steps - a perfect home base for a family of 4 visiting Rome. Adriana was an exceedingly gracious host, meeting us on arrival, giving us a quick overview of the apartments features, and making herself available for any additional questions we might have had. Highly recommended.

Charming apartment in the heart of Rome
Our stay at Da Leone could not have been better! The apartment was charming, well furnished, and in a terrific location for accessing every attraction in Rome. Adriana was incredibly helpful leading up and during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a couple or small family.

A lgem in Roma
Centro Storico is a lovely apartment right in the middle of Rome. Adriana, our host, is fantastic - very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The apartment, and Adriana, made our visit to Rome all that more special.

Loved this apartment in every way!
Spacious, comfortable, stylish and clean. Everything worked well and it was well supplied with everything we could've wanted. Adrianna was a terrific communicator in advance and during our stay, and was very thorough and gracious upon our arrival ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the apartment is perfect, near everything and in a nice and secure building. We stayed four nights. Our hope is to go back for longer and will definitely check out other Commendable Rentals in the future.

Wonderful apartment! Perfect location!
We were greeted by a warm, personable manager. She showed us all around this beautiful apartment. She gave us an overview of the area and tips on where to shop for some food staples. She was helpful in arranging transportation and made our experience extra special. The apartment was bright and clean. Everything was perfect order. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Close to all attractions and in a lovely area. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Location-Great Apartment-Super Service
We spent 3 fabulous days in Rome. The apartment provided everything our family needed and we could not have found a better location. The photos provide a very accurate look of the apartment. Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us.Walking distance to the major sites but not too noisy or chaotic. Adriana was fantastic and helped with all the logistics.
