Un prezzo salato per un B&B mediocre
L'unica nota positiva riguarda la sua posizione. Camera normale, bagno angusto, box doccia solo per gente smilza. Manca una sala colazione. ti danno un voucher per una gelateria vicina dove ti tocca solo un cornetto e un cappuccino. Sconsigliato.

Mi dispiace Sebastiano che non hai apprezzato la nostra struttura. Nessuno si era mai lamentato della grandezza della doccia!! Per quanto concerne la colazione la prossima volta leggi bene prima di prenotare.

Excellent!
The property was lovely and kept very clean and maintained. The location is excellent around Vatican City, with many shops, restaurants, cafes, and of course the Vatican Museum, Basilica, and Sistine Chapel all within walking distance. The host, Paolo, tended to my every need and question promptly and was so kind and helpful in every way, especially with my flight delay and a very late check-in. I highly recommend this booking for solo or couple visitors to Rome!

The property is quaint, clean and convenient to many of the sights we wanted to see. Paolo was available for any questions We had. We highly recommend this property!

Great location. Very clean. Good price. Breakfast not great. Staff did not replenish room supplies. Overall though was happy with our stay here.

We absolutely loved this property and appreciated the communication with the owner. The view from the room window was breathtaking. The ease of walking to various restaurants and tourist attractions worked out perfectly for us! We look forward to sharing our positive experience at this guesthouse with others.

Property is in a fantastic location for the Vatican and has beautiful restaurants nearby. The room is clean, tidy and comfy with all the needed amenities. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when in Rome.

Dear Nicole, the review is done if you have stayed in the structure!! You didn't show up, on the day of check-in you sent a message saying you had booked another hotel, and you asked me for a refund without even canceling the reservation!! The room was available so you cannot request a refund. Also it is not written anywhere that we are a Hotel!! Be more careful when you have to book!! Greetings

The room was pretty clean. It’s a little scary going solo to the property. It’s on the 6th floor. There is a small elevator. You can hear everything in the rooms. The walls are super thin. I was very disappointed they had said there was laundry, there was not. I see they have changed this on Expedia. Also not the “full breakfast” is a coupon to a cafe down the road for a free coffee and a croissant. Also, DO NOT leave anything out. Nothing was stolen, but I put out my privacy sign and saw the owner in the hallway and said I didn’t want any housekeeping for the day. He still went in my room and turned off the air conditioner.

Dear Tiffany,I'm sorry for your review!!!1) We have never written on our sites that there is a washing machine inside our Guest House!! In fact it is nearby only 200 meters!!!2) Breakfast was not included in your booking and at check-in we gave it to you for free for the whole stay!!!3) It is not allowed to leave the air conditioner on 24/7 for 13 days!! When the rooms are cleaned, the staff switches off any lights, TV and air conditioning!!!4) You left without having paid the tourist taxes as requested at check-in.You gave a negative rating without commenting in the review, the structure, the location, the staff.....

Exceptional Customer Service
The hotel was located a walking distance from the train station. It is closed to small restaurants and some land marks like the Vatican. The room is spacious compared to regular standard rooms in Europe. Clean and beddings smell freshly laundered! Trizania was exceptionally great!!! Before we even came she sent us an email wanting to know the time we will be arriving. She asked if we have a “ whatsapp” account, which I did. From then on, she was very personable! She gave clear cut instructions from what metro line to take and what direction to go and even gave the exact no of metro stops before the place we needed to get off. The shower however was not functioning well the first night and a quick text to Trizania was sent and before we even woke up, she already sent the plumber to check on the problem. Sent us a list of places to eat around the area! For her to take her time to personalize our visit was greatly appreciated and made our vacation even better.

We were received in a very cordial way. The place has been renovated to nine. Very clean. The new bathroom too and very clean. The owner is constant in the renewal of accessories which for us is a plus. The hot water is constant as well as the air conditioning. The place is great for everything to come and go. We slept well at all times and the housekeeping is done every day. We strongly recommend this Hotel in every respect and we will not hesitate to return to this Hotel during a future trip to Rome.
