Accoglienza 🔝degna di piazza di Spagna

Appartamento in elegante palazzo a pochi passi dalla famosa scalinata, accogliente, dotato di tutti ciò di cui si necessita. A fianco Dell ingresso possibilità di acquistare stupende briosh per la colazione, assolutamente comodo per visitare la città a piedi, con il taxi, con i mezzi pubblici e propri, noi avevamo auto al parcheggio raggiungibile dall ingresso metro, insomma tutto ok

We had a truly memorable stay, and was the perfect base for exploring the city.The apartment was exactly as described for a family of 4 with 2 young kids—clean, comfortable, fantastic air conditioning with elevator access and centrally located to the major attractions including high end retail stores. It made a great start to our vacation in Italy!We hope to return someday and would gladly stay here again!

Amazing location!!!

My family of 4 spent 4 nights in this apartment and you can’t beat the location! We were right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps and could walk everywhere! The 2 bedrooms were nice sized and very dark, which made sleeping easy! You could add natural light to the rooms easily. It was great to have 2 bathrooms (2 toilets are a must with a family of 4.) The shower in the smaller bathroom is really small but it works and was great for our teenage boy! The check in process and communicate was great!!!

We appreciated the space and location of this property. Everything from cleanliness, space, communication and transportation was at ease. You are located so close to many restaurants, shopping, mini marts and of course the popular landmarks. This is a great place to stay!

Marco was great with check in. Only issue was shower curtain in bathroom by tub room was to short and water went everywhere. We ended up just using shower in first bathroom. Other then that all was great!!

This apartment has an amazing location! We could basically walk everywhere or take the train - although we ended up using Uber most of the time because we were super tired. Even though it’s right in the city, the apartment is really quiet. The only issue was that just a few hours before check-in, we found out there was a late check-in fee and a tourist fee - neither of which had been mentioned before or listed on their page. I think this was a major communication issue. We had to pay in cash and figure out how to find an ATM late at night, which was a bit of a headache. The furniture also felt quite fragile, and the shower in the bathroom is really small - definitely uncomfortable.

This property is amazing! It is located in Piazza di Spagna half a block from the Spanish Steps. The Trevi Fountain is a 10 minute walk. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The host, Alessandro, is so helpful and easy to communicate with -- he arranged our transport to the airport with a 4am pickup. We loved it!

The best location

Our stay here was fantastic. Not only was the apartment clean an quiet, but the beds were comfortable, A/C was nice and cool, and shower was nice!! But the location was the best part!! Right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps… shopping and restaurants were all around you! I would stay here again and again!

Amazing Location!!

Super convenient location at the base of the Spanish steps. Really easy access to all the sites of Rome. Very comfortable apartment, the tub in the bedroom was a great plus every evening for our sore feet! The kitchenette is basic, but more than enough to have coffee or tea, or cook a plate of pasta. Such a magical trip!

A perfect location

We are two elderly with an adult grandson, so the small size of the apartment was perfect for us. The lift always worked, and the air conditioning was a huge bonus as we found it a very nice relief from the crowds and heat. Our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the whole check in/check out process was seamless.

Great 2BR apartment in Rome!

Great communication right from the beginning! I really appreciate the prompt responses to my messages, and the fact that he was able to accommodate my requests about checkin time and cruise ship terminal transfer — even at the last minute. The apartment itself is clean and efficient. We didn’t end up using the jacuzzi, but it is large and would have been lovely if we had wanted to use it. Beds were comfortable after a long day. Location was fantastic — right by Spanish Steps as well as shopping, restaurants, and taxi stand. There are 2 showers in the apartment — one is pretty traditional, but the other is open to the bathroom. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of if you don’t like that sort of arrangement. Well-stocked coffee supplies and Nespresso machine. We would happily stay here again!

Apartment an der spanischen Treppe

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Rom. Die Wohnung lag zentral 2 min von der Metro an der Spanische Treppe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gab es jede Menge. Zu Wohnung selber diese war sauber und man hat vom Trubel an der spanischen Treppe nichts mitbekommen. In der Unterkunft wurde alles erklärt und es gab einen Katalog mit Tipps für Restaurants. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder einchecken :)

Perfect Rome Location!

This place was stunning and ideally located in the heart of Rome! The unit is extremely modern with loads of technological extras. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day of touring the city on foot and the host was extremely attentive and helpful in every imaginable way. I would highly recommend staying here when visityRome, it was positively perfect!! We would rate it a 6 out of 5 if possible!!! ❤️

Spectacular in Piazza di Spagna!

We had a wonderful time in Rome! Exactly what we needed as a family of three. Perfect location right next to the Spanish Steps and especially wonderful for an avid shopper like myself! Alessandro, the host, is excellent and extremely responsive. He was very helpful in helping us book airport transfers, had easy and explicit instructions for the apartment, it was truly was a seamless stay.
