In pieno centro proprio in Via del Corso, bellissime camere affacciate al secondo piano proprio sul corso ma allo stesso tempo molto silenziose. Pulizia eccellente! Letto comodissimo e arredamento nuovo. Veramente una bella struttura. Il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente

I rate this property and the owner 10/10. The property is beautiful, its located in a lovely neighborhood and is walkable to everything. The owner is great. He is attentive, he takes his time checking you in and is very responsive to calls/texts. We will stay here again. Thank you Gianmarco for being an wonderful host.

Did not know what to expect when I booked because it is not a traditional hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Suite is in a nice building, on a beautiful quiet street just off of Corso Italia. The suite is modern and clean. Daily cleaning service was provided. Gianmarco was very efficient and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

A mixed bag
This one is hard to write. First the good. You cannot beat the location, we walked to almost everything, and it is super close to shopping. The manager was very communicative as well. The bed was the perfect firmness and the windows drowned out the noise from the street. Now the bad. It is a pain to checkin. Apparently they have locations in theee different buildings on Via Corso. If you get there after they close, you'll be struggling to find the right place and get into your room. They do provide a video, but as you're schlepping your luggage, have super slow cell service, and trying to navigate in the dark, it can be pretty stressful. In addition, we never could get the Wi-Fi to work and our shower had mold growing on the ceiling and on the floor boards. This may be due to a lack of ventilation; it seems they constructed a bunch of rooms in what used to an apartment.

Super séjour
Cette chambre d’hôte m’avait été recommandée par ma tante et je n’ai pas été déçue. Tout d’abord la localisation est parfaite, dans un très beau quartier et proche des restaurants. Nous avons fait toutes les visites à pieds, les plus loin étaient le Colisée et le Vatican à environ 30 min à pieds. La rue est très calme. La chambre était très propre et neuve, le lit super agréable. Il y a la climatisation et la salle de bain était très propre et grande. On retrouve aussi des rangements et une cafetière, bouilloire et un mini frigo. Le ménage peut être fait tous les jours (comme à l’hôtel). Tous les jours, du café et des bouteilles d’eau sont remis, ce qui est très appréciable. Comme c’est une chambre d’hôte, il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner, mais personnellement je trouve ça mieux pour découvrir des spécialités et aussi pour commencer tôt sa journée. En plus, au coin de la rue il y a un café, qui fait de très bons croissants au chocolat et des petites pâtisseries. Enfin, il est possible de laisser son sac, si on arrive avant l’heure. Je recommande vivement.

I want to start by explaining that this is not a hotel but rather a residence, so if you are looking for typical hotel, with the amenities of a 24/7 front office, restaurant, laundry service...you won't find it here. The location was incredible! My understanding is that there are residences in Via del Corso and Via della Frezza. We stayed at the later and I'm glad we did because it's much more quiet than Via del Corso. The room was clean, the mattress and pillows were new and super comfortable! The communication with the hotel support was fantastic! Extremely responsive, even when I had to communicate after hours due to a flight schedule change. We received breakfast vouchers which were offered at the cafe down the street. There is also a coffee maker and small fridge in the room.

Property advertised they had elevator - but when we got there we were told it was only for private use. We only had one floor walk up so ok, but if elevator essential this isn’t the property for you. Otherwise it was very good location and spacious.

Excellent accompagnement dès avant l'arrivée avec un échange de mails pour valider accueil et check in. Chambres et service impeccables. To be clear, this is NOT a LUXURY property, not even hotel. These are rooms in a shared, unknotted building. There is not a reception desk so be sure you make arrangements for your arrival as you WILL NOT be able to even enter inside. I left numerous messages and even had Expedia try to contact the property prior to my arrival. There was zero response. Once I arrived I was literally locked outside, on the street without being able to even contact the hotel. Again, there is NO RECEPTION AREA. Luckily there was a guest outside who had the WhatsApp contact at the hotel. Absolutely terrible, scary experience as a woman traveling alone. Once inside it is a dingy area that you climb stairs to a small desk that is called the reception area. The best thing about the property is the location. That’s the only good thing about staying here. I hope this review helps and the property will do a better job at at least responding and checking in guests.

We were expecting your lie-filled review as you threatened only because we didn't accept your refund request for leaving the room one night earlier. Unfortunately, as already said verbally, when a customer books on a non-refundable rate, he pays less and knows very well that a refund will not be possible. Precisely for this reason it is called non-refundable.Regarding your communications this is incorrect as we have spoken to both you and expedia and we have communicated that we could not refund the night. The only correct thing you write is that this is not a hotel. This, if you had read, is a guest house as described on all our portals. As described on all portals, the reception is open from 12 to 14 and in any case, during the hours when the reception is not open, we always give assistance to our guests.We do not like his blackmail but we will be happy to have you as our client when you return to Rome.Greetings

The staff at the hotel are very nice. The location is excellent. The wifi is not very good at all. Was some mold in the shower but they came and removed most. Just to know, it's not really a hotel. You will get a key to get in the front doors and then you go down a hall and up the stairs to your room. Most of the time there is not any of the hotel staff at the building.

Flott leilighet, med unik beliggenhet nær Piazza del Popolo og Spansketrappen. Strålende oppfølging underveis fra verten. WIFI fungerte ikke en eneste dag da vi var der, det var kjedelig. I tillegg er det svært lytt mellom de uliek rommene, så vi våknet med en gang andre gjester kom ut i gangen.
