- CHECK-IN: we do not offer self-check-in, we prefer to meet our guests personally to show the apartment and give all the useful information; check-in times: from 3pm to 9pm; check-out: by 10:00am, For late check-in, AVAILABLE ONLY BY AGREEMENT, there is an extra fee, to be paid in CASH at check-in: until 10:30pm/ €25; until midnight: €50; until 1am €75.
- DOCUMENTS: at check-in we will have to register identity documents (Passport or ID card) of all guests, to communicate them to the Nazional Security Authority.
- CITY TAX: At check-in, guest have to pay - IN CASH - the City Tax of the Municipality of Rome, equal to €5.00 per night per person (for a maximum of 10 nights).
