Seminario 87_an artist house at Pantheon

Seminario 87 è una perfetta soluzione per chi cerca una casa moderna, perfettamente funzionale e nel pieno centro di roma: il Pantheon. La casa è 180mq e si trova al 1' piano di un palazzo storico con ascensore. L'appartamento è composto da 3 camere da letto, due delle quali hanno il bagno in camera ed un grande salone (40mq) con un divano letto. Una delle 3 stanze si trova sopra un soppalco (20mq), ha due letti singoli che si possono unire ed ha il bagno in camera con vasca. Gli ospiti hanno accesso a tutti i servizi presenti nell’appartamento. La cucina è’ provvista di tutto il necessario dalla macchinetta Nespresso per fare il caffè al forno micronde e la lavastoviglie. Nell ‘appartamento trovate anche ferro da stiro e la lavatrice.Io abito a pochi minuti dall'appartamento e sono a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Aurelia ed Alessandro sono stati gentilissimi e molto ospitali. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare della frutta fresca, una bottiglia di prosecco e le cialde della Nespresso. Ci hanno raccontato la storia del palazzo e della casa. Non potevamo stare in una posizione migliore (30 metri dal Pantheon e nel pieno centro storico). Abbiamo girato Roma a piedi e ogni suggerimento che ci hanno fornito è’ stato prezioso: dai ristoranti vicino casa a dove poter fare massaggi alla spesa ordinata prima del nostro arrivo che ci hanno fatto trovare nel frigo. Non potevamo chiedere di più: l’appartamento è’ a dir poco fantastico, arredato con grande gusto e con spazi molto grandi ideale per 6-8 persone. Consiglio vivamente!!!

The apartment was amazing.the perfect refuge from the scorching heat. The place is exceptionally designed. Beautiful with everything you could want for cooking or relaxing. I would stay there forever. Great water pressure. Right next to the pantheon. Amazing

This a great house. The architecture and art are very unique. The hosts we responsive and the listing is very accurate. There was plenty of space for my family of five. The location is the real star though. We ate at three great restaurants all within 30-40 steps from our front door. The Pantheon is a 1 minute walk. It does get a little noisy at night, but not too bad.

Our family loved this Paris apartment — beautifully decorated with incredible artwork that made the space feel like a gallery. The location was perfect, just steps from the Pantheon and close to everything. Stylish, spotless, and comfortable — and the host was absolutely wonderful. We’d happily stay here again!

The location was perfect. Steps from the Pantheon, Trevi, and Spanish Steps. A short walk to the Colosseum and Vatican. The apartment and our host were both great. I have been to Rome many times. This was the best place I have ever stayed at.

Was greeted as soon as we walked up to the door. He was wonderfully, made sure we got a full walk-through of the place. And let us know if we need anything that we could reach out. They also help to set up transportation that picked us up from the airport and brought us back to it. Would stay here again!

The apartment was nice, the location was great right next to the Pantheon. We were able to use the elevator for my 76 year old father who has mobility issues. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way we were able to book transfers from the airport to the apartment as well as to the Termini station for 4 adults with luggage. Everything was as advertised we enjoyed the beautiful art in the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again! There was a bit of street noise but the hosts had it covered with ear plugs!

Location location location. Central to the heart of Rome. Family members were able to come and go at different time so that everyone could have their best vacation. The place was spacious allowing people to spread out. Well appointed with all important amenities. Gem of a place. Truly special.

We so loved our stay. Apartment comes as advertised. Clean comfortable secure with all necessities. Host were very helpful. Located in heart of City steps from Pantheon. We were able to walk everywhere. Coliseum, Trevi Fountain Vatican all within walking distance. Great restaurants Close by. Highly recommend and would come back! close by.

We had a great time at Seminar 87 and would recommend to anybody. It is extremely well-located (right next to the Pantheon) so many things were walkable for us. It is also located very close to a primary bus stop for those trips a little further than you want to walk. The location itself is decorated well with an obvious artistic flair that we all found interesting. There is plenty of space and the AC in each bedroom was a necessity.

This flat is in the perfect location with in walking distance to all monuments, grocery store and taxi stand. Perfect for group of three couples. Super clean, great communication from host with recommendations of shops and restaurants around was helpful. Definitely recommend!

From the start it was great. Incredibly helpful with travel details and site seeing. Very responsive to messages and at the time of arrival it was simple to coordinate and meet at the apartment. We were VRBO owners and have rented via VRBO since at least 2015. This is the only home that I have no / zero recommendations. 😊 Usually I DM the owner separately with fixes, nice to haves, or changes to the listing. Not this one. It was super clean. Great location by the Pantheon. Great authentic decor. The hustle and clatter of people on the street below was perfect for people watching. Great food nearby. Great cafes nearby. We’ll equipped kitchen. Appropriate price. The host and hostess are the owners which reflects their care and concern and concern. We only needed to know where to buy additional coffee pods! 😂 Perfect place. We will stay there again.

Very central to most attractions. Safe, clean and convenient location for my family. The host was really helpful arranging transportation, giving tips on things to do around the city and giving recommendations to great authentic restaurants.

Location is excellent and just steps away from the Pantheon. Literally. The rooms are large and clean but the decor is stark. What it lacks in luxury is made up by its convenient location. It is very, very loud at night until around 2 am. Bring your best earplugs. The host is wonderful and responsive.

This apartment is perfect for a large family or two or three groups. The location is perfect for restaurants, cafes, shops and all the scenic experiences. Can’t rate this apartment highly enough. Aurelia and Alessandro were quick in their responses and communication. A real pleasure to stay in your apartment.
